Dual-Radio Tag System for RFID Tag Mesh Networking (RFID 태그간 메쉬 네트워킹을 위한 듀얼 라디오 태그 시스템)

  • This paper consists of two parts: the protocol for tag-to-tag mesh network and the implementation of dual-radio RFID system. Recently, RFID has been adopted in ports or warehouse, being attached to containers and palettes for loading/unloading automation. However, the RFID system has encountered one problem - some tags cannot receive any command from reader intermittently due to signal interference by containers or field equipments (e. g. cranes and yard tractors). This area where reader signal cannot reach is called dead-zone. The proposed method for solving the dead-zone problem is as follows. A zone which can be communicated directly between readers and tags communicates in 433MHz frequency band in compliance with ISO/IEC 18000-7 standard. On the other hand, dead-zone communicates in 2.4GHz frequency band by using tag-to-tag mesh network in compliance with IEEE 802.15.4 standard. The proposed method can not only save much cost to install additional readers but also help resolve the dead-zone problem. Furthermore, it can provide the easier, faster, and more economical network infrastructure.

  • An information technology revolution is sweeping the world driven by digitalization and tremendous popularity of the Internet. Electronic commerce and trade is the mainstream of this trend, and realization of a cyberspace without physical, spatial, and time restraints has led radical structural changes in international trade. Northeast Asia including Korea, China and Japan is becoming more important as a core economic region in terms of economic growth, intra-regional trade in particular. The introduction to electronic trade system and networks would playa vital role in speeding up trade of commodities, service and information etc. Therefore the study aims to examine a scheme to facilitate international trade in Northeast Asia by establishing information infrastructures. The study begins with reviewing current situation in information infrastructure such as the number of PC, utilization ratio of internet, information network, volume of electronic commerce. It is analyzed that what kinds of obstacles to facilitating electronic trade in Northeast Asian countries in terms of physical infrastructure, institutions, regulations, technologies regarding information exchange among countries. Finally this study presents some suggestions in order to remove the problems currently existed in vitalizing electronic trade.

  • The EPCglobal Network is a system which provides the information of items to suppliers, consumers, and customers by granting identification numbers on the goods based on the technologies of EPC(Electronic Product Code) and RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), and connecting the space to store those information by network. The EPCglobal architecture framework is also a service consolidating supply and process chain by using EPC for the common goal of business corporations. In the national level, it is necessary to define standard vocabularies for each location and logistics business process for RFID environment using the pre-constructed logistics information infrastructure. Therefore, we define the standard vocabularies and partially user vocabularies for international logistics on EPCglobal network architecture. Finally, we believe that our vocabularies contribute to describing the events fur the EPCglobal network architecture and actually providing usable platform via the XML implementation.

Estimating Value of Time for Freight Transportation in Freight Items using Logit Model (로짓모형을 이용한 화물 품목별 화물운송 시간가치 산정 연구)

  • Travel time reduction is a benefit in economic analysis. Freight transportation time reduction benefits influence the logistics industry. The objectives of this paper are to estimate the Value of Time (VOT) for transportation time reduction with logit methodology. The data of Gyeonggi-do's domestic road freight transport in 2007 are used. VOT was estimated for five commodities. An average VOT of 19,946 won/vehicle-hr was calculated; transport of electronic parts had the highest VOT. This study will help provide direction for improving Korea's road infrastructure for freight.

A Study on the Strategy of Korean Logistics Companies to Enter the Cambodia E-Commerce Market (한국 물류기업의 캄보디아 전자상거래 시장 진출 전략에 관한 연구)

  • While the e-commerce market in Southeast Asia is growing, this study aims to derive factors for establishing an entry strategy for the Cambodian e-commerce market where Korean logistics companies can strategically enter in the future. Cambodia is a country where growth and growth potential in the e-commerce market is steadily increasing based on the high youth population ratio, high smartphone penetration rate, the introduction of convenient payment systems, and government-level e-commerce promotion policies. In this study, Korean logistics companies established detailed promotion strategies by deriving factors necessary for Cambodia's entry into the e-commerce market and analyzing their relative importance. The AHP analysis technique derived three top factors for the entry strategy, and each presented four sub-factors. As a result, the importance was shown in the order of 'Market Factor' (0.556), 'Policy and Institutional Factor' (0.295), and 'Corporate Competency Factor' (0.149). As a result of the sub-factors analysis, the importance was found in the order of "Characteristics and Growth Potential of Distribution Channel" (0.230), "Purchasing Power and Awareness Level of Consumers" (0.176), "Cambodia Government's E-commerce Policy and Institutional Support" (0.122), and "Cambodia Government's Logistics Infrastructure Plan" (0.108). In both the upper and lower factors, the characteristics and growth potential of the Cambodian e-commerce market were important, indicating that Korean logistics companies value market size and growth potential to enter the Cambodian e-commerce market. The results of this study can be used as a guideline to help Korean logistics companies make successful inroads into Cambodia, where the e-commerce market is expected to grow in the future.

A Study on Multi-modal Transport Logistics Network Buildup of Harbors in Gangwon in the North Pole Route Era (북극해 항로시대와 강원권 항만의 복합운송 물류네트워크 구축전략에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigates the initiatives of Gangwon sea routes based on precedent studies on the North Pole route to suggest a multi-modal buildup of transport logistics network of Gangwon harbors for the strengthening of logistics efficiency in the Korean Peninsula. The findings were: First, the government should expand railway infrastructure in Gangwon. Second, harbors in Gangwon should each have one speciality to strengthen connection with other harbors by using railway oriented background transportation network. Third, the government should develop industries of EFEZ(East coast Free Economic Zone) in the East Sea Coast in Gangwon to connect resources from the North Pole Sea. Fourth, the government should invite the base of Araon Ho's polar research vessel to play the role of the North Pole Sea route in the near future. Fifth, the government should strengthen the role of the Samcheock LNG base under construction. SIxth, environment-friendly transportation technology should be introduced to reduce carbon emission as much as possible. Lastly, an optimum North Pole logistics route should be developed to connect the Metropolitan area(Metropolitan Economic Zone), Gangwon roads and railway, Gangwon habor, Trans-Siberian Railway and thw North Pole route, and Europe, to strengthen national foreign trade power in the near future.

Analysis for Circumstance of Maritime Transport in the Chinese northeastern three provinces towards Sustainable New Northern Policy

  • The Chinese three northeastern three provinces - Heilongjiang, Liaoning, and Jilin - hold significant geographical, geopolitical, and commercial importance due to their location allowing for cross-border trade and transportation with North Korea. These provinces are crucial for establishing a complex Eurasian logistics network in line with South Korea's new northern policy. The Chinese three northeastern three provinces, as this region is known, boasts excellent maritime transportation links between South Korea, China, and North Korea, making it an logistics hub for transporting goods to Eurasia and Europe through multimodal transport. This study highlights the importance of securing a logistics hub area by fostering cooperation and friendly relations with China's three northeastern three provinces, which are crucial to the success of the New Northern Policy. In particular, the study aims to analyze current status of trade with these region and freight volume transported by ships and recommend political advice for securing logistics hub and revitalizing maritime transport. As the policy suggestion, this study is to establish a logistics hub by implementing joint port operations, constructing port infrastructure jointly, and operating shipping companies together. Additionally, we propose ways to revitalize the maritime passenger transport business between Korea and China, which involves expanding cultural exchanges and developing content.

창업기업의 동적역량 효과에 관한 탐색 연구

  • 정부의 창업 인프라 구축 및 창업 정책이 증가되고 있다. 그러나 실제적으로 창업기업의 성과를 높이기 위하여 기업가 정신과 동적역량이 중요하다. 동적역량은 창업기업의 기회탐색, 자원획득, 자원재구성 능력이며 기업이 성장함에 있어 매우 필요한 역량이다. 본 연구는 창업기업의 기업가정신, 동적역량, 경영성과의 효과와 관계를 검증하는데 중요한 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 창업기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하여 최종 361개 표본으로 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 기업가정신의 혁신성, 위험감수성, 진취성은 동적역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가정신의 혁신성과 위험감수성은 경영성과에 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 진취성은 유의미하지 않은 결과가 도출되었다. 셋째, 동적역량은 경영성과에 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on Developing Web based Logistic Information System(KT-Logis) (웹 기반 통합물류정보시스템(KT-Logis) 개발에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, the current problems of logistics industry in Korea and their possible solutions were discussed. With Korea Telecoms KT-Logis, the supplier and demander of logistics service would not have to invest large sum of money into their computer system. All they need is just a computer with internet connected. What KT-Logis influence on the logistics industry are the following; 1. Many logistics service supplier and demander can do the business on the web with one computer system. 2. This web based computer system does not only work on the office but also apply on the field worker such as delivery personnel or even the forwarder with mobile phone. 3. KT-Logis is an integrated system which cover the broad arrange of logistics management from truck management to customer relations management. 4. Finally, KT-Logis is web based systems which suits for current e-business and mobile environment. In future, more studies should be done to develop more progressive integrated logistics information systems with enterprise resource planning(ERP) and supply chain management(SCM).

  • 본 논문은 ATMS와 ATIS에서 요구되는 교통관리 및 정보제공의 효과분석을 위해, 운전자의 주행 및 경로선택 의사결정과 교통제어에 대한 반응등 운전자 행태를 모의실험에 반영함으로써 교통시스템의 실시간 특성을 모사할 수 있는 모형을 구축하고 이를 기반으로 하는 미시적 교통 모의실험기를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 운전자, 차량, 교통망, 검지 및 신호시스템, 교통정보제공시스템 등을 교통시스템의 주요 구성요소로 설정하였으며 운전자 및 차량특성, 차두시간분포와 차량발생모형, 차량주행모형, 차로변경 및 간격수락모형, 경로선택모형을 주모의실험모형을 구성하는 부모형으로 결정하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 각각의 부모형들에 대한 최근의 연구결과들을 검토하고, 현실모사 능력과 함께 다른 부모형들과의 연계, 모의실험기의 구현상에서의 적합성 등을 고려하여 적정모형의 선정 및 수정, 새로운 부모형의 구축을 수행하였다. 구축된 부모형을 통합하여 교통모의실험기를 개발하였으며 구축된 모형의 타당성 및 적용성 검토를 위해 현장자료 및 가상자료를 이용한 검증을 수행하였다. 검증결과 모형의 목적인 교통제어 및 정보제공등의 시스템 대안의 평가에 이용 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 본 논문의 연구결과는 교통제어 및 정보제공전략 대안의 평가뿐만 아니라 차량추종 및 차로변경 등의 미시적 교통모형 연구, 동적기종점 통행량 추정, 동적통행배정의 연구에도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문의 연구모형은 현단계에서는 현실의 모사 및 분석을 위한 도구보다는 새로운 대안들간의 비교평가를 위한 도구로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이에 따라 현실모사의 정확도를 확보하기 위한 검증 및 개선이 필요할 것이며, 각 부모형들에 대한 계속적인 연구와 새롭게 발표되는 연구결과를 수용한 지속적인 개발이 필요할 것이다.유기적인 연계에 있음을 밝히고 있다. 건설을 위한 정책적 시사점과 동북아 연구개발정보 Portal 및 APEC APGrid 연구망 등의 구체적인 정보인프라 구축방안을 도출하였다.술 주기를 도출하고, 산업 내 평균 권리 청구 항목 수를 이용하여 각 산업의 기술 범위를 비교하였다. 각각의 동적 분석을 통해 시간에 따른 변화 양상이 관찰하였고, ANOVA 분석을 이용하여 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 현재의 기술 패러다임 내에서 Pavitt이 제시한 산업 분류의 근거를 보충 설명하였고 특허 정보를 이용하여 기술혁신의 산업별 유형에 대한 폭넓은 분석방법을 제시하였다.별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다..
