방대한 양의 분산 멀티미디어 자원에 대한 액세스를 제공하는 하이퍼미디어 기능을 사용한 IPTV의 성공은 영상 정보 관리 시스템의 구성요소로써 IPTV의 영상 정보 검색의 효율성 제고 및 성능향상을 제공한다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 현존하는 하이퍼미디어 시스템에 거의 없는 필요한 모든 기능을 제공하는 방법을 보였다. 개방형 분산 멀티미디어 자원 통합 모델의 모든 기능을 제공해주기 위하여 개방형 분산 하이퍼미디어 시스템 타입의 IPTV 정보 계층 구조와 양질의 서비스 계층을 통하여 융통성 있고 확장 가능한 분산 멀티미디어 정보 시스템이 개발될 수 있는 범위 내의 모듈러 프레임워크(modular framework)로써 행동하도록 설계되었다. 개방형 분산 하이퍼미디어 프레임워크 모델은 QoS 제공을 위하여 이질적인 분산 멀티미디어 자원 통합의 하이퍼미디어 프레임워크 모델을 하이퍼미디어 세션과 함께 제시함으로써 넓게 분산되어 있는 자원에 대하여 투명하게 접근할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

새학교 문화창조의 일환으로 현장에선 학습자의 전인적인 특성을 평가할 수 있는 수행평가를 실시하고 있다. 하지만, 현장여건의 개선없는 제도 도입으로 근본 취지와 관계없이 교사와 학습자는 이중부담에 시달리고 있어 교육의 질 개선에 어려운 점이 많다. 본 논문에서는 수행평가실시로 인한 교사의 업무부담을 줄이고 나아가 수업의 질을 개선하고자 현장 적응력있는 웹 기반 수행평가 설계를 제안하고자 한다.

학습자 중심이라는 큰 장점을 가지고 급속도로 발전해 가는 온라인 교육의 세계적인 흐름에서 어린이 영어 교육사이트에 있어 어린이들에게 흥미를 높여주고 동기를 유발시키며, 추상적인 언어를 살아있게 해 주며, 적은 용량으로 애니메이션을 표현할 수 있는 플래시 애니메이션 활용의 필요성을 알아보았고, 기존 영어교육사이트의 플래시 애니메이션을 분석해 본 결과. 작업이 제대로 이루어지지 않아 동영상으로 보여줄 수 있는 상황의 이해, 학습동기 유발, 집중력 향상 등의 학습효과를 기대하기 어렵다. 사용자에 대한 많은 연구와 플래시 애니메이션의 적극적인 활용과 개선을 통해 어린이를 위한 온라인 영어 교육이 충분히 제 역할을 다 할 수 있는 계기가 되리라 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 다자간 화상회의 시스템에서 합성 입체 음향을 재현하는 방법과 음향반향제거 방법을 제안한다. 합성 입체 음향은 HRTF(head related transfer function)을 이용하여 재현하고 합성 입체 음향반향제거를 위하여 AP(affine projection) 알고리즘을 이용하여 3차원 입체음향반향 제거 방법을 제안한다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 결과 제안하는 합성 입체 음향반향제거기가 효과적으로 반향을 제거할 수 있음을 보인다.

PDA를 이용한 무선 네트워크에 대한 활용도가 높아짐에 따라, PDA상에서 이루어지는 무선 네트워크 보안에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. PDA 무선 네트워크 보안 문제를 해결하기 위해 많은 연구 및 솔루션 개발이 진행되고 있으나, 이들의 신뢰성을 검증할 만한 시스템 및 연구는 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PDA환경의 무선 네트워크 응용계층 보안모듈들이 무결성 기능을 제대로 제공하는지를 검증 및 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

In 2019, the government improved the system to reduce the maximum weight of economic feasibility items in the comprehensive evaluation from 50% to 45% in order to improve the problem that economic feasibility is a decisive factor in passing the preliminary feasibility study. This study is to analyze the effect of system improvement in 2019 and verified the difference between before and after system improvement. As a result of regression analysis and correlation analysis, both periods showed high correlation, and the difference through Z-test was analyzed as not statistically significant. This result means that institutional improvement to reduce the impact of economics was not effective. Therefore, it is judged that it is necessary to discuss the design of a more effective comprehensive evaluation study through research such as reevaluating the weights of each item in the comprehensive evaluation in various ways in existing projects.

본 논문에서는 웹 상에서 자기 주도적 학습 능력을 필요로 하는 수학의 개념적 학습을 멀티미디어 체계적인 웹 기반 코스웨어 설계모형을 제시하였으며 학습자 중심의 교육 방법으로 원격지에서 멀티미디어 요소를 웹 기반으로 하는 실시간 수학문제 풀이 원격교육 시스템을 구현하였다. 이는 웹 기반의 수학 코스웨어(Coureware) 및 텍스트 모드로 제작 설계되었다. 이 수학 문제 풀이 원격교육 시스템은 자기 주도적 수학문제 푼이 단계학습을 목적으로 한다.

우리 사회에서 표출되고 있는 젠더의 문제는 일상성의 문화로 고착되어지고 있다. 또한 미디어에서도 젠더의 표출은 명백하게 드러나고 있다. 미디어 문화에서 표현하고 있는 젠더의 문제 또한 고정관념으로 한국의 가부장제 중심의 남성 지배구조를 표출하고 있다. 물론 드라마에서 쉽게 볼 수 있는 젠더의 고정 관념이 변화하고 있으나 우리 사회는 여전히 남성 중심의 가부장제의 의식세계가 깊숙이 자리매김하고 있는 상황이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 젠더와 미디어와의 연관성을 중심으로 사회문화적 현상을 고찰하고자 한다.

디지털 멀티미디어 방송(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting :DMB)는 디지털 라디오 방송 시스템에 기반으로 한 최초의 휴대용 TV 서비스이다. 최근 제 78차 MPEG 회의에서 DMB 콘텐츠에 대한 멀티미디어 응용 포맷으로 DMB MAF에 대한 논의가 진행되었다. DMB MAF는 DMB 콘텐츠에 대한 ISO 파일 포맷을 기반으로한 DMB 단말기 간의 상호운영성의 지원 및 저장을 지원하기 위한 파일포맷이다. 본 논문에서는 DMB MAF를 위한 MPEG-21 IPMP 및 REL을 이용한 보호관리 기술에 대해 설명한다.

The purpose of this manuscript was to investigate the effects of issue involvement and relation of perceivers to comparison targets on the magnitude of third person perceptions. The investigation was expected to help us to understand the underlying process of third person effect hypothesis. Data was collected from adult residents in Ohio, United States by telephone survey in 2003(n=524). Like most other third person effect studies, this study supported the hypothesis: Respondents perceived more media effects on others than themselves for both 'Negative media portrayals of smokers' and 'News coverage of Roman Catholic priest's sexual scandals'. Results of five hypothesis tests suggest that when relationship between a perceiver and a particular comparison target is present third person perception is explained more by cognitive components than motivational components. In this case, third person perception varies with comparison target's issue involvement while it is independent of social distance between the perceivers and the comparison target. Also, perceivers' issue involvement positively correlates with the magnitude of third person effect. Based on the results, it is concluded that when perceives or a comparison target is involved in a message cognitive processes accounting for the relationship can impact the magnitude of third person effect. An important theoretical implication of the study is that third person effect is, to some extent, related with framing effect and priming effect.
