  • 본 연구는 광양항 물류산업 인프라 우선순위 분석을 위하여 Fuzzy AHP 기법을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 의사결정을 위한 측정요소로 수익성, 용이성, 시급성, 장래성이 선정되었고, 대안으로는 글로벌 네트워킹 구축, 물류전문인력 양성, 친환경저비용항만 운영, 전문물류기업 육성이 선정되었다. 대안의 우선순위는 글로벌네트워킹 구축, 친환경저비용항만 운영, 전문물류기업 육성, 물류전문인력 양성 순서로 나타났다.

A Study on the Improvement of the Korean Industrial Standards Related to Logistics Centers : Based on Logistics Activities and Infrastructures (물류센터의 물류활동과 인프라를 고려한 한국산업규격(KS)의 개선방향에 대한 연구)

  • This paper classifies and defines the infrastructure factors required to performance various logistics activities in domestic logistics centers as base facility, logistics facility, logistics equipment and operation system. The classification of infrastructure factors in this research provide the standard to be able to identify which infrastructure influence on logistics activities directly or indirectly. Also, this paper reviews Korean industrial Standards('KS') related to logistics center and then suggests the reformation of KS reflected on the logistics activities and infrastructures with field-study(321 domestic centers) and advisory meeting1). This review and suggestion can increase the low awareness and use of KS. Lastly, this paper can contribute to increase the effective of logistics centers' plan and operation by providing the improvement direction of KS regarding to logistics centers.

  • The purpose of this study is to construct the logistics infrastructure for the exploitation of Saemangeum New Port that will be constructed in near future. To accomplish the purpose, this paper grasp the change of port logistics circumstances firstly. find out the project of the new port and construct the logistics infrastructure for the new port with the basic facts of the port competitiveness. The construction of the logistics infrastructure for the exploitation of Saemangeum New Port will be conducted as follows ; (1) Construction of logistics environment (2) Planning the port marketing for the extension a logistic market share (3) Construction of logistics chain and IT Network and finally (4) Construction of logistics community.

A Study on Effect of Transportation Mode Selection Factors of Indonesian Export Companies on Logistics Performance (인도네시아 수출기업의 운송수단 선택요인이 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The improvement in logistics competitiveness is the key element of corporate competitiveness in the era of severe competition among companies and high oil prices due to globalization. For this reason, this study analyzed the effect of transportation mode selection factors of Indonesian export companies on the logistic performance in accordance with the logistics environment. The results of the analysis show that only the cargo characteristics, which are the transportation mode selection factor of export companies, had a significant effect on logistics; the services, time, and expenses, on the other hand, had no effect on logistics performances. This result reflects the poor logistic infrastructure of Indonesia. While the export company considers service, time, and expenses when choosing transportation mode, it had no effect on logistic performances due to poor logistic infrastructure. The poor logistic infrastructure of Indonesia has caused a rise in the overall logistic expenses of companies due to excessive transportation time over the transportation distance, unavailability of on-time acceptance and delivery, and increase in the transportation expenses and subsidiary expenses. These are also the factors that decrease the competitiveness of export companies and affect the promotion of the manufacturing industry and foreign investment for the purpose of job creation and industrialization by the Indonesian government. Therefore, the logistics infrastructure must be improved initially. This study determines various points in terms of the logistics infrastructure environment of Indonesia, a developing country, using previous studies and provides their implications.

A Competitiveness Analysis of the Logistic Hub Cities in China (중국 물류거점도시의 경쟁력 분석)

  • In this paper, we analyse the comparative competitiveness of the 10 major logistic hub cities in China. First, using the input distance function, we calculated the technical efficiencies and the opportunity costs of the transport infra structure investments. Then, based on not only these supply side factors but also demand side, the overall comparative competitiveness by cities are analyzed. Our main findings are as follows: early developed, larger cities such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen are technically efficient but their opportunity costs of the additional transport investments are higher than the other cities. We also found that overall competitiveness of these larger and leading logistic hub cities are dominant over the small and newly developed logistic cities.

  • 물류 서비스는 경제 주체간의 원활한 상품 수송을 도모하여 구매 소비를 뒷받침하는 효율적 경제 및 시장의 필수조건이다. 한국의 물류산업의 경쟁력은 선진국에 비해 낮아 국내 물류활동 현황을 살펴보고 선진국의 물류 효율화 전략을 점검하여 물류 효율화 방안을 모색하여야 한다. 한국의 국가물류비와 기업물류비는 선진국에 비해 높은 수준이나, 비금속 등 일부 제조업의 기업물류비가 과도하게 높은 것으로 분석된다. 국내 물류산업의 문제점을 살펴보면 수요 측면에서는 2PL 의존도가 높은 것이 문제가 된다. 그룹 소속의 2PL 업체로 인해 물류 비효율이 발생하고 물류업계의 대형화, 전문화 실현에 어려움을 야기하고 있다. 공급측면에서는 물류전문기업이 부족하다. 영세기업 저부가가치 사업 위주의 산업구조로 인해 물류전문기업이 부족하여 물류 효율화 효과가 미미하다. 또한, 인프라 측면에서도 국내 물류 인프라가 미비한 현실이다. 높은 도로의존도로 과중한 수송비 부담 및 낮은 물류분야 표준화 수준으로 물류 효율저하가 우려된다. 한편 법제도 측면에서도 물류산업 관련 제도 개선이 미흡하다. 물류산업 관련 제도가 현장을 반영하지 못하고 있으며, 정부기업의 민간 참여 등의 불공정 물류 정책으로 국내 물류산업의 발전이 제한적이다. 다음은 현대경제연구원 이장균 수석연구위원이 발표한 "국내 물류산업의 문제점과 물류효율화 방안"의 주요 내용을 요약 정리한 것이다.
