The purpose of this study is to consider the effect of the Culture and Education Activities on the psychological well-being Convergence Formation of the Elderly. This study is based on the quantitative research of 255 older adults who have participated on the Culture and Education Activities programs run by welfare center and culture center for the elderly at Seoul area. The results are as follows. First, social Goal-Oriented and Activities-Oriented have effect on Life- Satisfaction. Second, Activities-Oriented and Learning-Oriented has effect on Self-Efficacy. Third, Activities-Oriented and Learning-Oriented has effect on Participation-Attitude. Fourth, but relations of the Learning-Oriented and Life-Satisfaction, Goal-Oriented and Self-Efficacy, Goal-Oriented and Participation-Attitude were independent of each other. This study can be use to propose policies related to the elderly welfare promotion.

The aim of this study is to analyze the domestic and international trends and cases of welfare programs for the social minority to provide implications for policy development. This study examined the trends of Community Care in the UK and Local Governance in Japan as overseas policy trends. In addition, along with the trend of welfare programs provided for the social minority in each region in Korea, as a domestic cases, case of Bucheon city as a case of gender policy, Daejeon city as a case of palate policy for the disabled, and Seongdong-gu, Seoul as a case of policy for children are analyzed. As implications obtained through this analysis, it was suggested that at the regional level, the demand survey appropriate to the situation of the region and the connection with the cooperative entities in various regions are important.

This study examined the actual condition of the cultural welfare system for the disabled. The survey was completed by 21 public and private museums at a cultural welfare center in Gangwon-do, Yongwol-gun, specialized for museums only between 1 June and 31 July 2014. The study scale questions were analyzed by field surveys in cultural welfare centers and interviewing the museum directors. The results were as follows. First, there were cultural welfare service effects on the controlling culture, art and leisure activities for the disabled. Second, cultural enjoyment improved the quality of life and life satisfaction of the disabled. This study provides a database to improve policy regarding environmental construction, various program developments, visiting performance system development, and supplement and financial support for the disabled audience as a member of society.

The purpose of this study was to explore the possibility of creating barrier-free exhibition-appreciation environment based on the visually impaired person's perspectives. Participants were selected by the purposeful sampling method. Researchers conducted a couple of in-depth interviews with four visually impaired persons. Yin's case study method was employed to analyze qualitative information. The analysis revealed nine sub-themes in two sections: three from 'accessibility within the exhibition room'; and six from 'demand for immersive exhibition environment.' Based on the results, following suggestions were presented: First, we need to provide quality information appropriate for artworks-appreciation; secondly, to ensure the visually impaired people to appreciate the culture and arts without any barrier, we need to extend certification of barrier-free living environment to exhibition-appreciation area. Finally, to facilitate these two tasks we need to encourage the convergence research among science and technology, humanities and society, and culture and arts.

The purpose of this research is understanding of a life and finding suggestion about old person's welfare looking about old person's mutual behavior in an old group culture connected with Jong-Myo park.. For this, researcher has been researching and interviewing and gathering datal more than 1 year about old person in Jong-Myo park and near persons from December 2007. The data were followed by suggestion of Spradley(1979). That is categorization after confirm about territory of a old person's life who in Jong-Myo park or near. Cultural subject was confirmed through these acting that is an old person forgetting from group culture or desire of revelation, Escape from land forced landing, Rescue of dead time. Through the researching of an old persons group culture location, the researcher propose the way of welfare policy about old person.

The changing Agenda of the family policy is to be influenced by many factors. The structural change of population and aging problem in modern society are generally included in main factors which produce political needs. Therefore, migrant family is recognized as a alternative which is to resolve the socioeconomic problems of aging industrial societies. In Germany, Gerhard Schroeder who leads the SPD governs since 1998. The Schroeder's new conception of welfare policy is known as the third way("neue Mitte") which the social economic structure intends to neo-liberalistic trend. The concern on the welfare policy for the migrant families has grown recently in neo-liberalistic age, but research on german welfare policy for migrant families is very limited in quantity and Depth. The main purpose of this study is to examine how the welfare policy for the migrant families of Schroeder-government has been developed in Germany. And this paper evaluates the results of transforming policy. Based on this evaluation, this paper attempts to be manifest the problem of korean family policy for the migrant population and to find out implications of german model.

This study investigates, 1) the predicting career attitudes of multicultural youth, 2) the aim was to provide evidence-based data on career and policy development. A survey for a total of 1,335 multicultural youth and data were analyzed by data-mining decision tree with SPSS 23.0. The main findings are as follows. First, female students showed satisfaction in life, self-esteem and support for mothers' career. Second, In boys, self-esteem was the most important. Based on these results, it contains suggestions for career development for multicultural youth.
