Globalization, conversions, and OSMU (One Source Multi Use) in modern cultural industry is expanding fast, and global competition is soaring with a changing environment today. In fact, the development of one nation depends on its cultural creativity. Yet, there is an increasing need for a connection between space and culture since globalization homogenizes a nation's unique cultural identity and provides low level of utilization in digital cultural contents in terms of saving, conserving and maintaining data. In order to invigorate the cultural industry, there must be some information that provides public culture contents, which they can be freely searched, displayed, and re-produced. Ultimately, these public culture contents should be able to provide Culture Space. This text discusses how individuals produce the Culture Space, which provides digital information of time and space, from a relationship between culture and space. It also introduces the public Culture Contents service framework in order to provide culture information and combined Culture Contents.

The purpose of this study is to tell stories about the space of the Museom village as the Museom Byeolli Literature Museum, to recognize the importance of the local literature museum and strengthening the position of the Museom Village. For this, we analyzed the current status of the Museom Village and examined its value and meaning. Based on this theoretical review and the analysis of the subject of the study, we constructedthe Byeolli Literature Museum and made it possible for visitors to feel placeness with the story related to Jihun Joe. For this, the museum consists of a space for lovers, a space for thought, a space for consideration, and a space for healing. The space is telling the story about love, village, dining table, amusement and has maximized the space of the village which is literature contents and the background of literature work. The museum is going to be a complex cultural space where nature, culture, and literature are combined to enhance the image of the region and raise brand value.

Libraries have recently sought to diversify their roles to meet the changing needs of local residents, while faithfully playing the library's original roles. The creation of a complex cultural space and the provision of services based on it are one of the ways to expand its role. In this study, a surveyed and analyzed the awareness of the complex cultural space of the library and the preference and awareness of the program operated in the complex cultural space by conducting a survey on the users of the library currently operating the complex cultural space. As a result, first, it was found that they preferred information space, education space, and rest space in space preference. On the other hand, community space and experience space showed low preference. Second, they prefer educational programs, exhibition programs, and performance programs that utilize complex cultural spaces, but experience programs and community programs have low preference. Therefore, it is necessary to operate the program by providing exhibitions and performance spaces while providing information and education spaces to users. The librarian should also promote the fact that library can be only the space of information and education, but also the space where culture, healing, experience and communication take place. In addition, libraries should strive to improve user awareness of library space.

급격하게 변화를 거듭하고 있는 현재의 사회에는 사용하지 않거나 잊혀져가는 유휴공간이 많이 늘어나고 있다. 이런 공간을 기획하여 재탄생한 문화공간은 지역사회에 큰 영향을 주고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유휴공간의 성공적인 문화공간기획이 이루어지기 위한 방법으로써 공간정체성의 보존이 중요함을 말하고자 한다.

문화자원으로서의가치를내재하고, 접근성이양호한 등대 중일부를 문화교육시설, 공공편의시설 등을 확충하여 등대해양문화공간으로 지정(운영)하고 있으나, 지역(등대)별 해양문화 공연 프로그램의 획일화 등에 따른 집객효과 저조로 다양한 문화컨텐츠 도입이 필요하며, 지자체 등 유관기관과의 협업을 통한 해양관광 개발 등 시너지 효과를 극대화 하기 위한 방안을 연구하였다.

This paper starts by exploring the problems of public education under knowledge based society. It then analyzes the questionnaire about the function of school library media center as a culture space. The results show that school library media center should take a role as repertory appreciation center of various arts, recreation center, and interactive community.

전자문화지도는 지도를 인터페이스로 문화와 관련된 정보를 디지털화시켜 나타내는 시스템이며 공간데이터와 문화정보의 연계를 통해 다양한 정보를 제공한다. 이는 문화와 관련된 정보를 시 공간데이터와의 조합을 통해 유기적으로 연계된 형태의 정보를 효율적으로 검색할 수 있다. 기존의 전자문화지도는 2차원 지도(베이스맵)에 점, 선, 면 데이터를 활용해 정보를 표현하는 방법이 대부분이다. 이는 3차원 공간을 2차원 평면으로 표현하기 때문에 지리적 왜곡, 입체감 결여 등의 문제점을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 구글 어스에서 제공하는 3차원 형태의 지도서비스를 활용하여 전자문화지도를 설계한다. 전자문화지도는 문화(주제), 시간, 공간 데이터를 조합하여 검색이 가능하며 이는 지역연구의 방법으로 활용할 수 있다. 또한 3차원 지도를 활용해 시각적인 효과를 높임으로써 사용자의 사용성 및 이해도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
