Users can watch augmented reality contents on souvenirs, and use the virtual experience service of cultural tourist sites with VR viewer. It has 4K-class high-quality $360^{\circ}$ image capture to increase the immersion of users in virtual space, implement virtual reality space and intuitive UI interaction with users using IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit). It is also possible to apply various add-on functions, including 3D contents, through technical development to increase its marketability, and apply in other industries. In addition, the prototype of the souvenir and VR viewer will be made by using a 3D printer and such in order to apply the contents which will be introduced in this study. Various product expansions can be considered through consultation with the relevant companies for the use of ready-made products.

Secondly, sense had significant differences in 'native' and, 'interesting' based on kinds. Especially yangban Mask has more powerful nativeness than choraengi Mask, and is more interesting than jung Mask, baekjeong Mask, and bune Mask. Thirdly, the materials used in the products of hahae Mask generated differences of sensibility in elaborateness. Especially, elaborate image was emphasized about materials of glass. Fourthly, sensible image of hahae Mask was dependent upon population-statistic characteristics (age, sex, education) and characteristics of products(materials, kinds of Mask). If development of cultural products related with hahae Mask considers five sensible factors based on this study, it will contribute to development of design which coincides with consumers' needs.

It was conducted in the context of exploring the possibility of cultural content products of Wa-Dang relics excavated from traditional architecture in the Unified Silla Period and expanding the scalability of commercialization motifs that are highly useful in jewelry design. First, the original form, material, use, size, meaning, and formative aesthetics of Wa-Dang were identified through literature and media research. Among the considered Wa-Dang, 10 types of Wa-Dang which represent the category and have values in modules and patterns were selected, and, then, circular images were extracted and modularized with a "formal simplification technique." Based on the "mathematical symmetry analysis technique," which is a method of systematizing pattern composition arrangement format. we derived a planar formative element that can be used in the development of the cultural content industry and jewelry design. In order to expand its usability in the jewelry industry in the future, it was presented as a 2D digital image. In the future, we hope more studies on the various cultural content industry utilizing the traditional culture will be carried out.

  • This study suggests designs for fashion-cultural products that can communicate the uniqueness of Korean traditional culture. To this end, motives and printing patterns were created based on the formative beauty of traditional sewing crafts. A literature review was completed to identify characteristics of Korean traditional sewing, and the motives were developed through Adobe Illustrator CS4 and Adobe Photoshop CS4. Those motives were applied to handkerchiefs, neckties, pouches, and handbags. The sewing crafts used in this study included thimbles, bobbins, and chumoni (a Korean traditional pouch). The motives were produced in a manner that best exemplified the unique formative beauty of the sewing crafts while also presenting modern images of the crafts. The motives from thimbles reflected the lateral side of their originals, while the motives from bobbins adopted fan- or rectangular-shaped bobbins. The motives from chumoni were based on Duruchumoni and Guichumoni. A total of 12 motives were developed, and a total of 36 textile designs were suggested based on those motives. A total of 42 designs for fashion-cultural products, including handkerchiefs, neckties, pouches and handbags, were developed. Among them, motives applied to handkerchiefs were expanded to apply to scarfs, as well.

  • This study focused on the beoseon, traditional Korean socks that are a fashion item showcasing the beauty of the round hanbok shape. The study utilized the beoseon as an influential design motif and suggested 24 cultural fashion items to which the beoseon can be applied, including neckties, scarves, and T-shirts. For the purposes of this study, Adobe Illustrator CS3 and Adobe Photoshop CS3 were used for the motif design as well as the literature review on traditional beoseon socks. For the basic design motif, two basic forms were taken from the collection of the National Folk Museum of Korea. The key point of the motif development is that it maintains the basic shape of the beoseon but highlights the attractiveness of the Korean image by using repetition, rotation, symmetry and overlap into a new image pattern so that modern and chic images were taken into consideration for each cultural product. For the necktie, the mixed or repeated patterns for each motif were used as is. Alternatively, an oblique line pattern was adopted to express a stable and stylish image. For the T-shirt, a round-neck sleeveless type was designed. T-shirts were unified in the white color to highlight the image from the pattern. For the scarf, two shapes were displayed, square and rectangle. Through mixture of two repeated variation unit patterns for each motif, a splendid and stylish image was revealed along with various layouts.

This work can promote the Baekje region and provide cultural goods for local festivals to improve the economic competitiveness of the area. Artifacts from the Muryongwangreung in Gongju (the capital city of Baekje during the Woongjin period)were reinterpreted into a more modern form. Among the Muryongwangreung artifacts, the king and queen's gold coffin as well as chignon ornaments were used as design motifs. These artifacts were stylized into motifs and developed into patterns using Adobe Illustrator CS3 and Adobe Photoshop CS3. The patterns were subsequently applied to the designs of scarves and ties. The color was selected using the CMYK colorway from the Gongju city logo subsequently, a total of 12 designs (including 6 ties and 6 scarves) were developed. The design developed from this research can be applied to diverse products to promote the area. Using the research as a foundation, fashion product development based on the local culture can have a significant impact on the establishment of the Baekje cultural identity and the competitiveness of the region.
