The semiconductor technology for the deep submicron $regime(0.18\mu\textrm{m})$ and larger wafer $diameters(300\mu\textrm{m})$ has been increased its cost with each wafer. Hence, in order to reduce the number of characterization experiments of a new process, lithographic modeling is more important than it was. In this paper, we introduced a new method to extract Dill ABC parameters from the refractive index changes. In order to evaluate our exact method, results of experiments and calculations for several resists were compared with other methods〔1〕through the lithographic simulation.

본 논문은 실험 정보보호에 대하여 고찰하였다. 물리학은 자연과학의 하나로, 이론 물리학과 실험 물리학 등으로 분류되며, 이론 물리학은 실험 결과를 기반으로 더욱 포괄적인 이론을 도출하는 학문, 그리고 실험 물리학은 이론 물리학에서 도출된 이론을 실험을 통하여 검증하는 학문이다. 현재의 정보보호 분야는 수학적 도구를 기반으로 정립된 이론적인 암호 분야, 그리고 이를 기반으로 응용 분야 및 안전성 평가 분야 등과 같이 다양한 분야로 분류되어 연구되고 있지만, 실험 물리학과 같이 이론을 기반으로 실제 실험을 통하여 결과를 도출하는 학문에 대한 연구는 부재한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실험 정보보호에 대하여 고찰하고 향후 활용하는 방안에 대하여 논한다.

The GPS satellite system, a satellite system for global positioning, is making itself more and more useful for various kinds of civil application and especially for the automatic car navigation system. A simple map display and matching system can be developed combining the position information from the GPS satellites and the accurate digiral map stored in a digital form. In this paper, the structure and the implementation details of the software half of the system and the testing results of the system are presented.

과학사를 살펴보면 아리스토텔레스만큼 엉터리 물리학으로 사람들의 믿음에 절대적인 영향을 준 인물도 드물 것이다. 그는 무거운 물체가 가벼운 물체보다 더 빨리 떨어진다고 주장했는데. 그의 이러한 생각은 거의 2천년 동안 진리처럼 받아들여졌다. 갈릴레이가 사고실험(思考實驗)으로 그의 생각이 틀렸다는 것을 증명하고, 뉴턴이 물리학의 틀을 확고히 세웠지만 오늘날에도 이러한 생각을 가진 사람들은 많다. 이는 아리스토텔레스의 영향력이 오늘날까지 이어지고 있는 것이 아니라 자신의 경험에서 유추한 물리에 대한 잘못된 선개념(preconception)을 가진 사람들이 많기 때문이다. 이러한 엉터리 물리학을 물리 오개념(misconception)이라고 부르는데 이러한 물리 선개념은 쉽게 고쳐지지 않으며, 심지어 과학전공자나 과학책에도 이러한 것들이 종종 발견된다.

일본 최초의 물리학박사인 야마카와 겐지로는 우리나라 최초의 물리학박사 최규남보다 45년 앞서 박사학위를 받았다. 16살이 되어서야 구구단을 처음 공부한 산천은 미국 유학 3년만에 귀국하여 21살에 대학교수가 되었는데 그 당시 독일 뢴트겐의 X선 발견이 보도되자 몇달 안에 같은 실험에 성공한 뛰어난 물리학자였다고 한다.

대통령 직속의 국가과학기술자문위원중 유일한 여성위원으로 활약하고 있는 이화여대 물리학과 모혜정교수. 모교수는 이화여대 재직중 공과대학을 설립하는데 주도적 역할을 했으며 6년동안 자연과학대학장과 대학원장을 맡아 지도력과 행정력을 발휘했다. 모교수는 남편인 서울대 물리학과 장회익교수와 함께 과학가문을 이루고 있다.
