The cadastral boundary points which cadastral surveyor presented on the ground by conducting cadastral surveying represents the limits of land ownership and give binding force and determination power. However the land disputes have increased these days mainly due to cadastral registration errors, surveying errors and land owners recognition error. In these cases, the cadastral survey interests try to find solution by either a administrative procedures by appealing civil complaint or border determination litigation through court. The neighboring residents and related organization have difficulties in resolving the civil complaints. In this study cadastral surveying and cadastral boundary determination process has been reviewed and the results of cadastral surveying screening by Central Cadastre Committee from 2016 to 2021 have been classified. The outcomes of this research will be used for cadastral surveying and contribute for reducing land disputes and improve reliablity of cadastral surveying.

Recently, the residence complaints have been increased by blast vibration and noise issue due to increased urban blasting works so that the trouble between construction company and residence have been continuously increased. Deck-charge blasting method using electronic detonator provided not only blast vibration and noise control but also minimized residence complaints through shortening of the blasting period. This blasting method will be widely used for maximizing urban blasting productivity.

Urban residential redevelopment policies have inevitably been bound up with issue of conflicts among renewal associatios, local government and developer. The purpose of paper is to examine the causes of conflicts through four residential environment redevelopment projects. In result for the successful redevelopment projects, strategies for citizen paticipation program and relocation should be set up.

This research aims to propose a reference for prevention and education of medical dispute in dental clinic and to recognize anew about medical malpractice, by analyzing medical dispute. The results from data were based on questionnaires and replies about medical complaint, which were received the Busan Dental Association from November, 2000 to June, 2007, were as follows; 1. It were categorized 35 cases to 51 detail patterns. These cases were consists of complicated problem. 2. The cases, which were related to the treatment for prosthesis and orthodontics, became an issue. 3. In the case, which was related to the treatment for prosthesis and orthodontics, there were complaints in order of symptoms(occlusal discomfort, hypersensitivity, abnormal pain) and aesthetics after equipped prosthesis, and so on. 4. There was a tendency toward increasing complaints along with an increase of treatments (except conventional ways) for implant and so on.

태양광발전시스템 기술은 태양광모듈-접속함-PCS가 포함되는 BOS 기술로부터 시작되어 독립형 또는 계통연계형으로 전력을 생산하게 하는 설치, 운전, 운영기술이 모두 포함된다. 태양광 밸류체인 기술마다 급속한 산업 성장으로 단가경쟁력이 치열한 요즘 태양광발전시스템 기술은 설치단가, 발전단가를 낮출 수 있는 최후의 마지막 수단이라고 생각하고 시스템 설치단가, 운영단가를 낮추기 위해 많은 연구를 수행 중에 있다. 그러나, 태양광발전시스템 기술이 정상적으로 완성되지 못하면 경제적 손실은 물론, 내구성능과 수명, 민원에 의한 분쟁, 사고 등 다양한 고통을 겪게 된다. 본고에서는 이러한 태양광발전시스템에 대한 다양한 고장 사례와 민원 분쟁 유형을 진단하고, 그에 대한 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.
