본 연구에서는 개인용 공인인증서 활성화 방안에 대한 정책적 제안을 제시하였다. 현황 및 문제점 파악을 위하여 2003년도 정부발간자료, 통계, 과학기술정보통신위원회 국정감사 제출자료 등에서 직접 데이터를 수집하였다. 개인용 전자서명의 현황 및 문제점은 법·제도에 따른 시장 분석과 전자거래·전자문서 유통에 있어서 개인용 공인인증서의 시장독점 경향 등을 정리하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 논문에서 제시된 활성화 방안의 초점은 전자문서 유통과 공인인증 체계의 시장 구조적 문제점 해소, 상호연동 및 유료화에 따르는 부작용 최소화에 두었다.

최근 IT기술들이 발전하면서 거의 대부분이 전자화 되었다. 본 시스템용 PC버전에서는 상용화 되어 있는 전자결재 시스템을 모바일로 구현함으로써 시대에 맞게 종이문서를 전자문서로 대체할 시스템이다. 결재자가 시간과 장소를 구애받지 않고 회사의 급한 결재건 에 대해 내용 확인 후 결재를 할 수 있는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시스템을 설계한 과정중에 일부분인 API와 APP간의 통신한 결과를 담는 화면들을 보여주고 설명하고 있다.

The KEC XML Electronic Tax Invoice v3.0 which is a typical example of XML document was developed in 2009 according to the amendment of the Value Added Tax Law in 2008 that obliged all the corporation business to issue tax invoices electronically and submit them to the National Tax Service. The issue and submission of those tax invoices has been implemented since Jan. 2011 through a pilot test in 2010. It has some differences in aspect of standard, developing subject, technologies, and operation with the previous version of it. Above all, it is the first case of the XML document being developed based on international standard and methodologies and distributed nationally. This study aims to guide the future development of same kinds of standard XML document by arranging the development and distribution processes of XML Tax Invoice comprehensively.

XML은 SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language)의 간략화된 버전으로 SGML의 확장성, 구조, 검증의 특성을 계승하고 있다. 이런 장점으로 XML은 발표된 이래로 인터넷 상의 자료표현의 표준으로 각광받고 있다. 그러나, XML은 문서의 데이터 포맷 표현을 향상시키는데 중점을 두고 만들어졌기 때문에 문서변조 및 데이터 삭제 등의 공격에 취약한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점에 대한 해결책으로 XML 전자 서명, XML 암호화 기법, XML 접근 제어와 같은 다양한 해결책이 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서에만 전자서명을 첨부하는 것이 아니라, DTD에 전자 서명을 첨부하는 방법을 제안하였다. 먼저 DTD파일을 끝까지 읽으면서 파싱을 하고 여기서 추출되는 엘리먼트나 속성, 엔티티들을 해쉬테이블에 저장한다. 파싱이 종료되면 해쉬 테이블을 읽어 들여서 메시지 다이제스트를 수행한다. 수행 후 이를 개인 키와 합성하여 전자 서명을 생성한다.

As our society turns into the information age we ate witnessing increased productivity by employing electronic document management replacing the traditional paper-based document management and by various application programs using the intranet technology This paper describes design and implementation of an electronic document management system in intranet environment. The user and general administration systems made use of Internet Explorer 4.0 and the related technology therefore it solved the problems of client systems, which were largely dependent on hardware platform. The server and the scan station systems, which require proprietary device driver, were implemented client/server system based on TCP/IP. The jukebox system managing storage of vast amount of data was built by API supporting standard SCSI-ll. The GUI of the jukebox module was employed Motif to enhance the compatibility and ease of use.

This study is to implement electronic catalog that is necessary for Web-based electronic commerce and one of many application areas in digital libraries technologies. According to development to digitize various type of paper documents that are used at electronic commerce. We demonstrated limitations of HTML and XML that are being used for current electronic catalog, and introduced newly developed cXML. We have also implemented new electronic catalog using cXML in order to develop and research standardized and secured electronic commerce.

현재 XML은 전자상거래와 기업간 정보유통 및 전사적 기업 관리 시스템에 주로 적용되고 있으며 이를 위해서 XML 데이터를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 XML DBMS 관련 제품들이 시장에 빠르게 구현되고 있다. 이러한 XML 문서의 이용은 Mobile 환경으로 이동하면서 온라인 비즈니스와 동일한 환경 구축을 위해 모바일 비즈니스에서의 사용범위가 확대되어 가고 있으며, 많은 XML 문서의 효율적 관리를 위해서 모바일 전용의 DBMS에 XML 문서의 저장이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 이동 단말기에 XML 문서를 저장하기 위한 XML DBMS를 개발하였다. 기존의 모바일 DBMS에 대해 XML Adapter를 탑재하여 이동 단말기에 직접 XML 문서를 저장할 수 있도록 함으로써 표준 언어인 XML 문서의 활용을 극대화 하도록 하였으며, 이에 따라 기존의 Mobile DBMS를 이용하여 XML 데이터를 쉽게 조작할 수 있고, 이동 단말기에 대한 활용도를 극대화 할 수 있다.

최근 의료계에서는 의무기록을 전자문서화 하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 더불어 전자의무기록의 표준화에 대한 노력도 병행되고 있으며, XML이 이에 대한 대안 중 하나로 제시되고 있다. 이에 따라 기존 병원 정보시스템에 구축된 의료정보를 XML로 변환하는 방법에 대한 연구가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 간략화한 의무기록을 XML로 표현하는데 필요한 DTD를 제안하며, Java 프로그래밍 언어를 이용하여 기존 병원의 Legacy Database에 기록된 의무기록 자료를 XML 문서로 변환하고, 전자의무기록 XML 문서를 병원정보시스템에서 활용할 수 있도록 Database에 기록하는 Converter를 구현하였다.

Today, most documents are electronically produced and their paleography is digitalized by imaging, resulting in a tremendous number of electronic documents in the shape of images. Therefore, to process these document images, many methods of document structure analysis and recognition have already been proposed, including font classification. Accordingly, the current paper proposes a font classification method for document images that uses non-negative matrix factorization (NMF), which is able to learn part-based representations of objects. In the proposed method, spatially total features of font images are automatically extracted using NMF, then the appropriateness of the features specifying each font is investigated. The proposed method is expected to improve the performance of optical character recognition (OCR), document indexing, and retrieval systems, when such systems adopt a font classifier as a preprocessor.
