현대사회를 '정보화 사회'라 부른다. 세계무역기구(WTO : World Trade Organization)의 단일화된 세계경제 질서하에서 국제기업(MNC : Multi-National Corporation)에 의한 세계시장 경쟁은 이 세계를 "One Market One Rule"로 만들어 버렸다. 거기에다 겨우 30여년에 불과한 정보통신의 발달은 그 종착점이 어디인지 모를 정도로 빠르게 성장하고 모든 패러다임을 변화시키고 있다. 심지어 HP의 칼리 피오리나 회장이 "Everything is possible."이란 간단한 어구로 표현한 유비쿼터스(ubiquitous)환경으로 접어들고 있는 것이 현재 우리의 모습이다.(중략)

퀘스텔 오빗은 프랑스 퀘스텔사와 미국의 오빗사가 결합하면서 특허, 무역, 과학, 화학, 비즈니스 및 뉴스정보를 광범위하게 제공하는 데이터베이스 은행이다. 국내에서는 삼성데이타시스템이 제공하고 있다. 퀘스텔 오빗에는 어떤 정보들이 있는지 간략히 살펴봤다.

문화콘텐츠산업의 수출경쟁력은 각국이 문화적 소프트 파워와 경제력의 결합으로 점점 더 중시하게 되고 국가 종합 실력의 중요한 구성 요소가 된다. 그러나 중국의 문화콘텐츠산업은 기반 빈약, 혁신 부족, 수출경로 좁기, 문화콘텐츠산업 전문인재 부족 등 어려움을 깎고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 관련 서적, 논문 등 문헌을 중심으로 SWOT분석방법을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 중국 문화콘텐츠산업의 수출경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 정부 차원에서 국제문화무역규범 제정 적극 참여, 관련 정책 지원체계 개선, 문화대오 건설 지원 및 지도, 기업 차원에서 제품내용과 표현형식 혁신 강화, 문화콘텐츠에 첨단기술 활용 추진, 판매경로 확장 등 방안을 구축해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the impact of enterprise R&D investment on international trade in Korea under the new Normal Era. In order to test whether the time series data of trade variables are stationary or not, we put in operation unit root test and cointegration test. Based on VECM (Vector Error Correction Model), we also apply impulse response functions and variance decomposition to estimate the dynamic effects in the short-run and long-run. The results show that the relationship between enterprise R&D investment and international trade (export and import) exists in the long-run as well as in the short-run. The results of applying impulse response functions and variance decomposition also indicate that the impact of enterprise R&D investment on international trade is positive, and a significant portion of fluctuations in the trade variable is explained by enterprise R&D investment. Therefore, enterprise R&D investment must be continuously increased to improve economic growth with promoting trading competition power in Korea under the new Normal Era.

국내외 기관 및 기업 간 거래를 위하여 블록체인기술 적용이 활성화되고 있다. 특히 국내의 문화 콘텐츠의 다국적 기업대상 거래 시 블록체인을 통한 스마트 컨트랙트 기술로 거래의 투명성과 안정성을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠 거래를 위하여 블록체인 이더리움 기술을 활용한 스마트 컨트랙트 적용 방법을 제안한다. 구현된 기술을 통하여 다기업간 신뢰성 있는 디지털 콘텐츠의 거래를 가능하게 하고 국내외의 문화 콘텐츠 거래를 활성화 할 수 있다.

멀티미디어 '97차이나가 지난 4월 3일부터 7일까지 5일간 차이나 큐신 인포메이션사 주최로 북경의 컨벤션 센터에서 열렸다. 이 전시회는 서양보다 뒤지고 있는 정보산업분야의 활성화를 위해 중국 국가경제무역위원회가 후원하여 매년 개최하고 있는 의욕적인 행사이다. 올해로 3회째를 맞이하는 이 전시회에서는 중국의 정보화 방향과 국내정보산업의 현재와 미래를 조망할 수 있게 해주는 좋은 기회였다.

기술이 경쟁전략과 기업생존에 있어서 그 비중이 커짐에 따라 기업의 내부 기술자원을 관리하고 보다 효율적으로 외부의 기술개발 환경을 모니터링하기 위한 도구의 필요성이 증가하게 되었으며 그에 따라 기술에 대한 정량적이고도 객관적인 측정방법에 대한 관심 또한 증가하게 되었다. 더욱이 비즈니스와 무역 상대국들이 증가하면서 그러한 측정의 범위는 전 세계를 포함하는 것으로 확장되게 되었다.

어스 앤 비욘드는 광활한 우주를 한 척의 우주선으로 날아다니는 게임으로, 웨스트우드(Westwood)사에서 만든 우주를 배경으로 하는 SF MMORPG이다. 어스 앤 비욘드에서 플레이어는 목성, 토성 등 아름다운 행성들과 인공위성들 사이를 여행하며, 때로는 화물칸에 물건을 가득 싣고 무역을 하기도 하고, 때로는 우주해적과 외계 생명체를 빔과 미사일로 공격하며 신나는 우주 전투도 즐길 수 있다.

The importance of trade cooperation with foreign countries is becoming higher in order to utilize the competitiveness of its own country's industries. In Korea, the government has made various efforts to respond to the expansion of foreign trade cooperation. As time goes by, it is needed to redefine and reestablish the functions of industrial polices in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of foreign trade cooperation. We focus on the industrial and trade policies related to FTA. Mainly we do research the impact (before and after FTA) of industry, trade policies, and firms' management activities on the export-oriented firms. For this end we conduct a survey on the firms' evaluation of the trade related policies and analyze with the panel data regression model. According to the results, in order to enhance the utilization of FTA, the connection with export support program, the training of expert HRs, and the prohibition of double regulation are the main influential policies.
