The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the subscription economy on the contemporary art market in terms of creation, consumption and distribution of artwork. To accomplish the aim of this study, we conducted a case study of Artnomic Gallery K borrowing the theoretical perspective from Alexander(2003)'s Modified Cultural Diamond model. In this paper, we collected data through reviewing the secondary document and conducting in-depth interviews with 10 experts and consumers in the art market. As a result, the subscription economy eases the traditional art trade, which is heavily focused on a small number of market arts, by encouraging artists to create various works. The transition to subscription in the purchase of art contributes to lowering the barriers to entry into the art market by reducing the financial burden on consumers in terms of consumption. In terms of distribution, this founding of this article shows that the experts of Gallery K are the main actors in selecting the works that consumers subscribe to. Therefore, in this study, it is of academic significance to discuss that the filtering effect of the distribution system emphasized by Alexander(2003) is effective even in the art trading system to which a new form of economic activity - the subscription economy - is applied.

본 논문에서는 프로그램 소스 코드로부터 표절을 감정하는 기술적 방법론에 대한 고찰과 자연어 형태로 쓰여진 팔에 대한 표절 형태 및 이를 감정하기 위한 기술적 방법들에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 미술품이나 고문헌등에 대한 저작자의 진위 여부 및 표절 감정은 저자뿐만 아니라 소장자의 재산가치 평가 및 문화재 관리측면에서 대단히 중요한 문제이기 때문에 이를 기술적으로 처리하기 위한 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 최종적으로 실험에 의해 븐 논문의 유용성을 입증코자 한다.

최근에는 디지털 박물관을 비롯하여, 미술품이나 역사적 유물들을 디지털 형태로 재현하려는 시도들이 활발해지고 있다. 디지털 형태로의 재현은 시공간의 제약을 받지 않으면서 컴퓨터 상에서 해당 미술품이나 유물을 감상할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 반면에, 고전적인 기계식 시계들 중의 하나인 테리 시계(Terry's clock)와 같은, 움직이는 유물은 내부의 기계 장치와 그에 따른 동적인 움직임 때문에 컴퓨터 상에서 재현하기가 까다롭다. 특히, 시계를 비롯한 비교적 오래된 기계 장치들은 기어나 진자와 같은 각각의 부품들을 재현한 후, 그 움직임을 동역학 기법들을 비롯한, 물리 법칙에 기반한 기술들로 재현하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 운동학 방법들을 이용하여 각 부품의 움직임을 재현함으로써, 테리 시계를 컴퓨터 상에서 복원하였다. 본 논문에서 사용된 방법들은 다른 기계 장치들의 재현에도 응용 가능하다.

This study was conducted with the purpose of listening to the explanations of artworks in the non-face-to-face class and confirming the learner's feelings as a result of the class. The proposed system listens to the explanation of the artwork, inputs the learner's emotions with a dedicated key, and expresses the result in music. To this end, the direction of the non-face-to-face art appreciation class model using the emotion key was set, and based on this, a system for non-face-to-face art appreciation was constructed. The learner will use the 'smart device using the emotion key' proposed in this study to listen to the explanation of the artwork and to input the emotion for the question presented. Through the proposed system, learners can express their emotional state in online art classes, and instructors receive the results of class participation and use them in various ways for educational analysis.

The size of the domestic art market has increased 21.9% over the past five years as of 2018 to KRW 448.2 billion and the number of transactions has also increased 31.6% to 39,367 points maintaining growth for the fifth consecutive year. Art distribution platforms are diversifying from galleries and auction-style offline to online auctions. The art market consists of three areas: production (creation), distribution (trade), and consumption (buying) of works and as the perception of artistic value as well as economic value spreads interest is also increasing as a means of investment. Consumers who purchase works and think of them as a means of investment technology have an increased need for objective information about their works, but there is a limit to collecting and analyzing objective and reliable statistics because information provision in the art market distribution area is closed and unbalanced. This paper identifies objective and reliable art distribution status and status through big data collection and structured and unstructured data analysis on art market distribution areas. Through this, we want to implement a system that can objectively provide analysis of authors in the current market. This study collected author information from art distribution sites and calculated the frequency of associated words by writer by collecting and analyzing the author's articles from Maeil Business, a daily newspaper. It aims to provide consumers with objective and reliable information.

조경작업은 그 규모가 크고 작건 간에 지반 정리 등 토목공사 외에 바닥, 돌담, 울타리, 연못-분수 설치작업이 병행된다. 물론 식물 식재가 중요한 부분이다. 식재된 식물이 주변 환경과 잘 어울리고 더 빛을 발하기 위해서는 이 같은 다양한 조경 요소가 잘 조화를 이뤄야 한다. 여기에 조각품이나 미술품 등 각종 조형물이나 물레방아, 석등, 정자, 누각, 벤치 등이 함께 어울러질 경우 하나의 예술작품으로 승화된다.

Compared to Korea's recently expanding art distribution market, the difficulty of securing the authenticity of art is hindering the healthy development and growth of the market. In this regard, the current situation of the emotional system in the UK and France's art distribution process are examined as excellent cases in foreign countries. In the UK, there is a full autonomous appraisal system by art experts without state intervention. In France, the judiciary and the administration of art have an appraisal system for art works, so the appraisal work has reliability and objectivity. Through the above system, this study suggests measures to strengthen transparency in art trade and to break unfair practices in order to secure the authenticity of the domestic art distribution market. In addition, this study proposes the establishment of a professional appraisal system and the improvement of administrative law regulations to explore the possibility of ensuring fairness through mediation through the example of an international arbitration body.

There is a problem that unknown paintings are sophisticated in the level of forgery, making it difficult for even experts to determine whether they are genuine or counterfeit. These problems can be suspected of forgery even if the genuine product is submitted, which can lead to a decline in the value of the work and the artist. To address these issues, in this paper, we propose a system to classify chromaticity data among extracted data through objective analysis into quadrants, extracting comparisons and intersections, and estimating authors of unknown paintings using XRF and hyperspectral spectrum data from corresponding points.
