본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크를 국방분야에 적용하여 운용하고 있는 해외 사례를 소개하고, 특히 미 육군에서 추진중인 미래전투체계(FCS : Future Combat System) 무인화 부분에서의 무인지상센서체계(UGS : Unattended Grounded Sensor)구성요소와 적용사례 및 감시 능력 등을 분석하였다. 또한 국내에서 일부 적용하고 있는 센서네트워크 응용사례를 살펴보았으며, 이러한 국내외 적용사례를 통하여 센서네트워크를 군 환경에 적용하여 실용화해가는 동향에 대해 진단해 보았다. 이를 토대로 "감시정찰센서네트워크"를 통해 기술개발하고 있는 한국형 무인지상센서 네트워크의 발전방향을 제시하였다.

The needs in terms of wireless communications are growing up both for civil and military applications. Therefore a constant improvement of this technology is required to meet customer wishes. One of its main shortcomings is the inefficient use of the spectrum in which a large part of the allocated bands of frequencies is unused. Since communication is crucial, spectrum shortage problems can lead a multi-national and coalition operation to failure. Cognitive Radio Networks (CRNs) are a promising technology which continuously analyses the spectrum searching for available frequencies. It can solve this spectrum issue by avoiding interferences, improving system-wide spectral efficiency, robustness to dynamic conditions and allowing more spectrum flexibility This paper specifically analyzed and presented the application of the CRNs in the military operational environment, and presented the appropriate method applicable to each actual operational situation.

미국 NSA는 미 국방부 산하 비밀정보기관으로 그중 하나인 국방정보국(DIA)와 함께 미국의 (대외)전자정보 첩보활동 기능을 하고 있다.워싱턴과 볼티모어 중간의 메릴랜드주 포트 미드에 본부를 두고 있으며 3만 8천명의 인원과 1년 예산 41조원으로 운영되고, 6000평의 지하에 설치된 수퍼컴퓨터들을 작동하고 있는 것으로 알려졌다.FBI나 CIA와는 별개의 조직이며 미 육군 안전국 및 해군과 공국의 통신정보기구에 대해서도 광범위한 감독권을 갖는다. 에셜론에 대한 관리 및 그 존재에 대한 의구심은 에셜론이 네트워크를 통하여 자국민은 물론 다른 나라의 국가 기업 기밀을 포착하고 있으리라는 추측을 불러 일으키고 있음에도 불구하고 미국과 영국은 에셜론의 실체 및 에셜론을 통한 정보탐지 여부를 철저하게 부인해 왔으나 호주 및 뉴질랜드 정부가 이사실을 인정하기 시작하였고 영국 BBC방송사는 1999년 11월 2일 오스트레일리아 정보보안부 감찰관 빌 블릭이 NSA를 중심으로 하는 세계적인 통신감청망 에셜론이 존재하며 자신이 일했던 호주 방위통신대도 이 감청망의 일부라고 확인했다고 보도했다.

미계측 유역의 수문순환이나 수질을 모의하는 것은 매우 어려운 것이 현실이며 특히 장기간에 걸쳐 모의를 해야 하는 경우에는 더욱 그러하다. 본 연구에서는 미계측 유역인 평화의댐 유역을 대상으로 물리적인 과정 기반의 분포형 수문 모형 GSSHA의 장기 유출과 수질 모의에 대한 적용성을 검토하였다. 분포형 유역 모형 GSSHA를 평화의댐 유역에 적용하여 유량과 수질 모의치를 실측치와 비교한 결과 소규모 호우로부터의 첨두유량을 과대하게 모의하거나 실측된 수질 자료와 일부 구간에서 다른 경향성을 보이는 등 일부 불일치하는 사항들이 나타났으나 모의된 주요 호우의 첨두유량과 기저유출의 전반적인 수문곡선 형태는 비교적 양호한 것으로 나타나 실무에서의 적용 가능성이 있는 것으로 판단하였다.

본 연구에서는 행정중심복합도시 예정 및 주변지역의 금강과 미호천 일부 구간을 대상으로 하상변동의 실태 분석과 수위유지시설 설치에 따른 장기 예측을 실시하였다. 1988년, 2002년 및 2007년의 횡단자료를 이용하여 대상구간의 종방향 하상변동 실태를 분석한 결과 금강과 미호천 구간 모두 2007년 최심하상고는 1988년에 비해 심한 저하가 발생된 반면 2002년에 비해서는 미소한 변화가 발생되었다. 수위유지시설 설치에 따른 하상변동 장기 예측을 수행하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 미육군 공병단에서 개발한 1차원 모형인 HEC-RAS 4.0 모형을 적용하였다. 고정상 모형의 수행을 통하여 수면고의 이상치를 보정(calibration)하였으며, 1988년과 2002년 횡단자료를 사용하여 이동상 모형에서의 검정(verification)을 실시하였다. 2007년을 기준으로 하여 2017년까지 향후 10년간 수위유지시설의 설치 높이에 따른 시나리오별 하상변동을 예측한 결과 미호천 대상구간은 그 영향이 미미하였으나 금강 대상구간은 수위유지시설의 높이가 높을수록 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 수위유지시설의 설치 높이가 7m일 경우 금강 대상구간은 설치하지 않을 경우보다 미호천합류점 상류부근에서 1.59m의 퇴적이 발생할 것으로 모의되었으며, 수위유지시설 하류부근에서 1.98m의 침식이 발생할 것으로 모의되었다.

In Korea, in the process of transition from a rural society to an industrial society, the opportunities for women's economic participation increased relatively. As a result, the marriage age of women increased, and it was recognized that the economic opportunity cost of married women and their participation in economic activities lead to low birthrates. In particular, it is time for an empirical analysis to determine whether workplace types affect the fertility rate. To this end, we analyzed the effect of workplace type on fertility using the labor panel data from 2003 to 2018. The results are as follows. A statistically significant negative relationship was drawn when unemployed women were compared with women employed in the private sector. However, there was no statistically significant effect when comparing unemployed women with women working in the public sector.

In recent years, there have been frequent incidents of invasion of national defense networks by insiders. This trend can be said to disprove that the physical network separation policy currently applied by the Korea Ministry of National Defense can no longer guarantee military cyber security. Therefore, stronger cybersecurity measures are needed. In this regard, Zero Trust with a philosophy of never trusting and always verifying is emerging as a new alternative security paradigm. This paper analyzes the zero trust establishment trends currently being pursued by the US Department of Defense, and based on the implications derived from this, proposes a zero trust establishment plan tailored to the Korean military. The zero trust establishment plan tailored to the Korean military proposed in this paper includes a zero trust establishment strategy, a plan to organize a dedicated organization and secure budget, and a plan to secure zero trust establishment technology. Compared to cyber security based on the existing physical network separation policy, it has several advantages in terms of cyber security.

복잡한 지하구조인 지하터널과 핵폐기물 저장소 부지조사에 관한 자료해석을 위하여 지오토모그래피를 이용하였다. 지하터널의 조사는 지하저장소, 자원개발 및 군사적인 측면에서 많은 연구와 응용이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 미육군이 현장에서 얻은 자료를 처리하고 이를 이론모형의 결과와 비교하였다. 또한 핵폐기물 부지 조사는 미국의 핵폐기물 저장소의 후보로 지정된 Yucca Mountain의 지질구조에 대한 이론모형계산을 행하였으며, Jaramillio(1993)가 모형실험치를 image 방법에 의하여 계산한 결과와 비교하였다. 탐사방법으로는 탄성파 시추공-시추공 방법과 VSP 방법을 사용하였다. 지오토모그래피의 기본이론은 터널과 지하공간 제3권 1호(1993)에서 설명되었다.

현대 무기체계의 복잡성과 고가성은 무기체계 개발에 SW컴포넌트인 공통서비스를 도입시켰고, 실례로 미육군에서는 미래전투체계 개발에 공통서비스를 도입하여 개발 중에 있다. 최근 한국군도 무기체계 개발에 공통서비스 도입의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무기체계 공통서비스에 대한 선행연구로서 참조모델(RM) 간의 관계 분석과 구현 참조모델(IRM)의 진화에 따른 공통서비스 변화과정을 분석한다. 그리고 서비스 대상의 특성에 따라 3개의 서비스에디션으로 진화된 구현 참조모델의 진화과정과 진화로 인한 영향을 분석한다. 이를 통해 한국군 무기체계 공통서비스를 도출하는데 있어 기술적인 기여를 할 것으로 기대한다.

The Army tried to settle the mission command in army command system in 1999 but still not be settled. One of the reason is the absence of practical plans of mission command. The purpose of this study is to find out the moderating effects of personal thinking type to the impact on organizational effectiveness about the impact on organizational effectiveness on sub factors the transformational leadership The main results of this study are as follows. <H1> The charisma and the personal considerations of sub factors of transformational leadership effected positively(+) on the job satisfaction, the charisma effected positively(+) on the organizational commitment. But There was no statistically significant influence on the personal considerations and the effort advocacy <H2> In the result of the moderating effects, in accordance the of a person's each cognitive processing traits is high and low, on the transformational leadership turned out to be a gap in the influence show the difference in organizational effectiveness.on the organizational effectiveness. This results suggest the following. The first. The military group regard highly commandand and discipline. so, the charisma of a superior is that a big impact on organizational effectiveness. The second, For the mission command is to become established in the army, It suggest that need to explore of sub factors of the mission command and need to consider of personal traits with the mission command.
