본 논문은 RFID/USN 서비스의 국내외 시장 전망 및 적용 사례를 분석하였으며, 향후 서비스를 확대 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 국내외 RFID/USN 서비스 시장 규모는 기기 시장보다 더 커질 것으로 전망되며, 국방/안보, 항공/항만, 도로/교통, 유통/물류, 산업/건설, 제조/공정, 식품/농수 축산, 의료/보건, 도서/출판, 교육/문화/엔터테인먼트, 보안/방범, 재난/재해/환경 등의 분야에서 다양하게 적용되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. RFID/USN 서비스를 확대하기 위해서는 공공 분야를 중심으로 한 대규모 선도 수요 창출이 선행되어야 하며, 모바일 RFID 등 신규 서비스의 창출 및 활성화를 위한 정책 대안이 마련되어야 한다. 그리고 RFID/USN 서비스의 시장 규모와 보급시기 등을 고려하여 우선적으로 적용해야 할 서비스의 발굴을 확대하고, RFID/USN 도입 성과를 가시화하여 민간의 수요를 촉발할 필요가 있다.

최근 정보기술과 유비쿼터스기술을 바탕으로 도시를 미래화하는 유비쿼터스도시(U-City)구축이 범 국가적으로 추진되고 있다. 이에, 정부에서는 2008년 9월 25일 유비쿼터스도시의 건설 등에 관한 법률 시행령을 발표하였으며, 유비쿼터스도시서비스(U-City Service)를 크게 행정, 교통, 보건 의료 복지, 환경, 방범 방재, 시설물 관리, 교육, 문화 관광 스포츠, 물류, 근로 고용 등의 분야로 구분하였다. 이러한 유비쿼터스도시서비스를 제공하고 운영 및 관리하는 시설로 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터(U-City Management Center)는 다양한 유비쿼터스도시서비스를 효과적으로 연계하여 서비스에서 발생되는 다양한 도시정보를 통합, 분석하고 제공하는 유비쿼터스도시 핵심기능을 담당한다. 하지만 이러한 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터의 구축은 운영조직구성, 운영비용확보, 통합서비스 제공방안, 법 제도 정비 등의 해결과제를 가지고 있어 구현방안에 대한 구체적인 연구가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터에서 기본적으로 제공되어야 할 유비쿼터스도시서비스 유형을 제시하고 정의한다.

최근 컨버전스가 하나의 트렌드로 정착해 감에 따라, 그 동안 기기 및 기능 중심으로진행되던 디지털컨버전스가 이제는 인간, 사물, 공간을 유기적으로 통합하는 차원에서인간과 사물, 그리고 공간과 IT가 한데 어우러지는 유비쿼터스 양상으로까지 발전하고있다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 발달과 더불어 이제 유비쿼터스는 단순한 개념정립단계를 넘어 u-City, u-Health, u-교통, u-교육, u-유통/물류 등 수많은 분야에서 현실에 접목되면서 점점 더 구체화되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 기술이 가져오게 될 소위 유비쿼터스 IT 혁명은 소리없이 우리에게 다가오고 있으나, 그것이 몰고 올 변화는 우리 생활양식의 변화를 포함하여 실로 막대할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 u-IT시대를 향한 기술발전의 방향과 함께 그에 따른 관련 산업의 변화되는 모습을 예측해보고, 나아가서는 u-IT 사회를 조기에 구현하기 위해 해결되어야 할 주요한 과제들은 무엇인지를 간단하게 살펴보고자 한다.

The paper draws the scales of supply and shortages of port logistics area's human resources based upon the future prospect of its supply and demand. Due to the problems that we face today with human resources training and inequality between the levels of demand and supply, introduction of a new training system by local universities and their overall improvement are brought up as the needs of the times. In order for these to happen, the local universities need to assure originality by specializing Port Logistics area. They need to develop demand-oriented port logistics education programs through establishment of cooperation among the universities, as well as expand qualitative and quantitative improvement their educational programs. In addition the local universities have to act as the central of nurturing local talents by developing an educational-governmental cooperation, leading port & logistics' educational policy as think-tank and producting ready-to-work talent.

The purpose of this study is to share the experience of online education with departments related to the servic industry, such as distribution and logistics, in the New Normal Age of COVID-19 pandemics. The graduation presentation project, which is the capstone design subject and the most urgent subject for face-to-face classes, was selected as the online education subject of this study. The results of this study are as follows : First, several online class tools, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, have also been shown to be applicable to capstone design subjects such as graduation presentation projects. Second, it is essential to reorganize the curriculum to enhance students' ability to practice and utilize online contents. Third, continuous education and training are needed to make easy use of the aforementioned online teaching tools. Meanwhile, fourth, further research is needed to solve the learning effects caused by online learning, and difficulties in communication.

승선근무예비역제도는 미국의 사례와 같이 훈련된 우수한 승선근무예비역을 제4군으로 장기적으로 양성·예비함으로써 평화시에는 국가의 부를 축적하고, 전시, 사변 또는 국가비상시에는 국가안보를 부담시키기 위해 반드시 필요한 제도이다. 우리나라가 동북아 물류거점국가 및 해양강국으로 발전하기 위해서는 필수적인 해양 분야의 전략적 인적자원인 해기인력을 안정적으로 확보하기 위한 승선근무인력의 제4군화 제도의 정착이 반드시 필요하다. 아울러 승선근무예비역제도는 육·해·공 어느 최정예군대에 의해서도 대체할 수 없는 국가필수요원이며, 특히 국가안보와 해운력의 기초가 되는 제4군의 역할을 하는 해운인력은 양성기간이 길고 비용이 많이 소요되며, 한번 교육기반이 무너지면 복원하기 힘든 특성이 있으므로 단순한 직업인으로서의 해기사가 아니라 국가존립을 위한 국가의 사람으로서 국가 백년대계의 근간으로 간주되어야 한다.

Records and archives on military sexual slavery should be managed systematically due to its historical and educational values. Currently, the National Records Designation related to the military sexual slavery by Japan are managed in various related organizations including the National Archives of Korea. Some private institutions have diverse collections on the military sexual slavery by Japan. They have a collection of various types of records and archives. This study aims to build an integrated metadata schema for managing the records and archives on the military sexual slavery by Japan. To achieve this goal, this study examined the institutions and organizations related to the military sexual slavery by Japan, and analyzed the types and characteristics of their records and archives. Based on the results, a metadata schema was proposed for the records and archives of the "Military Sexual Slavery by Japan."

Seafarers play an important role in shipping and logistics. However, seafarers are relatively vulnerable to mental illness because they have to board ships for a considerable period of time and work in isolation. In particular, in the pandemic situation caused by COVID-19, the crew change is delayed due to the closure of many ports around the world, increasing the mental burden on seafarers. The mental health management of the crew is important because these mental problems can lead to major accidents of lives and ships. This paper identified the necessity of mental health management of seafarers through a survey and identified problems with the currently operated mental health management program and curriculum. Especially, this study proposed VR-based programs to help crews receive mentally counseling treatment in a timely manner and to reduce the mental burden on them by preventing sensitive personal information exposure. Through this, it is expected to contribute to the stable development of the logistics industry by establishing a safe seafarers working environment.

Blockchain, which is the basis of virtual assets such as cryptocurrency, is receiving great attention as one of the cornerstone technologies of the 4th industrial revolution. Blockchain is a technology that can fundamentally change our lives not only in finance, but also in politics, logistics, and culture. However, it shows lower-than-expected usability because it is complicated to learn and is continuously being developed. In this study, we tried to investigate whether the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) of virtual assets can be changed through education on the underlying technology, blockchain. A video-based online experiment was conducted with a total of 103 participants and examined how the type of training(positive, negative) and measurement timing(before, after) affect perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, acceptance, which are TAM variables, and trust and security, which are related to blockchain characteristics. As a result of the experiment, interactions were found in all dependent variables according to the type of education and measurement timing. Specifically, groups that received negative education had no difference in all variables before and after, but it was found that groups that received positive education showed an increase afterwards. Through this, it can be seen that the effect of education based on the anchoring effect is also shown in the intention to use virtual assets using block chain technology, suggesting that the intention to use blockchain related technology can be increased through positive education.

The purpose of this study is to closely examine the changes of food and drink waste amounts, and student's environmental literacy. By using creative methods, discretional activity classes, and programs to dispose of food and drink waste from students schoolmeals, and at the same time conduct and teach environmental education classes. To achieve this, students were given ten class lessons in creative discretional activities. Students were given flowerpots containing earthworms and were instructed to raise them, using food and drink waste from school meals. Four classes who were participating in project were examined for changes from March to July 2005. As a result the environmental education classes through creative discretional activities didn't have any significant influence on the students environmental literacy. However it did make a difference to the student's in-terms of their ecological knowledge. The project using earthworms to dispose of food and waste drink showed a decrease of 15% of the amount of waste food and drink from school meals. Moreover student's environmental literacy had been significantly influenced about environmental sensibility, value and causes. Through this study I found that the project using earthworms to dispose of waste food and drink, and creative discretional activities as a lesson decreased the amount of food and drink waste at the school, and the changes to students concerns and understanding about environmental sensibility, value and the various causes of waste food and drink.
