The purpose of this study is to suggest the logistics strategies for the improvement Gunsan port's competitiveness. To accomplish the purpose, this paper reviews the concept & function of logistics firstly. Next we find out the main factors of improving port's competitiveness, build the basic model of the logistics strategy and apply the model to the case of Gunsan port. The strategies to improve the competitiveness of Gunsan port are as follows ; (1) Construction of logistics environment (2) Planning the port marketing for the extension a logistic market share (3) Construction of logistics chain and finally (4) Construction of logistics community.

In Information age, information problems are continuously differentiated either in individual or in social domain. The danger of reality lost is also day by day increased by digital media and the changes happen at too fast pace. Form the dialect point of view, the education of information literacy is a very important cultural media to arbitrate the conflict between the reasonable solution of the individual information problem and the social information problem. This study is an attempt to discuss the macroscopic initiative of educational system and Information ethics on the basis of the dialectic interpretation of the cultural discourse of the information literacy.

This study was aimed to establish a workable strategies to operate KESLI consortium reliably. To encourage the research purposes, it was mainly investigated international literature on current challenges for the e-journals consortium in comparison with the domestic implications. Major issues and challenges are divided to six items by scholarly communication changes and e-journals percentage increase, a big deal for a contract -based consortium pricing model in vogue, a consortium of the price hikes and making budget difficulties, use the standard statistics by the results of the use, archiving and archive security uncertainty, and contracts public availability of such external conditions. As a result, the international challenges of E-journals consortium was similar to KESLI, but the depth of information and research on domestic was weaker than the international research. To see more research and a rational perception based on scientific evidence and alternatives that enable KESLI working in the field was needed to be.

Japanese imperialism initiated the Sino-Japanese War in 1937 and promulgated the Total National Mobilization Act in 1938, establishing a wartime total mobilization system. In the beginning of the wartime general mobilization system, Japanese colonialism focused on women's labor force and mobilized women both domestically and abroad. Women were forcibly mobilized to the Labor Patriotism Unit and Jeongshindae(Korean Women Labor Corps). Women had to take the place of home work as well as the work of men who had already been mobilized, and at the same time faced a poor situation of being forced to mobilize for war. The mobilization of Jeongshindae took place in various forms, such as recruitment, voluntary support by government offices, propaganda through schools or groups, job fraud, coercion or threats. Jeongshindae which was a representative victim of the forced mobilization of women during the Japanese colonial period, was individually litigated and remains an unresolved problem. In order to uncover the reality of the forced mobilization of women during the wartime general mobilization system, continuous research and social education through related organizations are required.

The scale of Social expenditure is significant yardstick to evaluate the standard of development in social welfare. But, it was not produced systemically, continuously in Korea. This study is to search how is produced social expenditure statistics in Korea. For this purpose, this paper studied how it is defined, classified, and categorized in the light of international institute such as OECD(Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), ILO(International Labor Organization), and IMF(International Monetary Fund). This paper suggests that Social expenditure statistics in Korea must be calculated continuously, systemically, and is collected periodically by Ministry of health and Welfare. This paper also shows what is considered to understand social expenditure in Korea.

국제투명성 기구가 발표한 우리나라 부패인식 지수는 2008년을 기점으로 매년 하락하는 추세를 보이고 있으며, 지난 2013년 55점(세계 46위, OECD 34개국 중 27위)를 나타내고 있다. 현대사회에서 공직자의 부패문제는 과거부터 꾸준히 제기되어온 해결과제라고 할 수 있으며, 최근 몇 년간의 문제만은 아니라는 것을 의미한다. 다산 정약용의 저서 "목민심서" 율기육조 중에서 제2조 청심에서 청렴은 수령의 기본임무이고, 모든 선의 근원이요 모든 덕의 근본이니, 청렴하지 않고서 수령 노릇을 할 수 있는 자는 없다고 하였다. 이는 공직사회의 청렴성을 중요시 하는 것으로 현대사회를 살아가는 공직자에게 귀감이 된다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 최근 경찰공무원의 청렴성이 대중매체의 도마에 끊임없이 회자되며, 이는 경찰조직구성원 전체에 대한 신뢰를 저하시키는 요인으로 작용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경찰부패와 청렴도 제고에 관련되는 선행연구를 검토하고, 경찰조직의 내 외적 환경에서의 청렴도 제고를 저해하고 있는 문제점을 도출하여, 이에 관한 개선방안을 제시하도록 하였다.

양안식 3D 영상 시청 안정성에 대해 제기되고 있는 지속적인 이슈는 3D 영상 시장 활성화를 위해 반드시 선결 되어야 하는 과제이다. 최근, 이를 위해 양안식 3D 영상이 유발하는 시각적 불편함을 측정하고 이를 예측하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 양안식 3D 영상에서 시각적 불편함을 야기하는 문제 영역의 양안 시차 변화에 따른 주관적 시각적 불편함을 측정한다. 이를 통하여 양안식 3D 영상에서 시각적 불편함을 주는 문제 영역의 영상 특성이 시청자가 인지하는 시각 피로에 지배적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 실험적으로 증명한다.

에너지 기술 R&D사업은 그 성과에도 불구하고 수요에 기반한 기획 측면이나 사업화에 있어 성과가 저조한 것으로 평가받아 왔으며, 특히 사업화 추진에 있어 시급한 과제로 '기술 수용성'(Acceptance) 향상이라는 지적이 제기되곤 하였다. 이에 산업통상자원부는 사용자가 R&D 기획, 개발, 검증 과정에 참여하여 사업의 이해도를 높이고 수용성을 제고하는 '에너지기술 수용성 제고 및 사업화 촉진사업'을 2016년부터 추진하고 있다. 그런데, 사회문제해결형 R&D라 부를 수 있는 본 사업은 산업통상자원부의 기존 에너지기술 R&D와는 성격이 다른 새로운 R&D의 모습을 갖는다고 할 수 있으며 그에 따라 그 시행과정에서 사용자, 이해당사자들이 참여하는 등 연구자들은 예전과는 다른 여러 가지 새로운 방법론의 수행을 요구 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해당 사업의 기획 및 실행에 참여한 경험을 토대로 성과멘토링, 성과공유 워크숍, 성과지표의 개발, 운영관리방안 등을 통해 '에너지기술 수용성 제고 및 사업화 촉진사업'의 특성 및 향후 개선방안을 논의하고 사회문제해결형 R&D사업에의 발전방안을 제안하고자 한다.

A currently domestic governmental R&D business is early to 100. And this is each managed individually in 15 professional organizations of research and management by characteristics of a business. For this Reason, A redundant investment issue regarding national R&D occurs, and an issue regarding efficiency of R&D investment by insufficiency of systematic R&D research project and result management is continuously raised. Ministry of Education Science and Technology establishing National Science & Technology Information Service(NTIS) in order to solve these issues. NTIS is the national R&D Portal System which can support efficiency of research and development to result utilization in planning of national research and development. In this paper We consider integrated DB constructions and Information Linking of R&D Participants/Projects/Results information in a NTIS system for data quality Improvement. and then We analyze the cause of the data quality problem, and we propose the improvement plan for data quality elevation of NTIS system.
