Reducing the time it takes for researchers to acquire knowledge and introduce them into research activities can be regarded as an indispensable factor in improving the productivity of research. The purpose of this research is to cluster the information usage patterns of KOSEN users and to suggest optimization method of personalized recommendation service algorithm for grouped users. Based on user research activities and usage information, after identifying appropriate services and contents, we applied a Spark based big data analysis technology to derive a personal recommendation algorithm. Individual recommendation algorithms can save time to search for user information and can help to find appropriate information.

This paper aims at analyzing the role of Korean ethnic network in the settlement process of Korean immigrants, and elucidating their activation strategies. through the case study of Korean Immigrants in London metropolitan area. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the majority of respondents use Korean ethnic networks in the initial immigration process. Secondly, respondents more frequently use Korean ethnic network in the activities such as church, shopping and education. Thirdly, considering the cognition of respondents about the necessity of Korean ethnic networks, respondents prefer supports of Koran government as activation strategies of Korean ethnic network. Finally, a model of activation strategies of Korean ethnic networks is proposed, which is a differentiated and integrated model according to the maturity stage.

The Internet, especially the mobile Internet influences enormously in many areas in human societym espeially in terms of the exchanging speed of knowledge and information. This new society of knowledge and information will introduce many new types of services based on valuable knowlwdge and information. Among many new services in this mobile computing environment, the real-time worldwide korean information networking service using the Korean characters invented by the mobile computing environment, the real-time worldwide Korean information networking service using the Koean characters invented by the King Sejong is possible ubiquitously with wired and mobile Internet. We studied the user interface with Korean characters in the mobile computing environment, and introduce the useful results with new metrics of performance analysis after real implementation for real-time Korean information networking using Korean domain names.

현재 전 세계 각국은 지식 경쟁력 확보에 혈안이 되어 있으며, 우리나라는 풍부한 인터넷 인프라를 구비하여 지식 강국으로 발돋움하기 위한 충분한 토대를 마련하고 있다. 특히, 인력은 인터넷 시대의 핵심적 지식 자원으로서, 전문가 두뇌 연계 망(네트워크)의 구축과 운영을 통해 해당 분야 전문가간 협력 및 교류가 진행되면, 지식 정보의 동시 생성, 공유, 활용 체제의 확립이 가능하다 전문가 커뮤니티의 구성원은 정보의 공유와 확산에 자발적으로 기여하는 지식의 선 순환 구조를 이루게 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 과학기술 전문가로 구성된 한민족과학기술자 네트워크(KOSEN, www.kosen21.org)를 사례로 전문가 네트워크의 역할과 특징을 살펴보고, 지식 기반 사회에서 전문가 네트워크의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다. KOSEN은 지식의 생성, 공유, 활용 등의 지식관리 프로세스를 지원하는 과학기술 전문가 커뮤니티이다. 향후 인적 자원 및 정보 자원의 적절한 연계를 통해 지식의 활용 측면을 더욱 확대하여 본격적인 지식 정보 활용의 장으로 거듭나야 한다. 컨텐트 가치증대를 통한 전문가 참여 확대, 전문가들간 상호 연계의 확대를 통한 소 공동체 형성, 전문가들간 상호 학습, 정보 거래 메커니즘 구축 등의 다양한 방안을 통해 보완될 것으로 기대한다.

This paper aims at analyzing the role of Korean ethnic network in the settlement process of Korean immigrants, and elucidating their utilization measures, through the case Study of Korean Immigrants in LA. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the majority of respondents used Korean ethnic networks and Korean town in the immigration process. According to the results of ANOVA test, Korean ethnic network are more importantly considered by the groups such as elderly, livers in Korean town, and people who the first settlement was LA. Secondly, respondents more frequently use Korean ethnic network in the activities such as church, shopping and business. Especially, the groups such as short immigration term, elderly, poor English ability are more frequently use Korean ethnic network. Thirdly, Viewing the cognition of respondents about the necessity of Korean ethnic networks, respondents want to use them for strengthening the ties of domination society. Finally, utilization of Korean ethnic churches, Korean ethnic business organizations and Korean ethnic web-site portal are proposed for activating Korean ethnic networks.

검색기능은 사용자가 원하는 정보를 효과적으로 탐색하고 이용가능하게 하는 중요한 서비스 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 과학기술분야 전문분석자료, 수집자료, 동향정보를 제공하는 KOSEN(한민족과학기술자네트워크)의 통합검색 서비스 구축에 대해 논한다. 어휘지능망, 연구주제망 등 시맨틱 자원을 활용하여 사용자의 검색 편의성 및 효율성을 최대화 하였으며, 빠른 검색속도와 다양한 검색 부가기능을 제공함으로써 정보의 획득 및 이용의 만족도를 증가시키고자 FAST 검색엔진을 적용한 특징이 있다.

철도는 1899년 9월18일(노량진∼제물포)개통된 우리나라 최초의 대량교통수단임. 우리나라철도부설은 일본에 의해 대륙진출의 수단으로 이용된 타율적인면이 강했음. 그러나 호남선부설등에서는 우리민족의 자력적인 철도건설노력도 보였음. 대부분의 철도망은 식민지시대에 완성되었고, 철도네트워크는 경부선과 호남선, 경원선, 경의선을 중심으로 X자형으로 이루어져 있으며, 전쟁이후 우리나라는 산업선의 발달, 도시철도의 탄생등 주요한 교통수단으로 발전을 거듭해 오고 있음. 1960년대 중반이후 철도의 분담율이 저하되었는데 이는 자동차의 발달에 기인했다고 할 수 있으며, 이와같은 추세는 세계적인 추세였음. 최근 컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 네트워크의 개방화 그리고 무선 모바일 통신 기술의 비약적인 보급으로 인하여 컴퓨팅 환경을 이루고 있는 각종 장치(PC, 모바일 단말, 저장장치, 네트워크 기기 등)가 다양한 형태의 보안 위협에 노출되어 데이터의 유실, 조작, 유출되어 금전적인 피해를 입거나 프라이버시 침해를 받고 있다. 이러한 문제를 근본적으로 해소하기 위하여 설립된 TCG(Trusted Computing Group)는 세계적인 IT 핵심기업들을 중심으로 구성된 비영리 단체로서 PC 혹은 모바일 기기 등의 단말과 서버 장비 그리고 저장 장치 및 네트워크로 구성된 컴퓨팅 환경에서 보안성 향상 및 데이터의 신뢰성을 제고하기 위하여 TPM(Trusted Platform Module)이라는 반도체 칩을 신뢰의 기반(root of trust)으로 한 신뢰 플랫폼을 제안하고 있다. 한편 SaaS(Software as a Service)는 패키지 형태의 소프트웨어를 네트워크 서비스 형태로 바꾸어 사용량에 비례한 요금제로 과금하는 방식을 채택하고 사용자가 온디맨드로 요청한 서비스를 적시에 제공하는 기술로 최근 전세계적으로 각광을 받고 있다. 이때 다양한 컴퓨팅 환경 안의 사용자에게 높은 신뢰성과 보안성 그리고 연속성을 갖는 SaaS 서비스를 제공하고 데이터의 무결성 및 비밀유지와 정확한 서비스 사용시간을 기록하고 업로드하는 기능들을 제공하는 SaaS 플랫폼은 TPM기반의 신뢰컴퓨팅 기술을 통하여 쉽게 구현될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 일시적으로 네트워크와 차단된 상태의 PC 혹은 모바일 단말에서도 위의 조건들을 만족하는 SaaS 서비스를 지원하는 신뢰 플랫폼이 가져야 할 기능들에 대하여 분석-도출한 후 그러한 기능들을 제공하는 컴포넌트로 구성된 신뢰형 SaaS 사용자 플랫폼을 설계하였다.
