최근 4차 산업혁명과 더불어 센서 네트워크와 같은 최신 무선통신 기술들의 기반시설 적용을 위한 연구들이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 원자력시설 또한, 보안 및 비상대응 시스템에 무선통신을 적용하기 위한 연구들이 진행되고 있으며, 미국과 UAE의 경우 이미 원자력시설에 무선통신을 적용하여 사용하고 있다. 그러나 무선통신의 경우, 물리적인 네트워크 접근 경로가 존재하지 않기 때문에 통신 경로에 대한 접근통제가 불가능하며 광범위한 지역에 네트워크를 설치하는 경우 중계 단말 수량의 증가로 인한 접근통제 취약점이 발생할 가능성이 있다. 이와 같은 무선통신의 특성 때문에 원자력시설의 필수디지털자산에 무선 네트워크를 적용 시 현재의 통신 경로 접근통제 등의 유선 통신을 기준으로 작성된 접근통제 규제기준으로는 무선통신에 대한 접근통제를 이행하기에는 부족함이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 무선 네트워크 접근통제를 위한 규제 기준 개선안을 제시한다.

개발로 인한 환경변화는 관련 분석모형을 통해 직접적으로 예측하기 하는 것이 가장 바람직하지만 데이터 취득의 어려움, 분석 방법론의 부재 등의 이유로 정량적 평가가 어려운 현실이다. 그렇기 때문에 수자원사업을 계획시 대부분 환경적인 영향을 매우 정성적인 형태로 평가하거나 수질과 같은 대표적인 항목에 대해서만 예측하는 수준이다. 기존의 연구 또한, 유역 또는 행정구역의 현재의 현 상황을 평가하기 위한 것이 주이며, 수자원사업과 관련성이 적은 항목도 일부 포함되어 있기 때문에 수자원사업의 특수성을 반영하기에 한계가 있다. 현 상황의 이러한 문제점을 인식하여 본 연구는 오늘날 대표적 의사결정 기법이라 할 수 있는 계층화분석과정(AHP)과 다속성효용이론(MAUT)을 활용하여 향후 수자원사업과 관련된 다기준의 사결정 과정에서의 환경성 평가방안을 제시하였다. 환경성 평가기준은 수질, 경관, 생태계 이렇게 세 가지 항목으로 구성하였고, 각 평가기준에 대한 수준을 직접적으로 대변 가능한 정량화 방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 앞서 정량화된 값을 표준화하기 위하여 MAUT 기법으로부터 평가기준별 효용함수를 도출하였다. 한편, 사업을 시행함에 따라 예상되는 환경성변화는 사업전 환경성과 사업 후 환경성을 비교하도록 하였고, 이때 해당사업의 특수성을 반영하고자 별도의 설문과정을 통해 평가기준별 가중치를 결정하였다. 본 연구는 환경성 검토시 생태학적, 물리적 분석에 기반을 둔 정량적 예측의 어려움을 보완하기 위해 정성적 예측을 추가적으로 제시하였고, 사업의 특수성과 평가항목이 갖는 일반성을 명확히 구분하여 의사결정 과정에서 주관적인 요소를 최소화하였다. 또한, 평가항목별 사업전후의 환경성을 비교, 검토함으로써 실제 사업추진 과정에서 개발로 인한 부정적 영향의 사전예방에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 유아용 시트 고정 장치 커버의 개폐 시 사용자가 느끼는 물리적 영향도와 감성적 영향도의 상관관계를 분석하여 주요설계인자와의 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 커버의 형상이 각기 다른 차종을 선정, 주요설계인자에 대한 치수를 측정하고, 시험기를 이용하여 개폐 시 사용자에게 가해지는 물리적인 힘을 측정하였다. 또한, 감성평가 체크리스트를 통한 사용자의 감성평가도 실시하였으며, 감성평가의 기준은 힘평가(힘만 고려한 평가)와 감각평가(힘을 제외한 평가)로 분리하여 평가하였다. 정리하면 기계적으로 측정된 물리적 힘과 감성에 의한 힘평가의 결과값을 비교 분석하여 두 측정값의 상관관계를 분석하고자 하고, 또한 감성평가 중 힘평가와 감각평가 사이의 관계도를 분석하여 주요설계인자에 대해 어떠한 감성적 영향을 미치는 가를 알아보고자 한다. 최종적으로 유아용 시트 고정 장치의 최종 제품에 대해 감성을 고려한 설계인자를 제공하고자 한다.

Because of the oocIear family due to the rapid industrialization and the growth of husband and wife bah working, the base of the tradition that the parents, all of the famly or the hamet oonmunity bring up the infants together in the important time to the infarts has been collapsed in Korea. Because working mothers camot bring up their children by themselves they got stressed and housewives do not have the oonfidence in rearing their infants and the fathers are isolated from home and the chikten instead of being exempted from the responsibility of rearing children. Therefore the common and comprehensive rearing system should be made for solving the child-rearing problem. For solving these problems and for the desirable infant-rearing and education, the joint irlart rearing, whidl compensates for the life, education and furthermore the sdlool edJcation through the volur1ary participation, has been prepared altematively. Compared to the traditional rearing system, joint infant-rearing is not only operated by the residents with the dues paid by the union members but also makes children experience the life force of natu"e in themselves. So the preparation of the standard of the suitable environment design for the joint infant-rearing is required which is diffrent from the traditional standard of the environmertal facilities for the traditional rearing system. The concept of joint infant-rearing was defind in this study through the reference and the ooncept of infant edJcation which is in operation suocessfully in Italy and Sweden in order to understand how the ooncept of infant education has changed as the ages have dlanged. And the basic principals for the formation of physical envirorvnert and the spare design and the envirorYnertal oondition for the practical environmental design was also studied through the reference. And after study about the concept. figure and physical environmental suggestion, the concept, standard and element of joint infant-rearing environment design was suggested. And as the final conclusion, the design requirement of the envirorvnertal design for the joint infant-rearing was suggested.

The values of a organization generate belief and activate participation of community members. Accordingly, it is necessary to find new core values of the school library in addition to access and assistance which are the library's traditional values. This study analyzed the central keywords in the contents of mission and vision appeared in the International School Library Standards and acquired core values being composed of 5 fields such as education, collaboration, access, cultural awareness and sensitivity, and democratic citizenship. As a result of analyses of missions and visions in America, Australia, UK, and Canada School Library Standards, it seems that life-long learning skills, physical access and social responsibility are common core values. America and UK School Library Standards which were revised recently are underlining technology skills, multiple literacies and integrated information literacy curriculum particularly. Ultimately, these core values will be utilized as the directions and basic materials for the establishment of missions and visions for the school library in Korea.

Nowadays, people get images from various media like TV, magazines, newspaper, internet. Such images directly influence people's thoughts and lives, either consciously or unconsciously. In the past, reproduction devices have been mainly used in reproducing an original scene accurately. Lately, the cognitive preference became a key value in the scene reproduction, and it was affected by the surrounding media. Recently, the most commonly used device in reproducing an original scene is the camera. The core of an image is the light, in other words, the exposure. Most digital cameras are set to adjust exposure automatically in order to reproduce a scene physically as identical as possible. However, physically right exposure does not always give images that people prefers. Numbers of tests were done to find the exposure value that makes an image cognitively more preferred. Skin tones which are highly sensitive to color and changes in density has been used in the tests. A male and a female model have been used to classify changes in cognitive preference due to gender differences.

Road design guideline provides the directions on how to design a road alignment based on design speed, and this guideline has a design expectation in that design speed is supposed to be equal to the operating speed of drivers. Horizontal curve design is also based on design speed, and minimum radius is derived based on the drivers comfort while negotiating the curve. However, side friction reflecting drivers comfort is lower than a physical friction measured on wet road surface, therefore, it is reasonable to regard the criterion on minimum radius has a safety margin. Futhermore, the practical preference of choosing the larger radius than minimum leads to a noticeable gap between design speed and operating speed, so links to the violation of design expectation implicated in the guideline. In order to review this assumption, friction and operating speed at rural roads was measured and observed. As the results, a safety margin brought out by the gap between comfort-based friction and measured friction is qualitatively derived. Also, the gap between design speed and operating speed presumably caused by the safety margin and practical preference is analysed. By this, it is suggested that current design guideline should provides not only the minimum radius but also the management of road alignment design to minimize the gap between the design speed and operating speed.

In physical modeling of plucked string instruments, the vibration of a string is typically simulated by the linear system. Currently the Digital Waveguides of J.O.Smith[1] are widely used to get a high quality sound of the plucked string instrument. He used the wave equation to derive the Digital Waveguides and emphasized the time variable. In this thesis, new model of plucked string is proposed to improve the sound quality emphasizing the spatial variable of the wave equation. In our model, we used the fixed sampling interval which is not dependent on the speed of the wave. So we could get more detailed description of wave movement by the time variable. As a result, the new model could produce a higher quality sound of plucked string instrument.

Two-dimensional (2D) MT surveys near the Century mine in Australia have been performed with very far remote reference in Esashi, Japan (RR_ESS) as well as Gregory Downs (RR_GREG), which are roughly 6,400 km and 80 km apart from the survey area, respectively. Good quality of MT data could be obtained by remote reference processing with RR_GREG, while the coherency of magnetic fields between field sites and RR_ESS was not sufficient to be used as remote data. Both 2D and 3D inversion of 2D profile data represented the general geological structure beneath the survey area. The main target of the survey, Termite Range Fault, appeared as a boundary between a conductive block to the north and a resistive block to the south in the reconstructed resistivity section, and is inclined slightly to the north-east direction.

최근 학교폭력 및 묻지마 범죄가 꾸준히 증가추세에 있다. 2011년 12월 학교폭력에 의한 대구중학생 자살사건, 2010년 2월 김길태 사건과 6월 김수철 사건, 2016년 5월 강남역 노래방 살인사건과 6월 섬마을 여교사 사건 등 사회적 약자인 소년, 여성 대상범죄 및 묻지마 범죄가 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 범죄예방 도구이자 전략으로써 CPTED가 하나의 대안으로 부각되고 있다. 국토교통부는 건축물, 건축설비 및 대지에 관한 범죄예방 기준인 '범죄예방 건축기준 고시'를 2015년부터 시행하고 있는데 적용대상 건물 등은 이 기준에 따라 설계하고 건축해야 한다. 현대 위험사회에서 강력범죄 및 경범죄의 사전예방을 위해서는 사회 안전시스템 구축이 요구되며 그 대안으로 환경설계를 통해 범행기회를 심리적, 물리적으로 차단하는 정책을 모색함으로써 환경범죄학 입장에서 범죄예방에 접근할 필요가 있다.
