The purpose essay, through overall theoretical studies and comparison analysis of a performing art situation, aims to search for the creation and direction of various performing arts and examined the prospect and activation plans for performing arts of the future. The summary of the main contents deducted from this research was as follows. First, branding through unique competitive contents was found only in Northern Gyeonggi-do. Secondly, excellent performing art human resource supply from the locality is an urgent priority. Thirdly, by propelling diversification of performing programs, the performing art consuming activation movement that induces people to participate in the performances was actively developed. Fourthly, the most important thing for the ultimate goal achievement of art policy is excellent human resource development through professional education in each field of art.

Generative AI, exemplified by models like ChatGPT, has revolutionized human-machine interactions in the 21st century. As these advancements permeate various sectors, their intersection with the arts is both promising and challenging. Despite the arts' historical resistance to AI replacement, recent developments have sparked active research in AI's role in artistry. This study delves into the potential of AI in visual arts education, highlighting the necessity of swift adaptation amidst the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This research, conducted at a 4-year global higher education institution located in Gyeongbuk, involved 70 participants who took part in a creative convergence module course project. The study aimed to examine the influence of AI collaboration in visual arts, analyzing distinctions across majors, grades, and genders. The results indicate that creative activities with AI positively influence students' creativity and digital media literacy. Based on these findings, there is a need to further develop effective educational strategies and directions that incorporate AI.

North Korean youth is a youth aged 6 to 18 who lives in a South Korean society after having left North Korea. In this study, photo-in-education (PIE) provides North Korean youths with opportunities for cultural and arts education, and to help them adjust themselves to South Korean society. As a result, they, as young people who are exploring a new life in South Korea, have been able to express their own inner world through photos, videos, and writings. Also, young people have developed a bright and clear mind, and enhanced an expressive power and logical power that helps grow healthily and intelligently. Further, it is the aim of this education to help them to have a positive feeling for society and to do their best to become a healthy member of society, who will be able to contribute to society. Through PIE, it was found that North Korean defectors were able to see themselves positively and express their own inner self positively, despite that they are still in the negative and shady side of life.

In modern society, efforts to improve quality of life and happiness are emphasized compared to the past when economic growth was emphasized. The government has been implementing various policies to realize the happiness of the people through culture. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Cultural Arts on the improvement of the happiness index of Seoul citizens by dividing them into demand (enjoyment) and supply side by setting Cultural Arts as independent variable, unlike existing limited surveys or literature surveys, under the control of change, the temporal range was set for more than 10 years and then analyzed quantitatively by panel analysis. The results showed that the demand for cultural arts affects positively on the improvement of happiness index of Seoul citizens, but the supply of cultural arts had a meaningless effect. In order to improve the happiness index of the citizens of Seoul through supply, it is necessary to supplement the existing space and to promote cultural demand through differentiated cultural arts programs aimed at diverse classes but also the policy implication that cultural indifference groups and active participation of cultural underprivileged groups should be increased.

The purpose of this study is to examine the necessity of introduction of NCS curriculum for culture and arts management at four - year college and whether NCS education is helpful for employment and acquiring certification. For this purpose, we set up the research model "Culture Arts Management NCS Education, Necessity of NCS curriculum introducing at 4-year universities, Help in employment and business performance" and surveyed. As a result, Chronbach's Alpha coefficients were calculated as 0.821, 0.807, and 0.830 and the internal consistency was secured. The validity analysis of the measured variables was also calculated above the reference value(0.5). And it was found that both intensive validity and discriminant validity were secured. As a result of the hypothesis test, the standardization coefficients were 0.608 and 0.977, and both hypotheses showed positive (+) relationship. Therefore, each research hypothesis was highly correlated.

This study aims to reveal the educational effect and healing action of senior dance by approaching the experiential awareness of the social workers in phenomenological ways. The social workers who participated in the study are 7 social workers at Institute of Social Welfare of the Elderly Welfare in 2014 selected from ARTE Culture and Arts Culture and Arts Education Support Project as beneficiary organizations in the field of dance education. The materials and data of this study have been collected through 1 to 1 in-dept interviews with them. As a result, social welfare workers were recognizing senior dance education as emotional, recognizable, mental, social art activities rather than simple physical activities. And the senior citizens stimulate individual positive emotions and cognitive and have given feedback on and on. So, snowball effect that satisfactory feel of our lives get increased occurs. Finally, senior dance education provided at welfare institutions can be considered healing art activity to improve quality of life gradually through continuous interaction among individuals and communities.

이 연구의 목적은 학교문화예술교육 지원사업 성과에 관한 평가를 통하여 정책과 제도의 개선방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 미국정책학회의 표준에 기초하여 정책평가의 접근방법을 반영하였으며 Dunn(1981)의 정책분석기준에 근거하여 효과성, 형평성, 대응성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 학교무용예술교육은 공교육내에서 가치 있는 효과를 내고 있었으나 형평성은 미비한 실정이며 대응성은 충족하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 집행의 관점에서 방향성과 개선점을 시사하였다.

둔황 벽화는 4세기부터 14세기에 거쳐 제작된 중국전통 회화 예술의 한 종류이다. 본 논문은 둔황 벽화의 예술성이 애니메이션에서 어떻게 연출되며 중국의 전통 문화와 어떠한 관련성이 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위한 연구 전개는 첫째, 둔황 벽화와 중국 애니메이션에 대한 이론적 고찰, 둘째, 둔황벽화를 소재로 한 애니메이션 <하충국, 2013>을 대상으로 사례 분석하여 둔황 벽화의 예술적 특성이 전통 애니메이션을 통해 어떻게 표현되었는지 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해, 고대의 예술성과 문화가 애니메이션 형식으로 제작되며, 중국의 문화역사에 대한 효과적인 교육적 기능을 하게 됨을 알 수 있다.

This study examined current system of qualification for dance teacher and curriculums along with their actual state, and sought to suggest methods to improve system of qualification for teacher among secondary school dance teachers by type and curriculums. Firstly, through literature analysis, the study examined systems and methods related with acquiring certificate for the current secondary school teacher (2nd grade) and for culture & art teacher for physical education (2nd grade) at the time when preliminary teachers qualified as secondary school dance teacher turned out. And then, using instrumental case study, it analyzed main issues and discourses by examining the cases in which they acquired qualification for secondary school teacher and qualification for dance teacher. Building on this, the study suggested how to improve systems in regard to qualification for dance teachers among regular teachers of secondary school, acquisition path, method and curriculum.
