This study investigates the influence of project-based learning method on the problem-solving ability and communication ability of students taking the 'Reading Guide' course in Library and Information Science(LIS). During this study, two tests measuring students' problem-solving ability and communication ability were conducted, containing 30 items divided into 5 steps of problem-solving processes and 45 items divided into 15 categories of communication ability, respectively. By utilizing the correspondence sample T-test during this study, significant differences were found in the 5 steps problem-solving processes. However, no difference was found between the pre-test and the post-test results in all 15 categories of communication ability. Subsequently, an in-depth interview was conducted, inquiring into the students' perspectives on the difficulty of attending classes, the content of lectures, the appropriateness of assignments, the validity of the evaluation method, the relationship with their team members, and the benefits acquired from completing the projects. Finally, an intensive analysis was conducted in the categories of problem-solving ability and communication ability.

사료값 폭등, 육우 가격 및 젖소 송아지 가격 폭락 등의 현 위기 상황을 반영하듯, 올해 낙농육우산업 발전을 위해서는 송아지 값 안정, 사료안정화기금 마련, 단체우유급식 제도화 등이 가장 시급하게 해결되어야 할 낙농현안으로 꼽혔다. 협회가 지난해 말 전국순회낙농인대토론회 기간 중 낙농가들을 대상으로 실시한 '2009 낙농육우산업 발전을 위한 설문조사' 결과에 따르면, '낙농산업발전에 있어 가장 해결이 시급한 과제는 무엇이라 생각하는가'라는 질문에 대해 ${\bullet}$사료기금안정화 기금 설립 ${\bullet}$송아지 값 안정 ${\bullet}$학교우유급식 등 단체우유급식의 제도화로 우유소비 확대 등의 답변이 각각 20%의 응답률을 보이며 나란히 최우선 해결과제로 지목도T다. 또한 ${\bullet}$낙농제도개선을 통한 전국단위 우유수급의 안정 문제도 19%의 응답을 얻어, 최근 진흥회의 70%유대 물량을 폐지하는 잉여원유차등가격제 개정문제 역시 농가들을 불안케 하고 있는 것으로 분석됐다. 이번 설문조사는 협회가 중장기 낙농산업발전을 위한 세부적인 활동방향 모색을 위해 농가현장의 여론을 수렴코자 지난해까지 실시한 전국순회 낙농육우인 대토론회 기간('08.11..27${\sim}$12.8)동안 강습회 참석자들을 대상으로 이뤄졌으며 설문조사에 참여한 응답자는 총 376명이다. 설문조사 내용은 낙농산업 발전방안, 낙농환경 문제개선. 목장경영 현안(경영지속 여부, 부채문제, 조사료확충의 애로점, 분뇨처리문제 등), 낙농자조금사업, 월간 "낙농육우" 및 협회 홈페이지 등에 대한 농가들의 의견 등이다. 협회는 이번 설문조사 결과를 향후 협회활동에 참고할 예정이다.

압연기 채터 진동은 압연기 구성 메카니즘상의 요인으로 다양하고 복잡하여 원인을 추적하기가 대단히 어렵다. 이러한 압연기 채터 진동은 압연기 구성기기들을 조기 마모시켜 설비의 수명을 저하시키고, 설비전체의 불안정성을 가중시켜 제품 품질 문제를 야기하기 때문에 꼭 해결해야 할 과제이다. 최근 더욱 고속화, 연속 압연화되고 있는 압연 공정의 진동 발생 문제는 본론에서 언 급한 것 외에도 전기 제어계에 의한 문제, 판의 두께 정도의 향상을 위해 사용하는 AGC(automatic gage contrlo) 시스템의 유압 변동에 의한 문제 등을 포함하여 압연 메파니즘을 보다 다각도로 연구 검토하여 해결해 가야 할것으로 생각된다.

LPG 차량이 급증하면서 LPG충전소에서의 신용카드 결제를 요망하는 민원이 끊이질 않고 있고 SBS, KBS등 언론사에서도 이 문제를 제기하는 등 충전소에의 신용카드취급문제가 논란의 대상이 되고 있다. 신용카드 취급에 따른 문제점과 해결과제, 도입방안 등을 제시해본다.

국가 경제의 활력을 위해 창업은 더없이 중요하다. 창업은 일자리를 새로이 창출하고, 기업 활동에 혁신을 도입하며, 경제성장을 유발하여 국가경제의 발전과 성장에도 기여한다고 할 수 있겠다. 위와 같은 창업의 중요성으로 인해, 창업을 촉진하는 것은 전 세계적으로 최우선 과제로 진행하고 있으며, 우리나라도 창업을 활성화하기 위해 정부 차원의 많은 지원과 노력을 아끼지 않고 있다. 최근 청년 실업률의 증가와 함께 특히 청년층의 진로 대안 마련이라는 사회적 문제가 큰 논점으로 부상하면서 우리 군에서도 청년층의 실업 문제의 해결과 새로운 고용의 창출을 위한 방안으로써 창업 프로그램을 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 본 연구는 군 장병 대상 창업 프로그램을 창업교육, 창업 멘토링, 창업 경진대회로 구분하여 각각의 프로그램 중 어떤 창업 프로그램이 군 장병의 자기효능감과 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는지를 고찰한다. 또한, 군 창업 프로그램이 조직성과에도 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증분석을 실시하며, 자기효능감과 문제해결능력을 매개로 조직성과에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 한다. 본 연구의 검증 결과를 토대로 군 창업 프로그램의 중요성과 효과성을 알리고 현재 시행되고 있는 군 장병 창업 프로그램의 개선과 더불어 향후 군 장병에 대한 창업 지원정책 수립과 발전에 그 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 군 장병의 자기효능감과 문제 해결능력을 함양하기 위해 도입한 군 창업 프로그램의 실효성과 군 창업 프로그램이 자기효능감과 문제해결능력을 매개로 하여 조직성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다.

This study explore the features of mathematical tasks as an effective means to foster pre-service primary teachers' mathematical knowledge for teaching and develop mathematical task for pre-service primary teachers. As a result, prospective teachers have while solving a mathematical task, converting a given situation to a mathematical problem, and solve problems through connections with existing knowledge, and experience seeing the existing mathematical concepts from a new perspective. Finally, we discussed the conditions for a suitable mathematical task in teacher education.

차세대 인터넷 프로토콜인 IPv6를 기반으로 하는 응용들에 대한 연구가 활발해지고 있는 지금 이동 단말로 인터넷을 즐기는 사용자들이 증가하고, IPv6 의 조기 적용 가능 분야가 이동통신망에서의 무선인터넷 서비스, 흠 네트워킹을 이용한 정보가전 분야로 Mobile IPv6는 이러한 분야에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행할 것이며, 이에 Mobile IPv6는 IPv6가 사용되는 한 함께 제공되어야 할 필수 항목 중 하나가 되었다. 여러 망 사업자들, 대학들, 연구기관 및 기업체에서 프로토콜 스펙에 맞는 Mobile IPv6 시스템을 개발하고 있으며, 트라이앵글 라우팅 문제로 인한 핸드오프 지연은 해결해야할 큰 과제중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제의 해결을 위한 Mobile IP의 이동성지원과 이동성 관리비용을 줄이기 위해 제안된 방법들과 Mobile IPv6에서의 이들의 해결을 위한 내용들을 정리하고 앞으로의 연구과제에 대해 알아보도록 한다.

본 연구는 애너그램(anagram) 문제해결 과제에서 발생하는 제약들(영어 철자연쇄 집합의 출현 확률과 단어 내 위치 확률)을 동시에 병렬적으로 만족시키는 확률 모델 학습과정을 보인다. 애너그램에 관한 많은 선행연구들은 이 문제해결 과정이 단순히 기호처리적인 층위뿐만 아니라 하위기호적(subsymbolic) 층위에서의 상향식 처리로 인해 일어남을 밝혀왔고, 주로 영어 철자의 연쇄체의 확률값을 이용해왔다. 본 연구는 확률 라이브러리 모델(Probabilistic Library Model)을 통해 애너그램 문제해결이 한 번씩 끝날 때마다 철자 연쇄체의 출현 및 위치 분포 확률이 어떻게 유연한 변화를 갖는지에 집중한다. 하나의 문제를 풀고 나면 본 모델은 그 전 문제를 풀었을 때의 상태 패턴으로부터 변화를 보인다. 이러한 분포 변화를 통해 하위기호적 활동의 영향이 문제해결에 있어서 학습구조의 유연한 변화에 중요한 영향을 끼친다는 점을 확인했다.

The Purpose of this study is to investigate and suggest a counseling strategy and practice for solving interpersonal problems of elementary school students that elementary school teachers are now confronted with. In this study, first of all, the actual conditions of interpersonal problems of elementary school students were examined focusing on interpersonal aggressions(violence and victim). The features and problems of existing approaches for solving interpersonal problems of elementary school students were indicated. Although existing approaches for solving interpersonal aggression problems took temporary and external changes, they failed to notice psychological hurts that victims and aggressive victims got. As a fundamental and systematic way for overcoming problems of existing approaches, forgiveness counseling education based on empirical-scientific forgiveness researches was discussed. The Purpose of forgiveness counseling education is to make victims(aggressive victims) overcome the negative responses derived from interpersonal conflict(hurts and victims) and to facilitate them to response positively through experiencing forgiveness psychological process. Lastly, necessary assignments and topics to use forgiveness counseling education as an effective personality education approach were discussed.

Elementary mathematics textbooks present contents for enhancing problem solving competency. Still, teachers find teaching problem solving to be challenging. To understand the supports textbooks are suggesting, this study examined tasks from the challenging/thinking and inquiry mathematics. We analyzed 288 mathematical activities based on an analytic framework from the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum. Then, we employed latent class analysis to classify 83 mathematical tasks as a new approach to categorize tasks. As a result, execution of the problem solving process was emphasized across grade levels but understanding of problems was varied by grade levels. In addition, higher grade levels had more opportunities to be engaged in collaborative problem solving and problem posing. We identified three task profiles: 'execution focus', 'collaborative-solution focus', 'multifaceted-solution focus'. In Grade 3, about 80% of tasks were categorized as the execution profile. The multifaceted-solution was about 40% in the thinking/challenging mathematics and the execution profile was about 70% in Inquiry mathematics. The implications for developing mathematics textbooks and designing mathematical tasks are discussed.
