The motion-graphic have been a more important factor in image illustration and typography since the development of visual culture was advanced. Therefore the visualized case of intented content with the creative typography is easily seen in television CF, movies and web pages. They suggest that variable factors such as language, time, shape, motion, color and sound should be applied and produced to motion typogaraphy. But the physiologic features as sex, age, health status, illness and physical size have an important effect in the communication process. So, the more effective result were gained than the fast-developing other mass media if these features were applied to the motion typography with semi-language speciality.

As digital Information equipment is new arrival, new paradigm such as 'function exist but form don't' is needed in the field of design. Therefore, the activity of design is focused on the relationship of human and machine against visual form. For that reason, it is involved emotional factor in the relationship and studied on new field, the emotional interlace. The goal of this paper is to suggest the way of emotional interface on searching multimedia data. The main target of paper is effect sound and human's step and the main way of research is visualization after measuring and analyzing numerically similarity level among emotion-words. This paper suggests the theoretical bad(ground such as personal opinion, the character of auditory information and human's step and case studies on the emotion research. The experimental content about sound is fueled from my previous research and the main experimental content about human's step is made with regression-expression to substitute Quantification method 1 for value about stimulation. The realistic prototype to apply the research result will is suggested on the next research after studying the search environment.

Along with advance in visual culture, the importance of motion graphic has been increasingly emphasized day by day, which can maximize information delivery using image illustration and typography, graphic factors of images. In addition, we can easily see increasing cases where what a designer intends is visualized using creative typography in diverse mass media such as TV commercials, movies or web. Thanks to the effects of this trend, various ways of manufacturing works have been proposed in the field of motion typography by applying diverse factors including verbal ones, time, form, motion, colors, and sound for the purpose of expressing formless semantic notions through visual form of typography. However, physiological features such as sex, age, health status, pathological conditions, and body size can have a bigger effect on the process of real communication. Therefore, if property of quasi-verbal sound can be reflected appropriately in motion typography where communication is expressed only by visual form, it can enable people to understand what a designer intends faster and more exactly.

The future industry, intangible assets, like expertise, customer satisfaction, and employee's volition and capability, create more company value than any other components. The company's outcome mostly depends on managing these intangible knowledge assets. Construction industry is trying to adapt knowledge management system to manage their knowledge assets, but Hey do not build up knowledge assets definition and knowledge assets classification as much as other industries do. Most researches related knowledge assets classification are not concentrated on construction industry so it is need to define knowledge assets and establish knowledge assets classification of construction based on construction characteristics and informations. With this research result, construction knowledge assets classification can be the basis of knowledge asscts evaluation and knowledge map for knowledge management system.

The purpose of this article is to understand the characteristics and meanings of the Hwanghae-do Gutchum, or shamanic ritual dance. First, the characteristics of the Hwanghae-do Gutchum are summarized as follows. The regular dances that appear in all pieces of Gutgeori or the tune of Gut of the Hwanghae-do Gutchum feature Geosangchum, followed by domu and heojeonmu in the sequential order. The accompaniment rhythms are Geosang rhythm, Chum rhythm, and Yeonpung rhythm. The dance featuring mugu, or shaman implements held on shaman's hand as part of the Hwanghae-do Gutchum, which symbolizes the characteristics of deities, is the same as domu aligned with the dance rhythm and the whirling dance aligned with the Yeonpung rhythm. The name of mugu, mubok (shaman clothing) and/or deities may be used as the name of Gutchum but there is no originality of Gutchum. The Beokgu Chum and Samhyeon Chum as part of the Hwanghae-do Gutchum use Beockgu Jangdan and Samhyeon Jangdan, which deserves to have their originality acknowledged. Hwanghae-do Gutchum is closely related to the rhythm. The harmony of janggu player and a female shaman is essential in practicing the Hwanghae-do Gut. If a janggu player fails to perform to properly support the gut practice of a female shaman, the shaman is not able to proceed with a smooth practice and causes confusion. On the other hand, if the gut performance of a female shaman fails to catch up with the performance of janggu, the gut becomes plain and simple at best. Janggu is the single most important element that determines the success or failure of the Hwanghae-do Gutchum. A female shaman takes the harmony and collaboration with a janggu player so seriously that she is willing to reschedule the practice of gut if its schedule does not match that of the janggu player. The Hwanghae-do Gutchum is largely dependent on gyeolrye. However, the difference between the chum and the rhythm caused by gyeolrye has disappeared due to the intangible cultural assets. That is, designating an intangible cultural asset has resulted in eliminating all distinctive characteristics of Hwanghae-do Gutchum. With the distinction of gyeolrye becoming vague, they have lost interest in the genealogy of gut they have learned. It is no longer gyeolrye but the intangible cultural property system that serves as an important factor to distinguish chums.

Modern design started from having form of nature and biology and had gradually faced limit on the design subject, therefore changed to something with emotions. However, personal emotion is hard to receive sympathy from the public. Therefore the researcher have selected subject that is already receiving love from the public and tried to visualize it through metal sculpture. The subject selected for visualization is 'Counting Stars at Night' by poet Yoon Dong Ju who the Koreans love the most and the aesthetic factor was selected through prior studied literature and have made by applying metal, gemstone and coloring method. As a result the aesthetic factor could be selected understanding the emotion inside the poet 'Counting Stars at Night' by Yoon Dong Ju and have not lost objectivity in the emotions and could be able to feel the beauty of the metal sculpture with deep emotions of the 'Counting Stars at Night' by Yoon Dong Ju through completed metal sculpture. This served as a momentum for suggesting possibility of shaping the immaterial subject.

전자거래는 비대면적, 비서면적, 무형의 상품, 탈 국경화의 성격을 갖게 됨에 따라 전자거래의 활성화를 위해서는 서면거래에서와 같은 가치 인정을 위한 법적 마련이 필요하다. 또한, 시스템 측면에서도 정보 및 정보통신기반들이 적시에 적절한 방법으로 접근될 수 있고 이용될 수 있는 유용성, 정보의 프라이버시 보호를 유지하거나 선택된 수신자만이 정보에 접근하도록 허락하는 기밀성, 정보가 전송중에 변경되지 않았음을 보장하는 무결성, 정보의 원천지를 보장하는 진정성, 정보가 송신자에 의해 전송되었음을 보장하는 부인봉쇄 등의 기능구현이 필요하다. 이에 따라 전자거래로 발생할 수 있는 문제들과 전자상거래 유형, 전자거래시스템의 구성요소 및 기능, 전자거래기본법과 전자서명법의 특징 그리고 법 제정으로 발생한 법적 효과들을 제시하였다.

외국인(外國人) 직접투자(直接投資)의 중요성이 국내(國內) 외(外)에서 커지고 있음과 함께 그 투자본국(投資本國)과 대상국(對象國)이 어떻게 결정(決定)되느냐에 대한 학계(學界)의 관심(關心)이 새로워지고 있다. 본(本) 논문(論文)은, 투자본국(投資本國)-대상국(對象國)의 결정문제(決定問題)에 관해, 이를 생산요소(生産要素)의 국가간이동(國家間移動)으로 파악하려는 종래의 국제경제학(國際經濟學), 기업(企業)의 무형자산(無形資産)에서 그 중요한 이유를 찾으려는 산업조직론(産業組織論), 상이(相異)한 통화권(通貨圈)이 주는 투자상(投資上)의 우위(優位) 열위(劣位)를 중시(重視)하는 국제금융론(國際金融論) 등 제(諸) 접근방법(接近方法)들이 시사(示唆)하는 바를 살펴보고, 환율수준(換率水準) 및 그 예상변화율(豫想變化率) 등이 외국인(外國人) 직접투자(直接投資)에 미치는 영향도 재고(再考)하였다. 실증분석(實證分析)에서는 세계(世界)의 대미직접투자(對美直接投資)의 연도별(年度別) 시계열자료(時系列資料)를 사용하여 GNP, 환율수준(換率水準), 예상환율변화(豫想換率變化) 및 환(換)"리스크 프리미엄" 등 거시경제변수(巨視經濟變數)들의 영향을 추정(推定)하여 보았으며, 대체로 유의도(有意度)가 높고 선험적(先驗的)으로 기대하는 바와 같은 영향이 있다는 결과를 얻었다.

This study investigates what decisions have an impact on bank performance. A panel regression analysis was conducted using data from the financial statements of banks located in the United States from 2013 to 2022, and the effects of explanatory variables were examined through hierarchical panel regression analysis divided into financial decision-making and management decision-making. In addition, by analyzing performance separately from the creditor and shareholder perspectives (hereinafter referred to as overall) and from the shareholder perspective alone, it suggests which elements should be utilized and how to improve performance from each perspective. When a panel regression analysis was performed using only liquidity and stability, dependency on deposits and the interest coverage ratio had a statistically significant impact from the perspective of overall performance, and the debt ratio also had a statistically significant impact from the perspective of shareholder performance. When adding non-technical factors, only the labor cost ratio among non-technical factors was found to be statistically significant from the overall performance perspective, and although the non-technical factors were not statistically significant from the shareholder performance perspective, the cash ratio was found to have a statistically significant impact. Lastly, when adding technical innovation elements, the intangible asset ratio was not statistically significant from the overall performance perspective, but was significant from the shareholder performance perspective. The significance and implications of this study are that there are differences in factors that can affect the performance of overall or shareholder and that various decision-making factors can affect a bank's performance.

This paper analyzes the price movements and the possibility of delisting by research and development intensity of firm which made technological innovation disclosure in the Korean stock market. The sample consists of firms listed on the KRX which made technological information disclosure between January 2002 and December 2014. The results are summarized as follows. The higher R&D intensity is observed for the delisted firms group. The logit regression result shows that the research and development intensity is a significant predictor of the possibility of delisting. This shows that exposure to the risk of delisting may increase as the proportion and uncertainty of intangible assets in the assets of individual firms increases. This empirical result is expected to serve as a good guide line for the stakeholders.
