본 논문에서는 문화재 손상 검출을 위한 직선 검출 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 문화재 건물의 볼록함, 즉 배부름 현상을 검출하기 위하여 원본 이미지의 직선과 윤곽을 탐지하여 두 선을 비교한다. 배부름 현상이 나타난 문화재의 경우 곡선이 볼록하게 검출되기 때문에 직선과 비교했을 때 일치하지 않는다. 직선 탐지 기법과 윤곽 탐지 기법은 컴퓨터 비전을 기반으로 이루어져 있으며, 이 선들은 이미지의 엣지를 이용하여 검출한다. 배부름 현상은 문화재의 전체 부분 중 일부분에 발생하기 때문에 직선과 윤곽을 비교했을 때 차이를 드러내므로 우수한 성능을 보인다.

It has been two years since the national certificate of Arts & Culture Education Instructor(ACEI) was implemented the 2012 amendment to the Arts & Culture Education Act. Separate from the initial policy goals, students who attend the program to achieve ACEI certificate share various expectations, motivations and intents. The purpose of the research is to understand the collective identity of future ACEIs to evaluate the initial policy implementation during the period when the collective professional identity has not been fully formed yet. This research studies the data that were collected from 172 students who were attending one of the official ACEI institutes in Seoul area. As one of qualitative research methods, Questionnaire Method was employed to conduct this phenomenological study. James E Marcia's theory provides the theoretical framework for the data analysis of this study. The research results indicate that many students'identity status are between Identity Diffusion and Moratorium, which raises concerns for both arts and cultural fields as well as the policy success. Therefore, this research will relate these findings to the larger arts and culture infrastructure in order to better prepare them as arts and cultural professionals and also to stress the importance of the job market development and social environment that can accept them.

부천시에서는 범시민적 다양한 기능과 욕구를 충족시킴은 물론 시민체육문화 활성화로 국민체육문화 발전에 기여하고자 부천실내체육관 현상공모를 실시, 총 9개 사무소에서 참여한 결과, (주)동남아ㆍ태건축(전재우+나광용+박원태)안을 최우수작으로 선정, 발표하였다. 한편, 우수작으로는 (주)무이건축(조원민)안과 환경동인건축(전찬진)안이 각각 선정되었다.

영화 '서편제'의 흥행에 힘입어 '서편제 신드롬'이라는 문화현사이 거리에서 일어나고 있다. 또한 이 영화는 '판소리'를 중앙으로 불러들이는 역할을 수행했다. 학문적인 이론서뿐만 아니라 소리꾼들의 삶과 예술세계를 밝혀주고 있는 책들이 출간되고 있는 현상도 판소리의 대중화현상을 직접적으로 보여주는 증거물이다.

부산시에서는 서부산권 주민들의 문화, 예술, 집회, 오락, 운동등에 대한 다양한 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 다목적 문화공간을 건립하여 지역주민들과 청소년들의 건전한 만남과 각종 행사의 광장을 마련하고, 신도시 공단 주변 여건을 고려한 공익시설의 확보와 향후 지역 발전에 이바지 하고자 현상설계경기를 실시, 작년 12월 28일 수상작을 발표했다. 이번 현상설계경기는 5개 사무소에서 작품을 제출한 결과 부산 신도시 설계 감리(주) 안이 당선작으로 선정됐고, 우수작으로는 금림, 영일종합건축안이, 가작으로는 성우건축안이 각각 선정됐다. 본지에서는 당선작과 우수작을 게재한다.

본 논문에서는 심층 특징 앙상블을 사용하여 목조 문화재의 변위 현상 중 하나인 배부름 현상을 감지할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 우선 총 4개의 서로 다른 사전 학습된 합성 곱 신경망을 사용하여 입력 영상에 대한 심층 특징들을 추출한다. 그 이후 4개의 서로 다른 심층 특징들을 결합하여 하나의 특징 벡터를 생성한다. 그 이후 합쳐진 특징 벡터는 완전 연결 계층의 입력 값으로 들어와서 최종적으로 변위가 존재하는지 아닌지에 대한 예측을 수행하게 된다. 데이터 셋으로는 충주시 근처의 문화재에 방문해서 수집한 목조 문화재 이미지를 가지고 정상 및 비정상으로 구분한 데이터 셋을 사용하였다. 실험 결과 심층 특징 앙상블 기법을 사용한 모델이 앙상블 기법을 사용하지 않은 모델보다 더 좋은 성능을 나타냄을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과로 부터 우리가 제안한 방법이 목재 문화재의 배부름 현상에 대한 변위 검출에 있어서 매우 적합함을 보여준다.

This study draws from the hands-on experience of designing railway routes that pass very close to the Cultural Heritage Protection Areas. There have been many cases where the rail route plan is rejected during the deliberation process of National Cultural Heritage Alteration although it has been selected as the best alternative after much time and expenses are spent and public consensus is obtained. When the route has to be realigned, this often leads to project delay and possible counter protest from the local public. In an effort to prevent such problems from occurring over again, this study looks at the projects where railways pass close to the Cultural Heritage Protection Areas. We examine the nature of public protests and the route selection process that reflects these protests into consideration. Based on the experiences drawn from these cases, we offer a few suggestions that we hope will contribute to the success of the project. The suggestions include the right timing for the application of Cultural Heritage Alteration and route alignment technique.

정보통신기술이 발달한 오늘날에도 영화포스터는 영화 고유의 홍보수단의 역할을 하고 있다. 영화포스터디자인의 발전은 사회, 문화 현상에 대한 반영이다. 본 논문은 중국 문화대혁명시기의 영화포스터에서 그 시대의 구체적으로 나타난 이미지를 분석하였다. 구체적인 이미지를 통해 사회 현상을 직관적으로 볼 수 있는 매개체 임을 제시하고자 한다.

한국에서 장소마케팅 현상이 등장하고, 그에 대한 학계의 연구와 분석이 본격적으로 시작 된지 5년여 밖에 되지 않았고, 아직도 장소마케팅 전략을 본격적으로 도입한 도시정부는 찾아보기 힘들 정도로 우리에겐 낯선 개념이다. 도시마다 문화도시, 생태도시, 관광도시, 지속 가능한 도시, 기업하기 졸은 도시 둥을 내세우며 관광객과 기업과 외부주민을 유치하려는 각종 정책들을 펴곤 있지만, 그러한 전략들은 장소마케팅 현상의 일부로 해석될 순 있어도 장소마케팅 전략으로 자리 매김 되기엔 부족한 점이 너무나 많다. (중략)
