More manufacturing companies tend to outsource their logistics functions to logistics service providers to ensure their own competitiveness than before. This paper investigates the differences between customer perceptions and expectations on three key logistics outsourcing decisions. For testing logistics service qualities, a research model which employs a SERVQUAL model was developed and a survey targeting manufacturing companies has been conducted. The average difference of logistics service level between customer perceptions and expectations was derived as 8% from a result of gap analyses. The findings here reveal the level of service quality of Korean logistics service providers as well as suggest core capabilities for them in order for gaining a competitive edge on the competitors and improving their performances.

물류시스템설계 및 개선의 일환으로 차량운송계획 문제는 매우 중요시되는 분야이다. 본 연구는 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 통합물류 운송계획문제(Integrated Vehicle Routing Problem : IVRP)를 위한 전산화 모델의 개발로서 운송 중인 차량의 자동위치 조회시스템(Automatic Vehicle Location System : AVL)을 이용하여 차량운송의 통제기능을 높이며, 차량운송 효율을 높이는 목적으로 VRP문제와 AVL문제를 연계하는 통합운송시스템의 개념 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 다-물류센터를 고려한 운송 영역할당(Sector Clustering), 경로계획 문제(VRP) 및 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 운송순서 계획(GA-TSP)을 고려한 통합운송계획모델의 개발을 목적으로 차량의 운송간의 통신 및 통제 등의 기능을 위하여 위치 추적을 가진 GPS와 통신시스템을 위한 TRS 및 위치설정을 위한 GIS를 고려하였다. 본 연구에서의 AVL시스템 개발을 위한 GPS, GIS 및TRS 등 AVL시스템의 구성요소에 대하여 그 개요를 조사 연구하였다. 또한 GPS, GIS을 기반으로한 물류시스템의 구성과 시스템에 필요한 기능 및 구성요소를 파악하고 서브 시스템을 구성하여 각 서브 시스템의 기본설계를 실시하기 위한 연구이다.

소비자 욕구의 다양화, 개성화 및 고도화와 생산체제의 소품종 다양생산체제에서 다품종소량생산체제로 물류환경의 변화가 급속히 진행되고 있다. 운송ㆍ보관ㆍ하역ㆍ포장ㆍ정보 등 각 기능별로 나누어져 있는 물류관련 용어는 업종별ㆍ물류단계별ㆍ기업별로 서로 다르게 사용되고 있어 업무의 효율을 저하시킬 뿐 아니라 단계별 물류과정을 체계적이고도 효율적으로 관리하는 데 막대한 지장을 주고 있다. 나아가 물류기기의 발주업체나 생산ㆍ공급업체에서도 각기 상이한 용어가 사용됨으로써 사후관리에도 어려움을 주고 있다.(중략)

The purpose of this study was to extract and evaluate the factors to improve the quality of shipping logistics platform suggested as an alternative to the stagnant shipping logistics industry. For this, we selected factors through previous research and expert interviews, and conducted surveys on carriers, forwarders, shippers, and platform operators with experience using shipping logistics platforms. As a method of analysis, quality evaluation of the shipping logistics platform was conducted using IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). The results of this study are as follows "Competitiveness of services provided", "Connectivity with other transportation mode", "Competitiveness of freight", "Transparency of freight", and "Stability of booking space". For the shipping logistics platform to be activated in the future, priority should be given to focusing on these factors. This study has academic significance for establishing configuration function of shipping logistics platform and deriving evaluation factor. Additionally it is an industrial significance for suggesting strategies to improve users' participation in the shipping logistics platform.

항만의 연결기능이 확대됨에 따라 해운 항만산업은 전문화 및 고도화되었으며, 이에 따른 인적자원의 양적 질적 경쟁력 향상도 무엇보다 중요해졌다. 하지만 이를 육성하고 발전시키기 위한 인적자원의 수급에 대해서는 시장기능이 원활이 작동하지 못하고 있으며, 이러한 연구도 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해당산업통계자료를 바탕으로 회귀모형에 의한 해운 항만물류산업에 필요한 전문인력에 대한 정확한 예측을 제시하고자 한다.

현대사회의 물류 현장에서 근로자가 직접 물류를 분류하는 작업을 하거나 상하차 작업을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 자율주행 로봇을 이용한 물류 분류 시스템은 물류 운반 로봇과 컨베이어 벨트로 구성된다. 물류 운반 로봇은 경로 설정 및 장애물 감지가 가능한 자율주행 기능을 가지며, 컨베이어 벨트는 하차된 물류의 무게 측정과 배송 가격을 표시하는 기능을 가진다. 본 연구의 결과는 근로자들의 노동 강도와 육체적 또는 정신적인 피해로 인해 발생하는 산업재해의 발생률을 감소시킬 수 있는 기대와 심야 시간에 부족한 인력을 보충하여 24시간 물류센터를 가동할 수 있는 가능성을 가진다.

본 연구에서는 물류분야에 MFCA를 도입하기 위해 공급업체와 본사간의 MFCA 정보를 공유할 수 있는 데이터베이스를 구축하여 원활한 정보흐름이 이루어지도록 하였다. 또한 GCM 프로세스를 분석하여 물류 부문에 MFCA를 적용할 수 있도록 물량센터를 물류 기능별 프로세스에 맞춰 선정하도록 하였다. 마지막으로 MFCA Framework를 5가지로 설정(MFCA Database Management, MFCA Visualization, GCM Data Integration, GCM Data Tracking, MFCA Data Predict & Assignment)하여 각 기능별로 설명하였다. 이를 통해 그동안 환경친화적 물류활동을 구현하는 기업들이 MFCA를 도입하고자 할 경우 GCM 프로세스 중 MFCA를 적용하는 범위 및 적용대상을 선정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 국제물류관리는 세계화기업의 초국가적 글로벌 경영활동과 고객욕구의 다양화로 인해 기업경영에 있어 중요한 요인으로 대두되고 있다. 특히 물류관리에 있어서 항만은 주요 지역거점 물류체계의 구축과 국제물류관리의 집중화 및 통합화로 인해 공급사슬체인 상에서의 기능 및 역할의 변화가 요구되어 지고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구는 지속적인 국제물류환경 변화와 해운환경 변화로 인해 새로이 요구되는 중심항만의 기능과 역할을 분석하고, 항만경영환경 변화에 성공적으로 대처하고 있는 싱가폴항만의 대응전략을 연구·분석하고자 한다. 또한 부산항과 싱가폴항의 비교분석을 토대로 부산항이 21세기 항만경영환경변화에 대한 대응전략을 제시하고자 한다.
