빅데이터 분석에 활용되는 원천 데이터는 네트워크 형태이며, 최근 소셜 네트워크 분석을 통한 효과적인 상품 광고, 핵심 유전자 발굴, 신약 재창출 등 다양한 영역에서 네트워크 분석 기술이 사회와 인류에게 가치 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하면서 네트워크 분석 기술의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 또한, 세계화와 정보통신기술의 급격한 발전으로 빠르게 변화하는 무역 환경 속에서 신속하고 정확한 무역 거래에 대한 안전 관리의 요구가 점차 증가하고 있다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 네트워크 탐색 기술을 기반으로 한 무역 거래 위험 요소 적발 기술을 제시했다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationship among R&D spending and variables of technology trade, and to explore promoting R&D activities and revitalizing technology trade. To analyze the causal relationship, we built a multivariate model that consists of government R&D spending, private R&D spending, technical importation and export of techniques, and employed the Granger-causality test based on an error correction model. The results show that there are five Granger-causality relationship among them in the short run, as well as there are eleven Granger-causality relationship among a total of twelve causal relationship, excluding only a unidirectional causality relationship from the government R&D spending to the export of techniques, in the long run. Besides, we attempted the impulse-response analysis on them to observe the reaction of any dynamic system in response to some external change. The significance of this paper is to make sure the causal relationship between R&D investments and the technology trade by analyzing empirically, and to suggest several implications for promoting the R&D activities and revitalizing the technology trade.

The present study made an empirical analysis for investigating the competitiveness of technology trades in Korea. In particular, the study deduced the correlation between technology export and technology import using the variables of Gross Domestic Expenditure on R&D and Per capita industry value added Productivity and employed fixed effect model in panel linear regression model. It is found that the R&D expenditure of OECD countries made a significant effect on the technology import and the value-added labor productivity made a significant result on both technology export and import. Therefore, it showed that the technology trade in Korea made a sensitive response to labor productivity in OECD countries. By panel analysis, machine, construction, ICT, and service industry affect most on technology export in Korea for recent 5 years. For technology import, electric-electron, chemical, service, and construction industry have significant effects. This study contributed to understanding of industrial characteristics affecting technology trades in Korea and empirical analysis to show correlation between the factors affecting technology trade.

무역거래의 패턴이 최근 크게 변화하고 있는데, 기존 무역거래방식에서 인터넷무역방식으로 그 비중이 확대되면서 인터넷 무역거래알선사이트에 관한 관심과 활용도가 점차 높아지고 있으며 특히 무역거래알선사이트의 구축 및 운영은 국내외의 무역 유관기관과 지방자치 단체, 대기업 종합무역상사 및 개별기업을 중심으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이에 실제 우리 나라 무역업체들의 사이트 이용 및 현황과 이용만족도 조사를 위해 설문조사를 한 결과, 현재까지 무역업체들이 가장 선호하는 사이트는 무역 유관기관이 운영하는 사이트들이다. 또한 실제 무역거래알선사이트를 이용한 결과와 관련하여 거래알선사이트 제공서비스에 대한 만족은 대상 업체 중 불과 17.9%의 낮은 수준으로서 이렇듯 낮은 만족도를 보이는데는 다음과 같은 문제점들이 있었다. 즉, 정보 인프라 측면에서의 관련정책의 분산, 보안 인프라의 우려, 오프라인 상의 결제 및 세금문제, 인터넷무역 관련 국제협력문제 등을 들 수 있으며, 무역업체의 측면에서는 전문인력의 부족, 최고경영자의 정보화 인프라에 대한 마인드 부족과 업체내의 웹 기반 환경 구축 미흡 등을 들 수 있다. 이상의 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 활성화방안을 살펴보면 첫째, 거래정보 보호기술의 육성 둘째, 무역거래알선사이트의 적극적인 국내외 홍보 셋째, 무역거래알선사이트 관련 분쟁 신용조회 등의 통합관리 넷째, 사이트관련 온라인과 오프라인상의 제반환경 개선 및 국제거래 규약 개선 다섯째, 무역거래알선시스템의 효율성제고를 위한 전문인력 양성 및 교육훈련 강화 등이 절실히 요망되고 있다.

This study will look at various implications of China's resumption of trade with Korea, such as trade restructuring, changes in trade policies and the impact on corporate competitiveness, and how the two countries resolved trade disputes. We will evaluate the evolution of trade between China and Korea from a historical and economic perspective, analyze how policy changes have shaped corporate strategies, and discuss how these changes have affected both countries' positions in the global economy. Through this study, we aim to provide a deeper understanding of regional economic cooperation and global economic governance and insight into future policy decisions.

This thesis outlines a preparation plan for e-Trade business service regarding tendency development in super-highway information network including internet, cable, and wireless communication. It also explains two perspectives in e-Trade market: changes of circumstances and consumerism, and revitalization devices of Von(Voice over Internet Protocol) service technology for creating new market in rapidly changing IP(Internet Protocol) environment. Plus it illustrates what core competence and progress business organizations must have in current situation, forecasts turns of future e-Trade market, and analyzes technological applications of VoIP service in an extended viewpoint of corporate strategy.

Trade portal site is one of the tools which make it possible for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) to manage international trade activities more efficiently by using the newest information and telecommunication technology. So Korean SMEs should utilize trade portal sites more actively to promote global competitive power. Based on the theory of service quality and existing researches related to using information technology, this paper analyzed the primary factors which affect user's utilization satisfaction in using trade portal sites. According to the results of the empirical study on actual users of the representative trade portal sites by multiple regression analysis, the primary factors, such as service quality, government policy and cost factor have affected user's utilization satisfaction in using trade portal sites. And user's utilization satisfaction have positive effect on continuous using intention. These research results will provide many useful insights to trade portal site managers, e-trade system developers and government policy makers.

Recently, technology acquisition through technology trade plays a critical role in obtaining national competitiveness in a global era. However, current studies mostly focus on grasping the characteristics or macro status of technology trade and analyzing the impact of technology acquisition through the technology transaction, leading to the failure of providing a theoretical and practical background of national policy-making. Therefore, this research aims at investigating the concentration rate of technology, companies and countries where Korean companies obtain technological capability on the basis of the Bank of Korea's data related to 'loyalty payment in technology licensing', additionally analyzing the types of exported technology and loyalty payment. From these analyses, the degree of concentration that pre-defined 31 technology classifications depend on specific technologies, companies and nations are examined and the characteristics of technology trade types are investigated. The results of this research can be used to make a technology policy and analyze the characteristics of technology innovation of Korea industries.

지속적인 경제성장을 위한 기술정책방향은 다음과 같은 두 가지 경제적 환경변화를 고려해야 한다. 첫째, 신기술을 중심으로 하는 새로운 차세대성장산업을 창조함으로써, 지속적으로 우리나라 경제성장을 견인하는 “신기술중심의 경제성장정책기조”이다. 둘째, 신무역질서에서 우리나라 경제를 안정화시켜야 하는 정책기조와, 더 나아가 세계경제발전에 기여하는 “세계경제질서에서 대한민국경제위상확보정책기조”이다. 본 논고에서는 신기술발전과 신무역질서라는 연관관계에서 어떤 신성장 기술정책방향이 바람직한 것인지 알아보자. 이 연관분석을 위하여 우리나라 주요 교역국가를 중심으로 우리나라 신기술발전이 다른 무역대상국가에 어떤 경제적 영향을 미치며, 다른 주요 교역국가인 미국과 일본의 기술발전이 우리나라에 어떤 경제적 영향을 미치는지를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간단한 국제무역환경을 고려한 기술정책방향에 대하여 제언하였다.
