경기화학공업(주)는 1954년 5월 1일에 설립된 비료 $\cdot$ 수처리약품 $\cdot$ 제지용약품 $\cdot$ 콘크리트 강화제 및 고순도 알루미나를 제조, 판매하는 업체로서 비료부문은 국내의 대표적인 복합비료 공급회사로 92년부터 비료물류개선을 위해 표준파렛트도입을 추진하여 일관파렛트화, 포장 자동화 및 파렛타이저 설치로 인한 물류합리화작업을 추진하였음.

최근의 물류 환경은 교통 체증, 3D 업무 기피 현상으로 인한 인력난, 법적 규제등으로 지속적으로 악화되고 있어 기업의 물류비 부담은 매년 증가하고 있다. '94년 대한상공회의소에서 실시한 '기업 물류 관리 실태 조사'(대상업체; 513개사)에 의하면 총 매출액 중 물류비가 차지하는 비중은 14.3%에 이르고 있다. 이 같은 매출액에 대한 물류비의 비율은 '93년도의 8.5%보다 5.8%가 높아진 것으로 기업의 물류비 부담이 한 해에 19%나 증가 했음을 의미한다. 특히 음료업종은 저단가이면서 상대적으로 부피가 크고 무게가 무겁기 때문에 타 업종에 비해 물류비의 비율이 훨씬 높은 17.1%나 차지하고 있으며, 처리해야 하는 물동량도 상대적으로 많음으로 인해 물류관리상 개선의 필요성도 많고 개선에 따른 효과도 크다고 하겠다. 따라서 대부분의 음료업체들은 합리적인 물류활동을 통해 물류비용을 절감하고 서비스의 질을 높여 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 노력하고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 과거 음료업체는 생산성 향상을 통한 원가 절감과 품질 향상으로 매출 증대와 이익을 이룰 수 있었다. 그러나 앞서 말한 바와 같이 물류환경의 지속적 악화와 소비자의 다양한 욕구에 의해 물류 부문에 대한 기업의 대응은 점점 어려워지고 있으며 사회적 문제화가 되고 있는 것이다.

This paper reviews the current local logistics policy of the Incheon Metropolitan City and prioritizes policy agenda based on fuzzy AHP and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). The analysis recommends that the city needs to keep up the current good works at the policy agenda such as early expansion of the international logistics hub and improvement of the provincial highway network.The policy agenda including the logistics parks, the transport networks and the hinterland activities are evaluated as overkilled agenda. Revitalization of the logistics database, establishment of an integrated business support center, modal shift, and public logistics support were classified as low-priority policy agenda. The policy agenda of urgent concentration includes development of new logistics business and air cargo industry.

각 학교(전문대 이상)에서는 국제물류 전문인력 양성을 위한 전공이 개설되어 관련 과목 교육을 하고 있다. 학제별로 개설된 전공과목들을 파악하고 전체 커리큘럼을 분석하여, 정규교육과정에서 물류 전문인력을 양성하는데 한계점에 대하여 제시하였다. 또한, 한계점을 바탕으로 앞으로 정규교육이 우수한 국제물류 인력의 양성을 위하여 어떤 방향 점으로 개선되어야 하는지 분석하였다.

S사는 생산량 증대에 따른 물동량 증가에 대비하기 위하여 물류 시스템 개선안을 수립한 수 , 타다성을 검증하기 위해 시뮬레이션 기법을 채택하여 물류관점에서 현행 시스템 및 개선안에 대한 진단을 실시하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 기법은 생산공정에 실질적인 물리적 변화를 가하지 않고도 "What-if" 라는 다양한 시나리오를 작성하고 이들에 대한 분석 및 평가를 통하여 그 가능성을 타진하며 최적안을 도출하는데 유용하게 이용되는 도구이다. 본 진단을 통하여 현행 시스템의 문제점을 정량적으로 파악하였다. 그리고, 물류 개선안에 대한 기대효과를 예측하고 발생가능한 문제점을 사전에 도출하여 시행착오를 최소화하는데 기여하고자 하였다.기여하고자 하였다.

This study aims to identify factors that pharmaceutical logistics companies must consider when selecting a logistics center; it also aims to analyze the importance-satisfaction-of these factors by using IPA. The main results are as follows. First, overall, the aforementioned factors are divided into logistics factor, economic factor, environmental factor, and policy factor, and most of the specific attributes of each main factor are less satisfied than the importance. Second, the users of pharmaceutical logistics are divided into producers, distributors, clinics, and pharmacies. The analysis of each user shows a need to improve logistics factors as well as an overinvestment in environmental factors. The results can provide drug distribution companies directions for selecting logistics centers as well as strategic implications.
