Recently the arts and cultural sector is drawing attention as a new growth engine of the Korean economy. The paper is empirically analyzed on the gender wage differentials in the arts and cultural sector and specially focused on decomposing the wage differentials between the manufacturing sector and the arts and cultural sector. Our results may be partly useful for explaining the existing phenomenon of the arts and cultural sector in Korean labor markets, for example, young, highly educated, part-time contracts, less gender discrimination, etc. The results might provide somehow the policy directions of reducing the gender wage differentials.

This overview study of mass culture is based on an academic point of view and based thereon an investigation of mass culture from a psychological standpoint follows. This study reviewed previous studies of mass culture that have been done so far divided into Producer-oriented, Text Decoding-oriented, and Recipient Theory, according to subjects of the study. The studies were also reviewed from the viewpoints of industry, consumer science, education, and developmental psychology. Further, it was discussed how trends and limitations in research were covered according to each viewpoint on mass culture. Based on the analysis, this study aims to promote overall psychological interest in studies of mass culture; to present the necessity of analysis and measurement of emotional experience on mass culture; to increase the roles of industrial and consumer science approaches in terms of planning and culture; to change the viewpoint of developmental psychology that accepts youth culture positively; and, to present interdisciplinary studies related to mass culture. Mass culture has already penetrated deeply into real life but there are few analyses and interpretations of mass culture in terms of psychology. This study is meaningful from the aspect that discussion of mass culture has been placed in a position that recognizes the entity of and interest in mass culture. Through this study, I hope that the scope of interest in psychology will expand and that approaches to mass culture will become more diversified.

The acquisition and analysis system of accurate geometrical digital data is very important in side of maintaining the traditional culture for the preservation of cultural properties. This study is on the construction and shape analysis of precise digital data to manage more successfuly using the CRP method and 3D Mono Mobile System. Also this study could acquisite 3D geometrical digital data, make such various space analysis and section, projection, and calculation of bias, area and volume and modeling by rendering technique on the misterious bell of great king of SungDuck, one of the greatest bells in periods of TongIl Silla. So, We suggest utilization of image analysis method to safety diagnosis for the maintenance of cultural properties, archeological and artistic research.

우리나라 4대 강 중에서 낙동강 권역은 관광자원 측면에서 볼 때 다양한 관광자원을 보유하고 있음에도 불구하고, 기존 연구는 수자원의 산업적 이용과 상수원 확보 차원에서 수질보전과 유지에 대한 환경학적 연구가 주종을 이루었다. 따라서 본 연구는 문화관광학적 관점에서 낙동강 권역을 조명하고 문화재의 분포특성을 분석하였으며, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 지방분권시대의 도래를 앞두고 낙동강 권역의 협치(governance)에 의거 연구대상 범위를 낙동강유역환경청과 대구지방환경청의 관할구역에 따라 연구범위를 설정하였다. 둘째, 본 연구분석 대상으로 문화관광자원 중 국가지정문화재 시도지저문화재 문화재자료 등 문화재 등을 대상으로 하였다. 셋째, 문화관광자원의 지리적 분포는 다음과 같은 특성을 나타내었다. 관할구역에 따른 문화관광자원의 분포는 대구지방환경청이 낙동강유역환경청보다 양적 우세성을 보였다.

문화콘텐츠산업의 수출경쟁력은 각국이 문화적 소프트 파워와 경제력의 결합으로 점점 더 중시하게 되고 국가 종합 실력의 중요한 구성 요소가 된다. 그러나 중국의 문화콘텐츠산업은 기반 빈약, 혁신 부족, 수출경로 좁기, 문화콘텐츠산업 전문인재 부족 등 어려움을 깎고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 관련 서적, 논문 등 문헌을 중심으로 SWOT분석방법을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 중국 문화콘텐츠산업의 수출경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 정부 차원에서 국제문화무역규범 제정 적극 참여, 관련 정책 지원체계 개선, 문화대오 건설 지원 및 지도, 기업 차원에서 제품내용과 표현형식 혁신 강화, 문화콘텐츠에 첨단기술 활용 추진, 판매경로 확장 등 방안을 구축해야 할 것이다.

Understanding the cultures of other countries is not as fast as the speed of internationalization. As globalization advances, interest and research on the characteristics of national culture differences have been increasing. One of the important challenges for business leaders is the ability to understand and deal with cross-cultural management. But there is a lack of research on cross-cultural management and suitable type of leadership. In order to achieve this objective, this study, adopts Hofstede cultural dimensions, and finds the impact of these kinds of leadership on organizational performance. Feminism, collectivism, power distance, and uncertainty avoidance were classified into four factors of cultural orientation that affect the selection of initiating structure and consideration leadership. In this research, among virtue factors of leadership, structure initiation and leadership consideration are focused on how to affect organizational effectiveness of the result factor by national culture. This research has concentrated on how leadership-styles among national-cultures have influence on organizational-effectiveness.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems of regional culture and tourism websites and to seek for the ways to improve those websites since the culture and tourism information websites of local government do not provide enough contents and service. This research is based on following 4 indicators, content evaluation, usability evaluation, design evaluation and interactivity evaluation which are used to evaluate tourism homepages of municipality by Korea Tourism Organization. The result of this research came out with the issue that regional cultural tourism websites lack user-oriented contents. Therefore, regional culture and tourism websites need to provide the custom-made information such as setting a free tourist route, complementing reservation system and diversifying the range of search.

This study examines the efficiency of using local cultural resources in local governments. The study does so by DEA(Data Envelope Analysis) using data from the year 2017 for 17 local governments in Korea. In addition, this study tries to estimate environmental efficiency of local cultural resources. For this, the 'Total Efficiency' including the output variables related to the local cultural resource environment was analyzed. After than It compared the 'Total Efficiency' with the 'Utilization Efficiency', to estimate the 'Environmental Efficiency' of local cultural resources. The followings are results which are significant statistically. Firstly, it was evaluated that five of the 17 local governments utilized the local cultural resources efficiently. Secondly, it was result that the inefficiency of the other local governments was relatively influenced by the economies of scale than PTE(Pure Technical Efficiency). Thirdly, It has been confirmed that environmental aspects such as cultural properties and cultural infrastructure have a considerable impact on the increase or decrease of efficiency in local governments. The difference in the efficiency of local governments are influenced by the population density. In order to improve the efficiency in the future, it is necessary to adjust the appropriate level of input according to the local population estimate, which is a major consumer of the local cultural resource utilization. In addition, the local festivals and village festivals held by local governments should be checked to improve in quality by eliminating inefficiencies. Also, it should be considered of environmental factors together, when analyzing the efficiency of the local cultural resource in local governments.

In this study, the autoregressive cross-lagged model was applied to verify the longitudinal correlation between the three factors and the pattern of changes over time in the mother's cultural adaptation type, the multicultural acceptability of multicultural adolescents, and national identity. For the study, longitudinal data from the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th years of the MAPS tracked from the 5th grade of elementary school to the 2nd grade of high school were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, all four types of mother's acculturation were analyzed to have a significant longitudinal effect over time. The four types of mothers' cultural adaptation were analyzed to have a longitudinal mediating effect on the relationship between the national identity of multicultural youth. Based on these analysis results, it is necessary to provide a continuous acculturation support program. In order to have a sense of belonging and solidarity with the country, it was suggested that education to increase multicultural receptivity should be carried out in parallel.

이 연구는 미국이라는 사회 안에서 민족적 하위문화를 형성하고 있는 재미한국인 가운데 문화 적응도가 의류관련 쇼핑성 향에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고자 수행되었다. 전 미국의 재미한국여성을 대상으로 무작위 표집 방식을 채택하여 1000명을 표집 한 후 설문지가 우편으로 발송되었다. 이 중 115명의 재미한국여성 응답자로부터 얻은 자료를 다중회귀분석과 다변량 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과로서, 응답자의 개인적 특성 중 지리적 위치, 교육수준, 연령, 미국에 도착한 연령 등이 유의한 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 문화 적응도는 의류관련 쇼핑성향에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다.
