At the present time, no systematic review has been conducted to report the project's outcomes or trends. This study systematically reviewed existing evidence related with community care pilot project. A total of 61 articles, including 18 original literatures and 43 review literatures were finally selected. For original literatures, the most frequent literatures focused on demand surveys (n=4) and model proposals (n=4), the utilization of touchpoint (n=3), space design and architectural model (n=3), manpower training and role establishment (n=2), followed by prioritizing objectives (n=1) and research trend study (n=1). For review literatures, the most frequent literature focused on the elderly (n=12) and relatively few literature on the disabled and mental illness (n=2). Since the pilot project for community care has been implemented for only about one year, the present study indicates that more future research is needed to the disabled, mental illness, and homeless should be conducted as well as elderly.

The purpose of this study is to propose considerations prior to the development of a standard curriculum for Library and Information Science that secures the objectivity and reliability of the curriculum nationally. To this end, first, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's notification related to NCS job units and librarian qualification standards in the field of Library and Information Science was reviewed. Second, The current status was investigated and analyzed by investigating and analyzing the courses opened in Library and Information Science nationwide. Third, surveys and focus interviews were conducted on librarians and information experts. The implications from the analysis results are as follows. Among the Library and Information Science departments opened in 2021, the field with the highest number of subjects was "information service," and it was confirmed that the most frequently derived keyword was "information." The survey results were analyzed through IPA analysis and Borich demand analysis, and the top priority required subjects for each grade were derived. As a result of investigating the opinions of librarians and information experts in the field through surveys and focus interviews, it was confirmed that Korean Library and Information Science education should be conducted not only in standardization but also in parallel with the operation of specialized subjects that can cover various users.

Although the importance of research methodoogy in library and information science(LIS) has been widely recognized, LIS has been also criticized that current research methodology in the field maintains only the positivistic orientation. Researchers on the other hand, assert that US should be studied as a human study, a subjective approach based on a phenomenological perspective, since US has very much to do. with the 'human factor,' with subjectivity in the form of librarian, patron, and administrator. In this paper, a review of the published qualitative research in the field which try to generate theories from the subjects in their own everyday life situation, attempts to shed light on the implication of a new terrain of everyday life research to US. Theory of everyday life is generated by the subjects who are involved in the social relationship, using their own language. It is a theory which shows the logic of the real world in which the everyday man recognize, act and communicate. This includes the perceptions, feelings, and meanings members experience as well as the 'small world' they create in process. Everyday life research performed using qualitative research methods which have strength to investigate this micro-structure applied to the field of library and information science, may bring enrichment to the library and information science research.

This study explores the development strategies, impact, and limitations of public library makerspaces through active case studies. By examining related literature reviews, this study analyzes principles, objectives, programs, services, and strategies of public library makerspaces. Survey results from library staff and makerspace program participants show that both groups perceived the value and the effects of makerspaces positively; however, they suggested the need for greater program variety and accessibility. Additionally, this study evaluates makerspace programs through in-depth interviews with makerspace staff. Interview results raise diverse issues, including the need to further explore the justifications for and values of public library makerspaces, stable funding strategies, and phase-by-phase operating guidelines.

The purpose of this study was to explore the various data and methods employed by HR analytics studies. The researchers selected 78 KCI-indexed empirical articles on HR analytics and categorized them using the Employee Life Cycle framework. This yielded several important findings. First, employee retention has been the most common subject of extant studies, followed by performance management. Second, HR analytics studies have used a variety of data (structured and unstructured) according to their research questions, and the data sources have ranged from organizations' internal systems to national databases. Third, most domestic HR analytics studies have been descriptive and diagnostic, whereas predictive and prescriptive studies have been rare. These results have important theoretical and practical implications for future HR analytics research.

Metaliteracy is a new framework that reframes information literacy. Metaliteracy is distinguished from information literacy through the intruduction of postmodernism, social constructivism and metacognition. However it has been not examined whether metaliteracy studies reflect the conceptual differences. Therefore, The purpose of the study is to observe research trends of metaliteracy on the difference from information literacy. In the study, literature reviews were conducted, and frequency analysis and knowledge network analysis(co-occurrence and bibliographic coupling) were conducted for 80 metaliteracy studies. The results of the study are as follows. As a result of co-occurrence analysis, metacognition(frequency 1st) and skills(degree centrality 1st, closeness centrality 1st, betweenness centrality 1st) appeared. Since metaliteracy criticizes skill-based information literacy, the result suggests that the concepts of information literacy and metaliteracy are mixed. On the other hand, as a result of bibliographic coupling analysis, studies with high bibliographic coupling explain the difference between information literacy and metaliteracy through metacognition.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for future library anxiety research in Korea that can contribute to resolving library anxiety by examining research trends on the Library Anxiety. For the purpose, a systematic review was selected to derive answers to research questions by examining and analyzing the trends of preceding researches, and the final 23 studies according to the PRISMA procedure were designated as analysis targets. As a result, in the research topics, there were 12 studies (52.2%) measured library anxiety by group, 18 studies (78.0%) were applied research in the type of research. and in the research methods, quantiative research was mainly used in 18 studies (82.6%). Through the analysis results, it suggests furthur research directions for domestic library anxiety.

최근 세계적인 기상이변으로 국지적인 대설과 한파가 발생하고 있다. 특히 최근 2018년 1월 8일 미국에 100년만의 한파로 인해 체감온도가 영하 69도까지 떨어지고, 우리나라에서도 2월 8일 제주도 폭설과 한파로 인해 교통이 마비되는 등의 피해가 발생한 것으로 알려져 겨울철 자연재해에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있다. 이로 인해 대설피해 예측 및 저감에 대한 연구가 다수 진행되고 있으나, 적설 관측소는 전국 229개 시 군 구 중 약 100여개에 불과하여 미관측 지역에 대한 데이터 수집에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 적설 관측 지점별 대설피해 예측함수를 개발하고 적용성을 검토하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 4단계 구성과정을 통해 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 전국 대설피해 관측지점 및 미관측지점을 구분하고, 관측 이력 20년 이상 지역을 표본으로 채택하였다. 둘째, 재해통계 활용 및 문헌조사를 통해 대설피해 유발인자 조사 및 분석하였다. 셋째, 비닐하우스의 최소 설계기준 적설심의 절반인 10 cm 미만에서 발생한 피해는 기타 외적인 요인이 작용하였을 것으로 보고 제외하였다. 넷째, 다중회귀분석을 통해 대설피해 예측 함수를 개발하고 적용성 검토를 실시하였다. 검토 결과 수정된 결정계수가 약 0.8 이상 나타내었으며, 이는 대설피해의 정확하고 예측을 위해 적설심 관측이 매우 중요한 것을 나타내며, 적설관측의 공간적인 정확도가 향상된다면 대략적인 피해규모 예측이 가능한 것으로 판단되었다.

디지털 전환(Ditigal Transformation)이 가속화되고 있는 가운데 소프트웨어는 변화를 이끄는 주요한 기반 기술로 자리매김했다. 이러한 흐름에 따라 정부도 미래 국가경쟁력 확보를 위한 국가 디지털 정책 로드맵을 발표하며 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 성공적이고 지속 가능한 디지털 전환을 위해 정부와 민간이 함께 힘을 모으고 걸림돌이 될 수 있는 규제와 같은 요인에 대해서도 해결책을 찾아야 한다. 많은 규제 중에서 해결이 필요한 부분 중 하나는 국내 공공부문 소프트웨어 시장에 적용 중인 대기업 참여제한 제도가 있다. 제도가 시행된 이후부터 다양한 의견이 엇갈리고 특히 기업규모에 따른 이해당사자 간 사회적 갈등이 해결되지 않는 모습이다. 그동안 제도의 실효성과 영향도를 확인하고자 하는 여러 시도가 있었지만 보다 종합적인 관점에서 조망 가능한 검토는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 검토를 제공하고 이를 바탕으로 향후 대기업 참여제한 제도와 관련된 연구에서 추구해야 할 방향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 제도의 입법이 시작된 2012년 이후부터 현재까지의 관련 문헌을 검토한 결과, 제도의 취지에 부합하는 중소기업 시장 참여 및 외형 성장 증가의 측면에서 긍정적인 부분이 확인된 반면 수익성 및 품질 저하, 시장구조 왜곡으로 인한 산업 전체 경쟁력 저하, 제도의 법리적 문제점 등 부정적인 부분이 다수 확인되었다. 종합적으로는 부정적인 영향 또는 제도에 대한 지적이 더욱 많은 것으로 나타났고 제도의 유지, 철폐 등의 향후 제도의 운영 방향에 대해서도 전반적인 연구에서 유지 보다는 철폐 또는 전면 개선 등의 의견이 다수를 이루었다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로, 본 연구에서는 건전한 산업 생태계 조성을 통한 소프트웨어 경쟁력 강화를 위한 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Business intelligence based on the data analysis come into the spotlight. Especially, information visualization of the analysis result is treated significantly. given the interest in big data technologies. Because corporate managers want to use the results of data analysis in the decision-making process and the visualization technology will give help with cognitive function and operation function. In this paper, the status of information visualization is reviewed and analyzed from the viewpoint of manufacturing service. Several implications are drawn and it is expected that they will help to developers and administrators of manufacturing sector who want to adopt information visualization applications.
