e-Trade should be activated for cost saving and efficient management of trade as it provides bases to actively respond to changes in markets through quick clearance of export and import. It also has tangible and intangible effects in providing services to customers through real-time sharing of information and can help enhance external competition and images through cost saving and efficient management of traders. Therefore, the study suggests that e-trade platforms to construct global trade systems should be executed to maximize economic ripple effects in terms of trade documents and cost, and paradigms of the past trade should be changed into new systems and presents future countermeasures to enhance its ripple effects.

This Paper investigates the role of wealth distributions and Financial institutions of an economy on within-industry firm heterogeneity in productivity. If there is no Financial imperfection so that entrepreneurs are not constrained in borrowing all of them make the same, productivity-enhancing investment. International Trade industry average productivity also increases the avoidance of capital and international capital movements developing countries linked by lead industry cuts in global investing. International Trade of goods, on the other hand, amplifies this impact of capital mobility when capital structures the countries.

세계적인 무역의 흐름은 전자문서교환(EDI), 인터넷 등 정보기술의 빠른 확산에 힘입어 기존 무역거래 형태에서 새로운 형태인 전자무역으로 발전하고 있다 이는 전자무역이 기존 무역거래 방식의 단순한 전자화 수준을 넘어 무역구조와 무역프로세스를 혁신하고 무역부대비용 절감, 시간단축 등을 통해 국제경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 세계화 정보화 시대에서의 국가와 기업의 생존전략으로 인식되고 있기 때문이다. 선진국들과 주요경쟁국들은 전자무역을 통해 무역거래에 소요되는 시간과 비용 절감을 도모하고 업무 효율성을 증진시켜 나가고 있다. 이에 우리나라도 전자무역 활성화를 통해 국제무역거래에서의 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 노력을 경주하고 있다. 정부와 무역유관기관의 경우 전자무역 활성화를 위한 인프라 구축 및 법적, 제도적 기반 조성을 위해 다양한 지원정책과 제도를 시행하고 있다. 국내 기업들도 기존의 전형적인 무역거래 형태에서 벗어나 전자무역을 구현하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 대부분의 중소기업의 경우 전자무역의 활용은 초보적 단계이다. 우리나라 국가경제에서 중소기업이 차지하는 비중을 고려해보면 중소기업의 전자무역 활용도 제고를 통한 경쟁력 강화는 궁극적으로 국가경쟁력을 높이는 핵심이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 중소기업의 전자무역 활용도 제고를 위해 무엇보다 정부, 무역유관기관, 중소기업 등 3대 주체간에 전자무역구현 필요성에 대한 공감대 형성과 효율적인 인프라 구축 및 전자무역 친화적 환경조성을 위해 노력해야 한다.

The Internet is also fragmenting containers of goods that could have been custom cleared on a single entry into dozens of individual shipments that each require separate customs documents and clearance procedures. The policies of Korean government could promote the e-business environment and market conditions in legal and infrastructure terms, but not much of business itself. The facilitation of trade procedures is seen by all major international business as vital for economic development. The purpose of the study is to develop the e-Trade application, limitation and activation. This article intends to derive which factors are significant at information strategic planning stage as well as its evaluation stage. The study include the technical explanations under the ubiquitous computing.

This paper explores the impact of pollution abatement cost on trade balance. First, We derive price pressure of spending pollution abatement cost using I-O table. Then the analysis is extended to the impact on trade balance by manufacturing sectors. The paper explicitly includes indirect effect of pollution abatement cost that is the effect through the change of the other sector prices and excluded in the previous studies. The results show that the impact of pollution abatement cost on trade balance is 0.30~0.46% of total trade volume of Korea. This is lower than that of the United States in 1970's.

The purpose of this study is to look at the role of e-trade for trade facilitation, which was the conclusion of November 27, 2014 which is based on the main discussions and content of the WTO. This study examines the data collected based on previous research and literature data, and it proposed a policy direction using it. Trade facilitation agreement also contains a number of e-Trade related information and internet-based electronic documents can be sent very quick flow of information and it can save time and cost concerning parties. e-Trade is a very important basement and it is needed to continually develop and exchange for trade facilitation. To make easy trade facilitation, e-Trade is one of the means to achieve competitiveness of companies and countries under these circumstances. The conclusion of this study shows that it is necessary to steadily develop e-trade technologies for trade facilitation and to continuously exchange e-trade system for easy customs services in concerining countries to maximize these effects.

This study attempts to analyze the trade costs of domestic firms utilizing the FTAs in terms of burden of expenses in managing the rules of origin. In doing so, we classify the managing costs of FTA rules of origin into three categories (that is, (i) ex ante costs from acquiring necessary information and building the infrastructure in the advance stage before the FTAs, (ii) the actual costs of the origin management in the application stage of FTA preferential treatment, (iii) ex post management cost in the preparation stage of origin verification) and perform a survey on the greater details on each category. Using the comprehensive results from the survey regarding domestic firm's use of FTAs, this paper also discusses the issues related to small and medium-sized firms and addresses the concerns involved with their managing costs of FTA rules of origin. Importantly, this paper emphasizes the importance of government supports to reduce inefficiency induced by the additional costs that domestic firms face in their use of FTAs and proposes the various policy implications regarding the managing costs of rules of origin.

Trade portal site is one of the tools which make it possible for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) to manage international trade activities more efficiently by using the newest information and telecommunication technology. So Korean SMEs should utilize trade portal sites more actively to promote global competitive power. Based on the theory of service quality and existing researches related to using information technology, this paper analyzed the primary factors which affect user's utilization satisfaction in using trade portal sites. According to the results of the empirical study on actual users of the representative trade portal sites by multiple regression analysis, the primary factors, such as service quality, government policy and cost factor have affected user's utilization satisfaction in using trade portal sites. And user's utilization satisfaction have positive effect on continuous using intention. These research results will provide many useful insights to trade portal site managers, e-trade system developers and government policy makers.

본 연구는 새로운 국제 전자결제수단으로 개발된 무역카드(TadeCard)에 대한 검토와 활용 가능성에 관하여 검토한 것이다. 무역카드는 세계무역센터협회가 인터넷을 통하여 국제무역대금을 결제할 수 있는 전자결제시스템으로 개발되었다. 무역카드시스템은 제시되는 전자문서의 일치성 점검 및 국제무역거래의 모든 이행과정을 온라인(on-line) 상에서 전자적으로 이행되는 것을 특징으로 하고 있으며 부대비용 등 경제성 측면에서 여타 결제수단보다 우월한 결제시스템이라고 하고 있다. 그러나 가상공간을 통한 전자결제시스템은 거래당사자에게 대금지급의 확실성과 거래의 안정성 및 신속성 보장이 전제되어야 한다. 실제로 무역카드시스템은 특정 보증보험회사의 보증에 기반을 두고 있어 국제 기업간 거액거래상의 신용취급의 한계점과 금융네트워크 등에서의 취약점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 무역카드가 국제전자결제시스템으로 정착되기 위해서는 정보보안 등 기술적인 안정성이 검증되고 결제상의 신뢰성 보장을 위하여 상업은행들의 참여가 확대되어야 한다. 또한 인터넷상에서 결제가 이루어지기 위해서는 담보권과 유통성이 보장되는 볼레로전자선화 증권 등의 활용과 기존의 모든 종이문서에 의한 결제서류도 전자문서로 대체되어야 한다.

This research is to study the frequency of internet use in domestic trading companies and to analyze how to appear the effect of internet use in accordance with the frequency of internet use. To subdivide the analysis, the effect of internet use is classified into the curtailment effect of transaction & Time. Prior to examining the effect of internet use, I survey the concepts, trends, and prospect of cyber trade in electronic commerce through the research of documents. Before the positive analysis, I synthetically evaluated the characteristics of existing researches regarding electronic commerce and internet trade.
