A Study on the Current States and Problems for Multi-cultural Families in Libraries (다문화가정을 위한 도서관 서비스 현황과 문제점에 관한 연구)

  • The study aims at understanding current states and problems for multi-cultural families in libraries. The study examined multicultural services in Korean libraries as well as overseas. The study analyzed library services and education problems of multicultural families based on multicultural model, assimilationist model, and differential exclusionary model. The study surveyed multi-cultural services librarians and educators as well as immigrants and children who have participated in multicultural problems, and finally analyzed problems and requirements of programs for multicultural families.

  • "Arts and Cultural Education Promotion Act" comes with institutionalization of arts and cultural education in Korea, and tends to mean facilitating occupational professionalism in historical perspectives. In particular, the nature of vocational identity of professional educators in arts and cultural education is the main focus of analysis and debate for human resource development. Accordingly, this study emphasizes the diversity of arts and cultural education practices and reveals that the vocational training of arts and cultural education experts should be based on various curriculum and programs which take an interdisciplinary approach. In this respect, excessive simplification of vocational identity of the experts may exert negative effect on the diversity and excellence of arts and cultural education. To meet the needs of the arts and cultural education, curriculum and training program for university level should be newly developed or revised through an interdisciplinary approach with the job analysis of practicing professionals.

  • This study was carried out in order to verify the influence that recognition was mad to organization commitment, organizational culture type leadership of a social welfare organization. The study object a total Part 456 was used to analysis as social worker engaged in to social welfare agency. It was for an independent variable to revolutionized leadership, exchanged leadership as leadership type, and it was organizational culture an mediator variable, analyzed correlation of organization commitment, analysis return in order to grasp an influence to be mad to organization commitment material leadership type, executed path analysis so that direct and indirect effect being mad to organization commitment organizational culture through leadership type. Result of research, A total effect to affect regarding organization commitment, there is most a lot of revolutionized leadership, affected that organization culture appeared group culture of an organization, exchanged leadership, development culture. A leader of a social welfare organization shall improve self-participation and business efficiency voluntary of an employee through revolutionized leadership, in order to improve organization commitment of an employee, this leadership types had to improve organization commitment of an employee as group culture of an organization.

Development and Validity of Preschool Teacher's Multicultural Education Practices Scale (유아교사용 다문화 교육실제 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a multicultural education practice scale for preschool teachers and to examine the reliability and validity of the scale. Participants for this study were 310 preschool teachers from Seoul and Gyeonggi. The multicultural education practice scale for preschool teachers was consisted of 3 factors, 'multicultural national to understand', 'interactions with multicultural children' and 'multicultural culturally to understand' with 13 items. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was ranged from .74 to .82. The confirmatory factor analysis revealed that RMSEA=.08, SRMR=.06, NNF=.90, and CFI=.92. All these results show that the multicultural education practice scale for preschool teachers is quite reliable and valid.

Conservation Treatment and Scientific Analysis of the Jade Excavated from the First Buried Place of King Jung-jo (정조(正祖) 초장지(初葬地) 출토 옥의 과학적 분석 및 보존처리)

  • This research aims to understand the precise character of relics based on literature search and material analysis of the jade excavated from the first buried place of King Jung-jo, and to assess the level of damage through non-destructive diagnosis. Furthermore, scientific conservation treatment was used to restore the original shape of the excavated jade. According to literature search, the excavated jade is known to be jasper, but material analysis showed that it was as a serpentine with the mineral composition of antigorite. Infrared thermography analysis to assess deterioration showed that the internal damage is the result of the interstices developed along the boundary surface of the obtained jade. For conservation treatment of the damaged area on the surface, the jade was filled with a mixture of plaster and glue, and covered with a mixture of acrylic paint and gloss medium for protection, and color was adjusted.

  • This study explores the role of organizational culture, job characteristics, and work values and orientation in shaping the competitiveness of a multinational company (MNC) based in Korea. The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of these variables on the competitiveness attributes of the organizational culture profile through MR-QAP analysis. Data were collected from 161 employees in 15 different teams at a Korean automotive company headquartered in Seoul. The results of the study revealed the impact of network characteristics associated with competitive organizational culture on competitiveness. 'found to have a negative effect on competitiveness. Among the organizational culture profiles, social responsibility, supportiveness, innovation, and performance orientation have a significant positive effect on competitive organizational culture, while emphasis on rewards and stability have no significant effect. These findings provide practical implications for understanding the complex dynamics of organizational culture and promoting strategic approaches to enhance organizational competitiveness.

  • '문화읽기'는 실질적으로 효율있게 씌어진 책들을 필요로 한다. 각 장르의 전문가들의 이론적 추구나 분석적 해설을 통한 글은 자칫 개인적 감상에 더 혼란만 가져다준다. 문화읽기에 안내서를 잘못 선택하면 오히려 문화의 수용은 왜곡되고 물러나게 된다. 오늘의 문화읽기란 보통사람들을 위해 필요한 것이기 때문이다.

그릿과 실책관리문화가 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 스타트업이라 구분되는 기업의 구성원을 대상으로 그들의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 요소를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 긍정심리학에서 중요한 변수로 다뤄지는 그릿(Grit)과 스타트업에서 특히 중요시 여겨지는 실책관리문화 변수를 중심으로 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그릿은 스타트업 구성원의 인내에 대한 노력, 조화열정, 상황적응력의 세 변수로 정의하였으며 실책관리문화와 더불어 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위해 기술창업 기반 7년 이내 스타트업 재직자를 대상으로 2023년 12월부터 2024년 1월까지 설문조사를 진행해 유효한 305개의 샘플을 확보하였다. 연구모델 분석을 위해 SPSS 24 통계 패키지를 활용하여 그릿과 혁신행동과의 관계 및 실책관리문화와 혁신행동 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 그릿의 3가지 변수인 인내에 대한 노력, 조화열정, 상황적응력은 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 실책관리문화 또한 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 정(+)의 효과를 나타냈다. 하지만 통제변수로 활용된 성별과 연령은 혁신행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구는 스타트업에게 매우 중요한 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 규명하고, 스타트업 구성원의 개인적 특성과 문화적 특성이 혁신에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악한데 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구 결과의 의의는 스타트업 혁신행동에 미치는 새로운 변수들을 규명했다는데 있다. 하지만 7년 이내 초기 창업 기업을 대상으로 305명이라는 제한된 표본으로 연구를 진행했다는 점이 향후 스타트업 범주 및 표본 확대를 보완하여 후속 연구의 확장이 필요하다고 판단된다. 또한, 그릿과 실책관리문화 외에 혁신행동에 대한 영향 변수의 규명이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
