Sick House Syndrome(SHS) is the environmental health problem which is difficult to clarify a causal relationship and a responsibility. This paper is focused on a National Environmental Dispute Resolution Commission(NEDRC)'s judgment on SHS and the process of the change of knowledge and policies related to SHS. In the process of the resolving the SHS dispute, NEDRC functioned as a boundary organization, which helps stabilize the boundary between science and policy, and provides space of mutual collaboration and produces boundary objects. NEDRC had necessary characteristics and resources to make scientific knowledge and policies of SHS. First, it was important for SHS to define a problem clearly and to justify the related information whereupon legal authority was effective. In addition, for the procedure of deciding polities, the role of the Ministry of Environment(ME) was essential. However, due to the condition of ME, the discussion of SHS had been limited to the scope of dispute, excluding scientific discussion.

On increasing illegal software copyright, the need for similarity analysis is now rising. The reliability of object material are becoming important when it's moving from developer to evaluation experts. Object material as a comparison data, is the important data to the evaluation expert which is delivered from agencies such as courts and police stations. The object material is submitted at first to the Copyright Commission and then delivered to the evaluation expert with safe. However, if the similarity result is not satisfied to the both side, they will claim to the reliability of the object material such as source code modification or revision etc. Software objects is produced in a file format and are recognized as being able to be modified. Therefore, the reliability to the object material is studied in various ways, and a forensic is proposed as one method. This study showed the suggestion to keep reliability of the object material through the actual evaluation cases.

Construction Projects have many participants by characteristic, scale and contract. Those also have complicated communication structure. So, claim and dispute occur continuously for conflicting communication. In many claim and dispute cases, it usually occurs between builder and owner. Unfair practices by owners position cause main claim and dispute. This study analyses judgment type, cause and compensation ratio in korean commercial arbitration case and provides the dispute information for builder that has weak position by contract. It draws analysis information for managing and controlling dispute that order type, judgement type, cause and failure case. Using these analysis information, it hopes to help inducement of dispute agreement and save time and economic damage for builder during construction. It also hopes to rise construction completeness by providing dispute management information.
