This study aims to develop an educational program of sport ethics which would enhance moral autonomy on the part of athletes. First, based on James Rest's Four Component Model of moral behavior, this study has analyzed prior studies and built educational contents. Then, it used dilemma discussions among peers for disequilibrium of cognitive structure. Last, this program has been tested and proven by college students who were thoroughly interviewed afterwards. After joining the program, the student-athletes showed a positive change of thought and action in relation to sport ethics. I hope that this study will contribute to enlarging the field of sport ethics education.

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between Sports commitment and Behavioral intention of wearable device among sports participants through UTAUT model. Convenience sampling was conducted and 239 questionnaires from various sports participants were analyzed after data cleaning. SPSS ver 21 and AMOS 20.0 software were used to anayze the collected data. As a result, first, the main 4 factors of UTAUT had positive effect on Behavioral intention and Use behavior but Sports commitment was not statistically related to Behavioral intention. Second, the full mediation effect of UTAUT main factors between Sports commitment and Behavioral intention were verified.

This study has been carried out to investigate the cause, pathological mechanism and treatment of CVA in Youmunsachin(儒門事親), written by Changjongjung(張從政) The results were follows : 1. The cause of CVA in Youmunsachin(儒門事親) was quotated from the theory of Naekyung(內經), Guel-eum-pung-mok(厥陰風木) and exogenous wind evil(外感風邪) on weakness of human body. 2. The pathological mechenism of CVA was that flows of Ki(氣) were obstructive, or executive heart(心) suppress lung(肺) and weakened lung(金) did not control liver(肝), executive liver brought to Gan-pung-nae-dong(肝風內動), and he thought that onset of CVA was frequent in 3nd, 4th, 9th. 10th, 12th lunar month. 3. In treatment of CVA, Han-to-ha-bub(汗吐不法, sweating vomiting passing stool method to remove evil) was used. His treatment was divided into ten sweating vomiting passing stool method by medication for internal use, one vomiting method by medication for external use and one sweating method by using acupuncture. 4. In treatment of CVA, when emergency time, vomiting and passing stool method were used, and then, method of Yangheulgeopung(養血祛風), Chungeulgeodam(淸熱去痰), Pyorissanghae(表裏雙解), Whalheultonglak(活血通絡) was used. 5. In the form of prescription, he used the form of Hwan, San(丸, 散), and he used toxic agent frequently.

Objective : Methods of Jang Cong-zheng's treatment related to his theories include of promoting the sweating-vomiting-purgation(汗吐下三法), prickling-bleeding method(瀉血療法), and emotional therapy(情志療法). He succeeded Liu wan-su(劉完素) as promoter of fire-heat pattern theory(火熱論), thereby emphasizing six qi(六氣), especially fire(火) and dampness(濕), as pathogens. He suggested that physician should treat patients whose diseases occurred due to fire(火) and dampness(濕) with promoting the sweating(汗)-vomiting(吐)-purgation(下) methods, which would remove pathogen qi(邪氣) and help circulation of qi and blood, therefore getting them back healthy qi(正氣). Method : I will try to describe the Jang Cong-zheng's treatment in "Ru-Men-Shi-Qin", and I would like to explain the sweating-vomiting-purgation(汗吐下三法), prickling-bleeding method(瀉血療法), and emotional therapy(情志療法). Result : For emotional diseases, he suggested that most should be caused by heart fire(心火) so they should be treated with methods of suppressing heart fire and medication would be using cool and cold herbal drugs which lead to clear heart fire. Conclusion : Theories of Zhang zi-he(張子和) can be applied to nurturing for modern world maintaining and improving health by his care methods. People these days suffer usually from excess intake or unbalanced diet problem, so wastes matter and pathogenic qi can be driven out of the human body by applying the sweating-vomiting-purgation methods. His medical theories could contribute to modernization of traditional medicine this way.

Caption information in news videos can be useful for video indexing and retrieval since it usually suggests or implies the contents of the video very well. In this paper, a new algorithm for extracting and recognizing characters from news video is proposed, without a priori knowledge such as font type, color, size of character. In the process of text region extraction, in order to improve the recognition rate for videos with complex background at low resolution, continuous frames with identical text regions are automatically detected to compose an average frame. The image of the averaged frame is projected to horizontal and vertical direction, and we apply region filling to remove backgrounds to produce the character. Then, K-means color clustering is applied to remove remaining backgrounds to produce the final text image. In the process of character recognition, simple features such as white run and zero-one transition from the center, are extracted from unknown characters. These feature are compared with the pre-composed character feature set to recognize the characters. Experimental results tested on various news videos show that the proposed method is superior in terms of caption extraction ability and character recognition rate.

Downey mildew was scarcely observed in the field until 1965. Now that downey mildew was found around Gimpo are3, Gyungi Province in 1966, the disease was found sporadically every where through the country. Since the disease was found on the recommended variety, Tongil, in 1971, it has been estabilished to be serious disease on Tongil, especially this year, 1974.

"Yumunsachin(儒門事親)" is a very important work that contains everything of Jangjahwa(張子和)'s medical thought. The book was made into present form after the process of change several times. These days the printed book is consist of 10 classes and 15 volumes that combine several books. Original "Yumunsachin(儒門事親)" was the name of volume 1, 2, 3, "Chibyeongbaekbang(治病百法)" volume4, 5, "Siphyeongsamnyo(十形三標)" volume 6, 7, 8, "Japgigumun(雜記九門)" volume 9, "Chwalyodo(撮要圖)" volume 10, "Chibyeongbaekbang(治病雜論)" volume 11, "Sambeop-yukmun(三法六門)" volume 12, "Samsoron(三消論)" volume 13, "Chibeoppillyo(治法心要)" volume 14, and "Sinhyomyeongbang(神效名方)" volume 15. "Yumunsachin(儒門事親)" is a collection of a few books so, the literary style isn't uniform. The unconformity show that "Yumunsachin(儒門事親)" was not written by one person. The problem who is the writer of each volume remains controversial. But most scholars recognize that volume 1, 2, 3, original "Yumunsachin(儒門事親)" and was written by Jangjahwa(張子和), embellished by Majigi(麻知幾). Also, it is recognized that "Samsoron(三消論)" was collected by Majigi(麻知幾) and inserted by posterity, and that Sangjungmyeong(常仲明) and Nangi(欒企) who were Jang[張子和]'s disciples participated in compilation of "Yumunsachin(儒門事親)". Therefore, it is sure that the contents of the book express Jangjahwa(張子和)'s medical thought.

Choi Buk(1712-1786) is the master of three poems, caligraphy, paintings of the Middle Class Painter. There is a resisting cynicism against discrimination, a madly free and unbridled madness that is not bound by itself, and a master sense due to pride in his artistic talents. Madness and stubborn as an image of a unique painting through unworldly and clasical scholar oriented Muninhwa. His muninhwa has many poetic picture paintings where poetry and painting are one, and the technique of painting depicting objects is based on the power of the muscles and is a madness brush which is not bound anywhere. And it expresses the level of art in a higher level through the unconventional composition of the unconventional composition, the simplicity of the line, and the unique operation of margins and colors. His Muninhwa appeared naturally in the works of art, which is a pride of enterprising people and a belief that aesthetic pursuit of a change of the unchanging ones.

The purpose of this study is to examine the problems of the shuttlecock card introduced by the Busan Metropolitan City Badminton Union to members. To this end, surveys and in-depth interviews were conducted together as mixed research methods. As a result, it was found that the shuttlecock card was obligatory as an identification card, was providing some inconvenience to the members, and was not satisfactory as a payment means. In addition, it was revealed that it was not registering the existence or use of the fund under the agreement between members. It revealed that the use of the fund of the shuttlecock card has been unclear. The cause of the shuttlecock card project was basically a communication problem due to the characteristics of the vertical structure of the union, a product of failed governance.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the case and to provide related information for the physical education major to handle and utilize the social big data through the exploratory study for the application of sports industry in the fourth industrial revolution. For this study, data was collected from the article database, which covers the keyword such as 'Social Big Data', 'Sports' and so on. The analyzed articles were 86 articles. As a results, The research on social big data applied to sports industry are as follows: 1) Analysis of major issues related to sports fans' interests and sports events, 2) A study on media sports engagement, 3) The prediction analysis of sports game based on the sentiment analysis, 4) Development of salary estimation model for professional player in sports, 5) Research trend analysis and so on. In conclusion, the social big data analysis technology in the sports industry and management can be utilized variously. Therefore, the specialists of the sports industry and management field need to learn the techniques, to acquire the know-how for the research project, to convert the convergence thinking.
