Effects of Purchasing Motives on Information Seeking m Beauty Services (미용서비스에서 소비자의 구매동기가 정보탐색에 미치는 영향)

  • The purposes of this study were 1)to examine the conceptual structure of purchasing motives and information seeking of beauty service, 2)to find out the effects of purchasing motives on information seeking, and 3)to investigate the differences of purchasing motives and information seeking according to the demographic variables. The questionnaire was developed based on pretest and previous studies, and completed by 331 female consumers living in Seoul and Busan. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach's a, regression analysis, Pearson's correlation, ANOVA, and Duncan test. The results are as follows; First, factor analysis showed that the purchasing motives of beauty services consisted of five factors, such as Fashionableness, Impulse purchase, Special event, Mood & Recreation, and Practical purchasing needs. And the information seeking for beauty services consisted of four factors, such as Mass media, Opinions of neighbors, Experience & Observation, and Sales hook. Second, mass media was effected by fashionableness, impulse purchase, special event, and mood & recreation. Experience & Observation was effected by fashionableness, special event, and mood & recreation. Sales hook was effected by fashionableness, and impulse purchase. Third, the dimensions of purchasing motives and information seeking of beauty service were significantly different according to age, marriage or unmarried, and duties.

Study of Correlations Resilience of the Beauty Industry Employees and Job Satisfaction and Happiness Index (미용종사자의 회복탄력성과 행복지수 및 직무만족도의 상관관계연구)

  • The beauty industry relies heavier upon the specialized labor of beauty industry employees than any other industry. Beauty industry employees directly meet their clients and are required to provide services with extremely delicate care. The sense of happiness of employees working at the interface of service provision matters most importantly for beauty industry growth. In this study, the correlation among beauty industry employees' resilience, happiness index and job satisfaction was tested under hypotheses. As a result, their resilience was found to have a significant effect on happiness index and job satisfaction; happiness index, on job satisfaction and resilience; and job satisfaction, on resilience and happiness index. Consequentially, it was found that when individual happiness increased, their job satisfaction moved up along with job performance. In this sense, for the further development of beauty industry, it is deemed necessary to consider methods to improve the sense of happiness of beauty industry employees.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of beauty services owners 'support policy on entrepreneurship performance in the beauty service industry through the effects of entrepreneurs' personal characteristics, managerial factors, capital factors and store factors on entrepreneurial performance. As a factor affecting the start - up performance of beauty service companies, it was analyzed that human resource management which is a sub - variable of managerial management factors, capital factors at start - up and store factors influenced entrepreneurship performance. The study on the effect of funding policy, education support policy, and consulting support policy on the start-up achievement of beauty service companies is as follows. The government funding policy, educational support policy, and consulting support policy have no effect on human resources management, start - up capital, and store factors which have significant effect on start - up performance. This is because institutional support for funding is not an institutional support for proving the policy effect but an effective support plan for creating entrepreneurial achievement is needed. Educational support policy and consulting support policy are reflected in the politics reflecting the characteristics of beauty service companies and realistic Education support and consulting support are necessary. In particular, it needs to be expanded to reflect the actual management activities and performance creation processes of other beauty service companies, which are different from the policy support of existing small business owners.

  • 본 연구는 본점 주소지 거주 주민에 의해 그 매출액을 현저히 영향을 받는다고 생각되는 소상공 서비스업체들 중 미용서비스업체의 점포 선택 결정요인을 관심 변수로 다루었다. 입지요인에 의해 영향을 받는 경영성과 측정 변수를 경영자의 만족도나 소비자의 충성도 측면에서만 진행하지 않고 미용서비스업체의 성과인 실제 매출액과 방문자수를 활용하여 연구하였다는 점에서 선행연구와 큰 차이가 있다. 본 연구 결과는 미용서비스업체의 점포입지요인중 가시성 접근성이 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 또한 미용시술의자수가 매출액과는 (+)의 관계를 디자이너 1인당 매출액에는 (-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 미용서비스업체에 대한 분석을 하여 다른 소상공서비스업체에 확산 적용하는데는 한계가 있다. 또한 입지특성에 있어서도 유의적 영향을 미치는 추가적인 입지 변수들을 발견할 필요가 있다.

The effect of job stress on job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the beauty service industry (미용서비스업 종사원의 직무스트레스가 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examines the effects of job stress on employees in the beauty service industry and the consequences on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Based on the analysis of the job stress of beauty employees, the purpose of the study is to identify the beauty service industry's problems and present marketing implications. First, it was found that employees' job stress in the beauty service industry harmed job satisfaction. Beauty workers with a high job satisfaction increase the quality of service for customers, which can increase the customer's store loyalty, helping the beauty service industry's work performance, thereby further increasing job satisfaction by reducing job stress. Second, it was found that employees' job stress in the beauty service industry harmed organizational commitment. The higher the organizational commitment is, the more sense of belonging is created, which in turn can improve the work performance of the beauty industry workers and reduce the turnover rate. Therefore, it is necessary to find a way to increase organizational commitment by reducing beauty workers' job stress. Third, it was found that employees' job satisfaction in the beauty service industry had a positive effect on organizational commitment. These results show that the higher the job satisfaction related to the beauty worker's current job satisfaction, current salary satisfaction, satisfaction with the boss, satisfaction with the work environment, and passion for the job, the higher the organizational commitment.

  • 본 연구는 보령머드 활성화를 위한 사전연구로서, 보령의 바다진흙 소재를 활용하여 산업간 연계협력(바다 진흙+제조업+서비스업)으로 결합된 공동브랜드와 복합테마거리 조성을 통해서 산업간 융복합화를 실현하여 보령머드를 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안하는데, 연구의 주목적을 두고 있다. 연구결과, 충청남도의 화장품, 미용기기 용품 등의 연구개발 및 제조업과 뷰티서비스업, 의료 미용업들을 융복합화하여 보령의 장점인 고품질 천연자원(보령머드)를 활용해서, 보령머드축제를 연계시켜 산업간 공동브랜드를 개발하고, 보령머드 복합테마거리를 조성한다면 관련 기업의 성장은 물론, 지역의 고용창출효과가 커서 보령머드의 활성화에 크게 기여할 것으로 보인다.

The Level of Customer Participation in Retailing Service (소매서비스업에서의 고객참여행동 수준에 관한 연구)

  • Retailing service companies need to manage customer's behavior participating in service production and delivery process, while trying to differentiate from competitors with customer services. They also need to know the level of customer participation to make good use of customer participation in retailing service delivery process. Therefore, this paper expects to show the level of customer participation in domestic primary retailing service types. In details, this paper empirically identifies how different the level of customer participation is in four retailing service types-family restaurant, hair service, hospital service, educational service. As results, activity effort, communication effort, and compliance effort variables of customer participation were significantly in different level. But, sympathy effort variable of customer participation was not identified on the level of difference in four retailing service types. Additionally, hospital service showed the highest level of customer participation in four retailing service types, then family restaurant, education service, and hair service were in order. Judging these results, this paper suggests that the level of customer participation according to retailing service types would be different empirically. Also, this paper provides the opportunities to make properly good use of customer participation suitable to individual retailing type.

뷰티아카데미 교육생들의 관계효익이 뷰티아카데미의 브랜드이미지와 신뢰에 미치는 영향

  • 뷰티산업은 2000년대 초반 이후 소득수준의 향상과 개성 표현, 웰빙 등 새로운 라이프 스타일에 부합하여 급속한 성장을 이루어 왔다. 뷰티산업은 헤어미용, 피부미용, 네일아트, 메이크업 등 서비스업과 관련된 미용기기, 용품 등 제조업을 포괄한다. K팝의 영향으로 이미용, 피부미용, 네일, 메이크업 등 K뷰티 서비스에 대한 해외 소비자들의 수요 역시 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이에 대응하여 뷰티 서비스 전문가를 양성하기 위한 전문 교육기관 역시 꾸준히 증가하고 있으나 교육생들의 뷰티아카데미 선택 기준에 대한 연구는 부족한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 뷰티아카데미 수강생들이 느끼는 관계효익을 심리적 효익, 사회적 효익, 경제적 효익, 고객화 효익으로 구분하여 측정하고 이러한 관계효익이 뷰티아카데미에 대한 교육생들의 브랜드 이미지와 신뢰도 형성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 각각 분석한 다음 뷰티 아카데미 교육생들의 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해 뷰터 아카데미 운영에 필요한 시사점을 도출하여 제시하고자 한다.
