Here are background, method, scope, main contents of this research. As the interests increased in recent about the construction in complex and diverse areas, construction is locally connected to human life like to coexistence of the technology and culture. The local development should not be fragmentary construction to improve local recycling ability. Local society should be inherited by modern cultural perspective through a variety of local culture and coexistence. Effective decision making analysis is necessary to build a livable area with a combination of high-tech industry. For this reason, this paper will study the political analysis for decision making at the planning stage of construction in point of fusion of technology and culture by using unstructured data analysis. Conclusion is as in the following. Local planning stage of construction describes diverse meanings of intangible and intangible factors as political factor. Technology factors have various qualitative and quantitative factors in construction field. Understanding decision making at the planning stage of construction means not only visible 'technology factor' such as structure, method, shape, and so on, but also invisible 'culture factor' such as spirit of age, religion, learning, and life-style reflected in formation process of space, and insight of brain power about art.

This study was a descriptive research that attempted to provide the basis for improving cultural competence by identifying the effect of multicultural awareness and cultural empathy on the cultural competence of nursing students. The subjects were nursing students from grades 1 to 4 who were enrolled in two nursing colleges in Gwangju and Chonnam. The data were collected from September to December 2018. The 201 data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.0 for windows. Multicultural awareness(r=.451, p<.01) and cultural empathy(r=.582, p<.01) had high positive correlations with cultural competence. The factors that affected the cultural competence were cultural empathy(β=.422, p<.001) and multicultural awareness(β=.222, p<.001) order. The explanatory power of these factors was 40.5%. These findings suggest that in order to promote the cultural competence of nursing students, strategies to promote multicultural awareness and cultural empathy should be developed, and these strategies should focus more on cultural empathy than on multicultural awareness.

지식경？ 전략과 기업 성과에 대한 기존 연구는 연구방법 및 대상이 제한적이었다. 본 연구는 전략과 성과에 대한 영향분석을 위해 국내 기업을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 지식경영 전략은 (ⅰ) 내부 및 외부 지식원천을 이용하고 사람 및 지식 재사용을 모두 강조하는 적극적 전략, (ⅱ) 내부지식을 위주로 한 사람중심 전략(ⅲ) 외부지식 위주의 재사용중심 전략(ⅳ) 지식원천 활용이 저조하고 확실한 지식경영 중심이 미비한 소극적 전략의 4 유형으로 대별된다. 기업성과는 재무적 요소와 비재무적 요소가 고려되었다. 또한 조직구조, 문화, 기술적 특성의 차이도 파악되었는데, 적극적 전략의 기업이 조직구조, 문화, 그리고 정보기술 측면에서 지식경영에 적합하다는 점이 파악되었다. 내부지식 위주의 사람 중심형 기업은 조직 공동의 문화형성에 많은 노력을 기울이는 반면, 외부지식 중심의 재사용 중심형 기업은 정보기술 인프라 구축에서 우수함이 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 기업의 지식경영 전략 수립에 실제적 지침을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

This study analyzed the convergence case of AI painting and NFT art, art content created based on digital technology, an innovative technology of the 4th industrial technology, and explored its characteristics. Digital technology that innovates the paradigm of life in the 21st century is being used in creative art, and AI painting and NFT art that use it as an expression tool are changing the way they perceive and accept art. AI painting using big data and artificial intelligence technology is evolving into interactive daily art, and NFT art using blockchain and NFT technology is becoming the art of the metaverse with economic and cultural values. Therefore, this study attempted to explore various aspects and values of these digital convergence arts. For the study, representative examples of AI painting and NFT art were classified into cognitive creative AI painting and language generative AI, art economic NFTs, and art and cultural NFTs, and their characteristics, contents, and meanings were analyzed. It is hoped that the results of this study will contribute to the development of AI painting and NFT art, which are digital convergence arts.

과학기술,사회(STS, Science and Technology in Society)란 과학과 기술을 역사적이고 사회학적인 시각으로 바라보자는 관점을 뜻한다. 이는 시민들이 이런 시각을 가져야 과학기술과 관련된 사회 쟁점에 대한 올바른 판단이 가능하다는 의미이다. 이를 위해 국가 교육과정체제 이후의 평생교육으로써 성인을 대상으로 하는 과학문화 소통 프로그램이 필요하다. 본 논문은 국내와 해외의 성인 대상의 과학 문화 프로그램을 분석하여 올바른 과학문화 소통을 위한 프로그램 과정은 어떤 모습으로 설계되어야 하는지를 제안한다. 제주대학교 과학기술사회연구센터(STS연구센터)에서 연구하고 있는 제주 특성을 활용한 과학기술문화교육 프로그램을 소개하고, 향후 정보과학 기반의 연구방향도 소개하고자 한다.

한국 대중문화의 발전과 더불어 국내외에서는 한류라는 브랜드로 대한민국의 문화와 대한민국 자체에 대하여 많은 호감과 함께 질투의 시선을 보내고 있다. 이러한 대한민국의 대중문화산업은 이제 대한민국을 벗어나 우리만의 문화가 아닌 세계를 지향하며 공감대를 형성하는 문화로 발전하고 있으며, 대중적인 인기를 얻고 있는 스타들이 문화첨병의 역할을 하고 있는 상황이다. 이제 한국의 대중문화는 우리만의 것이 아닌 세계인과 소통하고 나누어야 하는 문화인 것이다. 대한민국의 문화산업은 이제 가파른 성장만이 아닌 기본에 충실한 역사와 철학을 수반해야 할 것이며, 대중에 대한 사회적인 책임과 역할을 수행함으로써 더욱더 세계의 문화와 교감하며 발전해 나갈 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 대중들의 사랑을 통하여 성장하는 스타들의 사회적 기여와 그 활동에 대한 사례를 살펴보고 한류의 지속적인 발전과 문화 창출을 위한 올바른 소셜테이너로서의 책임 및 역할과 지구공동체를 위한 힐링 소사이어티에 대하여 고찰해 보고자 한다.

본 연구는 스타트업이라 구분되는 기업의 구성원을 대상으로 그들의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 요소를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 긍정심리학에서 중요한 변수로 다뤄지는 그릿(Grit)과 스타트업에서 특히 중요시 여겨지는 실책관리문화 변수를 중심으로 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그릿은 스타트업 구성원의 인내에 대한 노력, 조화열정, 상황적응력의 세 변수로 정의하였으며 실책관리문화와 더불어 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위해 기술창업 기반 7년 이내 스타트업 재직자를 대상으로 2023년 12월부터 2024년 1월까지 설문조사를 진행해 유효한 305개의 샘플을 확보하였다. 연구모델 분석을 위해 SPSS 24 통계 패키지를 활용하여 그릿과 혁신행동과의 관계 및 실책관리문화와 혁신행동 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 그릿의 3가지 변수인 인내에 대한 노력, 조화열정, 상황적응력은 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 실책관리문화 또한 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 정(+)의 효과를 나타냈다. 하지만 통제변수로 활용된 성별과 연령은 혁신행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구는 스타트업에게 매우 중요한 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 규명하고, 스타트업 구성원의 개인적 특성과 문화적 특성이 혁신에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악한데 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구 결과의 의의는 스타트업 혁신행동에 미치는 새로운 변수들을 규명했다는데 있다. 하지만 7년 이내 초기 창업 기업을 대상으로 305명이라는 제한된 표본으로 연구를 진행했다는 점이 향후 스타트업 범주 및 표본 확대를 보완하여 후속 연구의 확장이 필요하다고 판단된다. 또한, 그릿과 실책관리문화 외에 혁신행동에 대한 영향 변수의 규명이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

In this study, we investigate the influence of national culture on technological innovation activities. First, we discuss the concept of national culture and various cultural dimensions and measurements. Second, we analyze previous literature to explore the theoretical mechanisms in the relationship between national culture and technological innovation. Each cultural dimension has it own mechanism regarding the relationship and in some dimensions mixed theoretical arguments and empirical results are found. Lastly, we also explore how the national culture interacts with characteristics of technology, (social) institutions and public policies while it affects the technological innovation. Based on an literature review on the issue, we propose new research agenda and discuss avenues for future research. The implications for the research are also presented.

For The purpose of this study is to understand the cultural differences between Yemen and Ethiopia for Koreans who love coffee and to find ways to cooperate with the region. The Islamic region is not able to cooperate directly, so we thought about how to exchange through the coffee industry. Therefore, the regional exchange model and prior research were examined. And examined the characteristics of early cultures and religions. We learned about political and regional relations through cultural cooperation and the history of Islamic conflict in Yemen. Finally, the local coffee industry and culture were explained. In conclusion, education is needed for regional cooperation in Islamic studies, and for this purpose, First, overcoming cultural clashes; Second, new strategic regional cooperation, Third, a cultural approach rather than a religion, Fourth, new technological regional cooperation; Fifth, parallel regional cooperation with Yemeni refugees; Sixth, a method such as a bridgehead in Ethiopia (Yemen trade and regional cooperation) was proposed.

인간의 모든 삶에 대한 디지털적 접근을 시도한 문화기술은 이제 IT 기술을 바탕으로 한 인간의 모든 생활에서 폭 넓게 적용되어 가고 있으며 앞으로 그 범위가 점차 확대되리라 기대된다. 문화기술은 어느 특정한 분야에서 연구되기보다는 모든 학문분야에서 학제적 연계를 통하여 연구, 발전되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 특히, 디지털기술에 바탕을 둔 문화콘텐츠의 개발 및 사용에 대한 효과적인 의사결정을 지원하기 위하여 데이터 마이닝 전략을 접목하고자 한다. 데이터 마이닝 분석기법올 적용하여 사용자로부터 만족될 수 있는 문화콘텐츠의 구현방안을 제안한다.
