본 연구는 인터넷 망을 활용한 문헌정보학 전공자 채용공고를 대상으로, 마이닝기법을 적용하여 구직 실태의 특성을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 그 결과, 관종과 공고시기별로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 구직자들의 관심정도로 표현되는 공고 게시글의 조횟수 또한 고용형태에 따라 관종, 분기간 유의한 차이를 보였다. 사후검증결과, 구직자의 관심정도는 여타 관종보다 전문도서관과 대학도서관의 공고에 비슷한 추세를 보이며 두 관종의 업무와 고용조건을 유사하게 인식하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 도서관의 인적자원관리의 개선에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료로써 가치가 있으리라 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to attempt a text network analysis for two years of 『Reference Materials for Librarian』 (2016-2017) published by the Library Operation Methodology Research Institute in North Korea. A text network analysis can measure how important a particular word by grasping the connectivity and relationship between words beyond a simple word frequency analysis, and it is also possible to interpret specific social phenomena and derive implications. Frequency, degree centrality, the betweenness centrality, community analysis of the collected words were calculated using NetMiner. As a result, the terms 'users', 'information services', 'information needs', 'information technology', 'social learning', 'computers', 'databases', 'information acquisition', 'information retrieval' and 'librarian' were appeared as important ones in understanding North Korean libraries.

The study aims to understand university constituents' perceptions and experiences of research data management and sharing then explore the critical factors for establishing effective research data management plans. The literature review enabled summarization of the significant issues regarding research data management and sharing. In addition, the follow-up survey revealed the university constituents' perceptions and experiences about research data management and sharing. This study has significance because it laid the foundation for long-term research data management policies and services development.

서울시 120 다산콜센터는 서울시민의 민원문의 및 처리를 위해 도입된 전화 민원서비스이다. 공공 부분 정보제공 서비스 사업으로는 드물게 매우 활발하게 이용되고 그 역량을 인정받아 다수의 기관으로부터 벤치마킹(benchmarking)의 사례가 되어 왔다. 도서관계에서는 그동안 도서관 이용자의 정보 요구를 해결하기 위한 온라인 오프라인 참고정보서비스(Ask-a-librarian)를 시도하였으나 그 이용실적은 저조하였다. 이에 본 연구는 다산콜센터를 정보제공 서비스 측면에서 하나의 모범사례(Best Practice)로 판단하여 도서관계로 적용해 볼 수 있는 부분을 도출하여 제안해 보고자 한다.

In this study, we aim to comprehensively examine how court libraries can enhance their function and role as a hub for judicial information sharing. To achieve this, the current status was holistically understood based on literature review, case studies, interviews with stakeholders, and surveys targeted at users. The study sought to explore and present ways in which court libraries can play a central role in the dissemination and sharing of legal knowledge. As a result of the research, we propose four roles of the judicial information sharing complex center as a court library, five functions of the judicial information sharing complex center, and nine strategies to enhance accessibility for the spread of legal culture. If court libraries function as next-generation shared complex centers with the goal of popularizing legal knowledge culture, it would be possible to expand access to legal knowledge for citizens interested in law and culture, professionals in legal and educational institutions, and residents living near the center.

The study examined citizens' information needs, perception and expectations of their public library services in Daejeon. The study analyzed citizens' demands and satisfaction(or dissatisfaction) of library services and facilities to develop comprehensive library plans and detailed strategies to satisfy the diverse users' needs (including non-users' needs) in the middle of rapidly changing socio-technological environments. To achieve the goal, the study collected the data by using both quota sampling and online and offline survey methods, and analyzed the 1,383 data through the statistical processes. The study found out the significant results and features, and suggested the implication and main points to apply the results to developing comprehensive library plans and strategies.

인터넷 서점은 대형 프랜차이즈 서점만으로도 1백 60여 종에 이른다. 국내 서적 거래의 규모는 약 3조원인데, 이 중 인터넷 서점이 차지하는 규모는 1999년의 150억 이후 꾸준히 증가하여 2001년에는 1200억으로 전체 규모의 약 4%를 차지할 정도다. 출판시장이 감소되고 인터넷 서점의 시장점유율이 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있는 상황에서, 인터넷 서점의 도서 구매를 적극 활용하는 것은 출판시장을 되살리는 계기가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 서점의 활용 방안 중 이용자들에게 제공되는 인터넷 서점 내 리뷰가 이용자들의 구매 확정 의사에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 예상했다. 이에 따라 공공도서관 이용자 85명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 설문결과를 바탕으로 인터넷 서점 리뷰가 인터넷 서점 이용자의 구매 의사결정에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 인터넷 서점 리뷰 외에 구매자의 구매 의사 결정에 영향을 주는 다른 요인이 있는지 연구하였다.

현재 공공도서관에서는 홈페이지를 통한 이용자 교육 프로그램이 미비한 실정으로, 이 연구에서는 현재 도서관 홈페이지에서 제공하는 이용자 교육관련 항목들을 분석하여 향후 공공도서관 홈페이지를 이용한 이용자 교육 프로그램의 발전을 위한 제언을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 기존 문헌에서의 평가 기준과 전문가의 자문을 통하여 공공도서관 홈페이지의 이용자 교육관련 항목에 대한 분석기준을 확립하고, 이에 따라 공공도서관 홈페이지의 이용자 교육관련 항목들을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 공공도서관 홈페이지 이용자 교육에서 필요한 사항들에 대해 제언하고자 한다.

본 연구는 예비 연구(Pilot Test)로써, 엘프레드 채트먼(Elfred Chatman)으로 대표되는 정보 빈곤 이론을 바탕으로 재한유학생의 일반적인 정보 요구가 무엇이며 스스로를 정보 빈곤층으로 인식하는지, 어떠한 정보 빈곤 양상을 경험하는지에 대한 본격적인 연구를 수행함에 앞서 현 시점에서 설정한 이론적 배경의 적용 가능성을 검토하고 보완이 필요한 사항을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 재한 중국인 유학생 J, K, Y를 대상으로 심층 면담을 수행하여 결과를 분석하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the present status of core courses offered at the Departments of Library and Information Science. For this purpose, the core courses in the curriculum, which were compulsory ones in the 19805, are analyzed. The result shows that there have not been many changes in the core courses offered and that traditional cores of selection, organization, services, administration and information science-related courses are still strongly extant.
