상반기 중 인쇄물 수입 실적이 제자리걸음을 한데 비해 수출실적이 전년에 비해 소폭 상승, 무역수지가 다소 회복됐으며 인쇄기자재 수입이 감소하고 수출실적이 크게 늘어 인쇄기자재 무역수지는 대폭 개선된 것으로 나타났다.

The accurate national trade statistics can show the real nation's trade situation, and contribute to setting up the national's trade plans and corporate's strategies. This study researches the differences between trade statistics and actual trade record among the national and international statistics and suggests improvement plans to solve the problems. There are 4 types' differences among the trade statistics as follows; First, a statistical differences between Korea Customs Service and Bank of Korea by yearly US$9.6billions because of standard and boundary of trade statistics. Second, a statistical differences between Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and Korea Customs Service because of the time and purpose of trade statistics release. Third, a statistical differences between Korea and counterpart countries because of standard of trade statistics, intermediate countries and rules of origin. Lastly, a statistical differences between nation's statistics and corporate record because of typing errors and indirect export record. The fundamental improvement plans are Korea statistics rules like Korea Foreign Trade Rules and Korea Custom Rules, need to coincide with the international rules like IMTS, MSITS, BPM6 etc. Especially the rules of statistics related to intermediary trade, processing trade and transit trade have to revise with new BPM6 rules. In addition, a reasonable care of trade statistics from accumulation to utilization of trade information is more important than statistical regulation or system, so all persons concerned including exporters, importers, government official pay attention the statistics and cooperate together.

2013년 인쇄업의 수출성적표는 맑음이다. 지난 2010년 이래 2년 연속 하향세를 보이던 인쇄물 수출이 반등세로 돌아서 역대 두 번째 실적을 기록했다. 전년 대비 18.8% 증가한 2억9천만 달러치를 수출했으며, 인쇄물 무역규모도 6억 달러를 넘어섰다. 한편 우리나라의 전체 무역규모는 2011년 이후 3년 연속 무역 1조 달러를 달성했으며, 수출 금액은 전년 대비 2.2% 증가한 5597억 달러였다.

관세청 통관자료 및 무역통계(KOTIS)를 기초로 2005년 8월 수출입 실적을 분석함. 전체 수출입 실적은 8월 31일까지의 통관실적(잠정치)을 기준으로 작성된 것이며, 품목별 · 지역별 수출입 실적은 8월 20일까지의 통관실적(잠정치)을 기준으로 작성됨. 단, 주요 품목별 수출실적(MTI 기준)은 8월 20일까지의 통관실적과 산업자원부 품목담당과 및 업종단체 검토를 토대로 월간 전체 수출액을 추정하여 작성됨

관세청이 최근 발표한 '수출입 실적'에 따르면 인쇄잉크의 수출입 무역규모는 2004년 1억 6000만 달러를 기록했으며, 2010년에 들어서야 처음으로 2억 달러를 넘어섰다. 이후에도 가파르게 성장하지는 않았지만 꾸준히 증가하고 있다.

지난해 우리나라 수출기업들이 사상 최대의 실적을 올렸다. 지난 11월 30일에 있었던 무역의 날 행사는 글로벌 금융위기, 남유럽 재정위기, 환율문제 등 대내외적으로 어려운 수출여건 속에서도 우리나라 수출이 사상 최대실적을 기록하며 세계 수출순위 7위를 달성한 것을 기념하기 위해 마련됐다. 이번 행사에서는 세계시장 개척과 무역증진에 기여한 유공자 872명에 대한 훈 포장 및 정부 표창 수여식이 열렸다. 삼성중공업(주0이 100억불 탑을 수상한 것을 비롯해 총 1536개 업체가 100만 불에서 100억불 탑에 이르는 수출탑을 수상했다. 협회 회원사에서는 이오테크닉스, 세코닉스, 코렌, 해성옵틱스, 유니벡, 한국토키나, 윈어스테크놀로지가 수출탑을 수상했다.

In this study has been suggested on the basis of the Court of Audit's report on trade insurance issues presented and the Export Credit Guarantee Insurance Improvement. First, the improvement insurance underwriting standards and come up with measures to improve the soundness of the insurance fund trading. In order to do this, (1) warranty for a lower credit companies strengthen underwriting standards, (2) raise short-term solvency and the accuracy of financial statements Review criteria Borrowings calculated based, (3) trustee companies Warranty Terms for improvement, (4) for closure of businesses quickly take measures of bond conservation measures. Second, through improved risk management measures to strengthen risk management for export credit guarantees are to be provided.

지난해 우리나라 자동차 수출은 74만 대를 기록하여, 전년의 64만 대에 비해 16%의 증가율을 시현했다. 또 엔고에 힘입어 금년 1-4월 기간중 자동차 수출은 34만대로 지난해 같은 기간에 비해 56%의 괄목할 증가를 보이고 있다. 따라서 큰 이변이 없는 한 1995년 연간 자동차 수출 대수는 100만대를 넘어설 것으로 보인다. 그러나 완성차 수출의 지속적인 증가와는 반대로 자 동차부품의 무역수지는 지난해에도 13억 4,000만 달러의 대폭적인 적자를 기록했다. 이는 1993 년의 8억 5,000만 달러 적자에 비해 58%가 증가한 실적으로서, 핵심기능부품의 수입의존이 여 전히 해소되지 않은 상황에서 완성차의 수출증가가 부품 수입증가를 유발시킨데 따른 결과이다. 한편, 자동차부품의 무역적자는 대일 무역적자가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 이는 지난해 자동차 부품의 무역적자 13억 4,000만 달러 가운데 10억 달러 이상을 대일 무역적자가 차지한 데서 알 수 있다. 이 글은 우리나라 자동차부품의 무역수지 적자가 확대되고 있는 원인을 국제경쟁력의 측면에서 살펴봄으로써 부품부문의 대일 무역적자를 중심으로 한 무역수지 개선방안을 모색해 보는 데에 목적이 있다.

본 보고서는 KISA의 지원에 의하여 수행된 2016년 '전자상거래제도개선전담반'의 토론내용을 중심으로 대표저자인 필자가 작성했다. 우리나라는 2016년초 처음으로 전자상거래 무역이 흑자를 기록했다. 그러나 무역 규모에 비해 전자상거래 수출실적이 극히 미흡하다는 판단 아래 정책 효과를 배가할 범정부적 제도 개선책을 도출했다. 제I장에서는 전자상거래가 앞으로 대한민국 수출의 경제성장 동력원으로서 일익을 담당할 중요한 부문임을 역설하고, 제II장 본론에서 용어의 통일, 전자상거래 무역통계 제도 개선, 유통 통관 관세 제도 개선, 전자상거래 고급인력 양성, 글로벌 공동이용 플랫폼 기술개발 지원, 전자상거래 지원을 위한 표준화 등 개선안을 정리하였고, 제III장에서는 정책제언을 수록했다.
