Based on superspeed nation-wide communication infrastructure, high speed and high quality ALL IP communication network is created. It is a point in time where such infrastructure allows residential and commercial phones to be ported from PSTN to IP network. The problem experienced on IP phones in ALL IP environment and IMS server products are not easily approachable and dealt with. Therefore, this paper discusses approaches used in analyzing and resolving problems before they actually occur. This paper first discusses briefly the IP phones used in IMS network and their related problems. Then next topic deals with characteristics of these problems and current status. Last but not least, the causes of the problems are analyzed and solutions to these problems are introduced. Also discussed are solutions to possible future issues followed by conclusion.

최근 빅데이터를 통해 여러 가지 분석을 진행하고 있다. 다만 이러한 방식으로는 키워드에 대해 여론에 대한 분석을 거치지 않아 정확한 분석이 힘들다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점의 개선을 위해 데이터를 수집하고 이에 대해 감정분석을 수행하는 컨테이너 기반의 시스템을 제안한다. 감정분석 시스템을 적용한다면 키워드에 대해 분석 시에 정확도가 더욱 높아질 것으로 전망된다.

국내 원자력발전소에서 발생한 발전정지 사건사례를 분석한 결과로써 획득한 고장원인, 문제점, 유사한 문제점 재발방지 방안 등의 분석정보를 효과적으로 공유하기 위한 발전정지사례 분석정보 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 이 시스템의 기반구조인 관계형 데이타베이스 화일들은 입력작업 지원 분류정보, 발전정지 사례분석정보, 검색작업 지원정보 둥의 저장을 위한 세가지 화일 그룹으로 나눌 수 있다. 각 그룹의 화일간에 정의된 상관관계성을 기반으로 발전정지사례 분석정보시스템의 입력, 검색, 출력작업이 수행된다. 시스템의 사용자는 제공되는 메뉴를 사용하여 관심있는 주제별로 데이타베이스에 저장된 발전정지사례 분석정보를 검색하고 출력할 수 있다.

본 연구는 수행공학 모형을 적용하여 공공도서관의 서비스의 주요 문제점과 원인을 탐색하고 적절한 해결방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 A공공도서관 서비스를 대상으로 ISPI(International Society for Performance Improvement)수행공학 모형을 적용하여 이 모형절차에 따라 문제점분석, 원인분석, 해결책 선정을 순서에 따라 시행하였다. 문제점에 대한 원인은 Gilbert의 BEM 모형의 틀을 사용하여 환경적인 요소와 개인적인 요소로 나누어 분석하였다. 이렇게 발견된 원인들 중 선택된 원인에 대하여 해결책을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 수행공학 모형의 도서관 서비스 적용을 통해 향후 도서관 관련의 다양한 영역에서의 문제점 해결책을 강구하는데 아이디어를 제공하고자 한다.

항공기 운항과 관련한 환경의 변화는 다른 분야의 환경 변화보다 그속도가 빠르고 변화의 폭이 크다고 할 수 있다. 약 1세기 동안에 항공기 개발기술은 실로 놀라운변화를 거듭해 왔으며 전자시스템의 도입으로 수 십년 전에는 상상조차 할 수 없었던 일들이 현실로 나타나게 되었다. 본 논문은 이러한 환경변화 가운데 비행안전이라는 목표를 실현하기 위해 우선적으로 항공기 운항과 관련한 환경변화 요인들에 내포되어 있는 문제점들을 분석하고자 하였으며 장비개발 및 Human Factor, 항공교통 관제 및 항공기 운항 그리고 조종사 관리 및 조종 환경으로 분야를 나누어 요인 분석을 함으로써 현재와 미래를 통해 예상되는 문제점들을 도출하였다. 또한 항공기 사고사례를 분석하여 공통되는 요인을 도출, 이를 문제점으로 제시하였다. 이러한 문제점들에 대한 대책에 관한 연구는 항공기 운항 분야의 발전과 비행안전을 위해 계속해서 이루어질 것으로 기대한다.

중대재해처벌법이 2022년 1월 시행됨에 따라 노동계, 경영계 등 사회적으로 큰 이슈가 되고 있다. 해당 법률의 목적인 중대 재해 예방은 생명과 신체를 보호함의 목적에 충족할 수 있도록 문제점을 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 해당 법률의 주요 내용을 파악하고, 조항별 문제점을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 문제점으로는 1) 적용 사업장의 형평성의 문제, 2) 일부 법 조항의 명확성의 원칙 결여 문제로 크게 2가지로 분석되었다. 결론L법 시행초기인 만큼 시행착오가 있지만 해당 법률의 안착 및 목적에 부합하기 위해 노동계와 경영계를 비롯한 각 계의 노력으로 개정이 필요하다

In 2005, the revision of the Private Investment Law made the private investment objectives to extend a new area, such as institute and well-fare, military facilities by BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease). This revison will cause budget extension from 1.3 trillion to 1.6 trillion in military facilities BTL project Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the general problem of BTL and its cases. And then to be successful project, the problems must be improved. This study was focused on the improvement of regulations and analyzed the general problem from previous studies and the military projects. And then it conducted survey to soldiers for severity and performance. Finally it suggested the improvement of regulations of military facilities in BTL scheme from FGI.

선형회귀분석은 가장 널리 사용되는 데이터 분석기법이지만 독립변수와 종속변수간의 관계가 선형이라고 가정하기 때문에 문제점을 가지고 있다. 비모수 회귀분석(Nonparametric Regression)은 선형회귀분석의 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 방법으로 변수간의 관계의 형태를 미리 가정하지 않고 데이터에 의해 결정하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 유전자 알고리즘을 비모수 회귀분석법 중의 하나인 Regressoin Splines에 적용하였다. 인위적 데이터를 이용한 평가 결과 유전자 알고리즘은 다양한 상황에서 매우 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

미래 U-city 시대의 Health care 산업과 금융상거래 보안 및 사회안전 인증 장치로써 활성화 방안인 생체 칩은 2004년 10월 미 식품의약국(FDA)의 승인으로 더 큰 힘을 얻었다. 산업 전반적인 부분에 응용 가능한 생체 칩은 RFID 기술을 핵심기술로 사용하고 있으며, U-city 시대의 혁신적인 기술인 반면 개인정보 침해 및 법제도적, 윤리적, 전자파 유해성 이라는 문제점을 안고있다. 이 모든 문제점은 RFID 자체적인 문제점으로 많이 언급되어져 왔지만 생체 칩은 인체에 직접 사용한다는 점에서 더 큰 의미를 둔다. 현재 기술의 도입 시점인 생체 칩의 규제는 미국을 중심으로 가이드라인을 진행 중 이며, 우리 나라에서도 우려의 목소리가 높다. 본 연구는 사회적 인식이 부족한 생체 칩 기술 도입 전 미리 정보 보호 측면에서의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방향을 검토해 보고자 한다.
