Universities are subject to various safety laws and regulations and practical measures are needed to properly implement them. In order to improve safety management through response to each law, intensive management is required by having an organization and professional personnel in charge, but it is financially difficult to appropriately allocate personnel to respond to laws. Therefore, in this study, necessary safety management policy items were set to reflect the requirements of major laws related to university safety, and a reasonable safety management plan was proposed through the AHP for priorities.

도서관은 전통적으로 지식과 정보자료를 수집하여 보존하는 기능을 담당해 왔다. 그러나 현대 후기산업사회에 적응하기 위해서는 이러한 전통적 기능 외에 과학기술정보의 신속한 공급은 물론, 개인의 지적 활동과 문화향수 및 여가선용의 극대화를 도모하고, 특히 지역사회 주민들의 문화복지를 증진시키기 위해 도서관 프로그램을 적극적으로 활용토록 자극하는 사회문화적 역할이 더욱 강조돼야 한다. 공공도서관 업무의 문화부이관을 골자로 하는 '도서진흥법'의 시행으로 이제까지와는 전혀 다른 질적 변화의 계기를 맞고 있는 우리 도서관은, 과연 이같은 역할과 과제의 수행을 위해 어떤 노력들을 기울여야 할 것인가. 지난 도서관주간에 열렸던 학술대회에서의 논의를 정리한다.

최근 정보통신 분야에서는 기술의 발전과 더불어 온라인디지털콘텐츠 산업이 급속히 성장하면서 실정법상의 관련법 규정이 기술과 산업 발전을 따라가지 못하고 있다는 지적이 폭넓게 제기되어 왔다. 따라서 제반 기술과 온라인디지털콘텐츠 산업의 급속한 발전을 적절하게 뒷받침해주는 관련법 제정이 시급하다는 여론이 높았다. 이와 관련, 학계와 업계 및 관련기관의 전문가의 의견을 종합적으로 수렴, 검토하고 정보통신부 및 문화관광부 등 정부의 관계 부처와 충분한 협의를 거쳐 '온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법안'(이하 '디콘법')을 마련 의원입법으로 국회에 제출, 이번 정기국회 회기 내에 확정 짓기로 했다

Cultural contents industry is a kernel industry based on knowledge. This study is to suggest some complements by watching and analyzing cultural industry policy and status of especially animation America, England, France and Japan and that of Korea to aim at American market. I described financial resources, creation and technology, development of human resources, export method, improvement of legal system for the supplementary method of animation export strategy. This reports could be applicable as a information to plan industry policy or to develop detail program.

A Termiticide that is applied to the soil treatment method, one of the methods for preventing termites in Korea's wooden cultural properties, will be subjected to the leaching of the effective ingredient in treated soil by the moisture behavior of rain. As a result, termiticide is deteriorated and needs to be reprocessed, but the standards and evaluation methods are nonexistent in korea. Accordingly, a basic indoor evaluation measure was proposed for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the termiticide chamber and the calculation of the reprocessing period. First, avoidance and contact toxicity were assessed at two concentrations of the same termiticide as a method for assessing termiticide suitability. The evaluation of mortality revealed that the soil termiticide used in this experiment was non-repellent, and that death from contact was confirmed. Afterwards, artificial rainfall and soil penetration tests were conducted to determine efficacy of termiticide in soil and the approximate reprocessing period was calculated by comparing the weather data. Persistence evaluation revealed perforation by termites after continuous water exposure of more than about 160 to 170mm of water injection condition. Based on the results, compared with weather data for the last five years, the termiticide of concentration used in this experiment is expected to remain effective for about one year if treated after September. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the establishment of a manual for the selection of termiticide for soil treatment by calculating the efficacy for termite mortality and the duration of the leaching effectiveness by water behavior in soil.

대한인쇄정보기술협회와 월간 인쇄계가 주최한 제4회 국제인쇄기술컨퍼런스가 지난 7월 11일 서울 소피텔앰배서더호텔에서 인쇄 및 관련업계 관계자 300여명이 참석한 가운데 열렸다. 이날 컨퍼런스는 오성상 신구대학 교수의 진행으로 이어졌다. '드루파 2008을 통해 본 인쇄산업시장의 전망'을 주제로 열린 이번 컨퍼런스에서 김진배 대한 인쇄기술협회 회장은 인사말을 통해 "4회째를 맞은 국제인쇄기술컨퍼런스는 인쇄 각 분야 전문가들의 경험과 노하우를 공유하고 전 세계 인쇄산업의 최신 기술과 정보를 교류하는 기회의 장으로 인쇄기술의 발전에 기여해 왔다"며, "지금 인쇄산업은 미디어와의 융합을 통해 새로운 가치를 창조해내고 있어 이제 더 이상 인쇄가 고전적인 가치에만 머물러 있지 않다는 것을 의미 한다"고 말했다. 김 회장은 이어 "인쇄산업은 기존의 수준에만 머물러 있어서는 안 되며 전 세계적인 변화의 추세에 발맞춰 철저한 준비와 노력이 필요할 뿐 아니라 새로운 비전을 찾을 수 있도록 인쇄산업인 모두의 지혜를 모으는 데 힘을 쏟아야 할 것"이라고 말했다. 이어진 인사말에서 안정웅 월간인쇄계 발행인은 "이번 제4회 국제인쇄기술컨퍼런스는 각 인쇄분야에 있어 더욱 깊은 기술동향 정보를 제공할 것이며 드루파 이후 향후 4년 동안 인쇄산업을 이끌어 나갈 제품과 그 기술들을 만나보고 향방을 점쳐보는 기회가 될 것"이라고 말했다. 홍우동 대한인쇄문화협회 회장은 축사를 통해 "대내외적인 어려움에 직면해 있는 인쇄업계가 어려움을 극복하기 위해 인쇄인은 물론 기자재 공급업체와 언론계, 인쇄단체가 하나 된 마음으로 난관 극복을 위한 지혜를 발휘해야 할 때"라며 "올해부터 발효되고 있는 인쇄문화산업진흥법에 근거해 인쇄문화산업진흥위원회가 활동하는 한편으로 대한인쇄문화협회를 중심으로 정부와 국회가 머리를 맞대고 인쇄업계 발전을 위한 대책을 마련하고 있으며 특히 인쇄종주국으로써 세계적으로 빛나는 우리나라의 인쇄문화 유산과 세계인쇄 사료를 한 그릇에 담을 수 있는 가칭 '세계인쇄문화박물관'건립을 추진하고 있다"고 말했다.

For preventing the biological damage domestically, insect damage control method using chemical medicine has been applied. However, it is trend to avoid existing chemical medicine such as Methyl bromide because of the problem of being harmful to human body and environment. Therefore, the research for new medicine to replace this has been done and the interest to the physical treatment such as temperature(high & low) treatment, hypoxic treatment, carbon dioxide treatment, and radiation treatment has increased. However the systematic application standard and way has not been established. Therefore, in this research, we are going to organize present condition of domestic cultural asset preventing biological damage after the 1980's. It will also consider the direction through the characteristic of technology, limit, and replacement medicine by examining the past research.

Korea has achieved great economic growth, but the high rate of accidents in the industry still threatens the safety of workers and causes a lot of property loss. In order to lower the accident rate, the Occupational Safety and Health Act was fully revised in April 2020 and safety management was strengthened, but the number of deaths rather increased. In response, the government and the National Assembly implemented the Serious Accident Punishment Act in January 2022, but the effect has not been confirmed. So, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on how the safety awareness of construction site workers and managers was affected after the Serious Accident Punishment Act. and suggested measures to improve safety management.
