  • 지난 11일 전남 무안군 소재 한국양계농협 목포계란직판장에서는 광주전남지회 목포 채란지부 현판식이 거행되었다. 이 자리에는 윤한성 광주전남도지회장을 비롯, 이영재 한국양계농협 조합장, 윤재섭, 김재균 전 광주전남축협조합장 및 회원들이 참석한 가운데 제2의 목포채란지부의 탄생을 축하해주었다.

Autostereoscopic Multiview 3D Display System based on Volume Hologram (체적 홀로그램을 이용한 무안경 다안식 3D 디스플레이 시스템)

  • We present an autostereoscopic 3D display system using volume hologram. In this proposed system, the interference pattern of angular multiplexed plane reference and object beams are recorded into a volume hologram, which plays a role of guiding object beams of multi-view images into the desired perspective directions. For reconstruction, object beams containing the desired multi-view image information, which satisfy Bragg matching condition, are illuminated in the time-division multiplexed manner onto the crystal. Then multiple stereoscopic images are projected to the display plane for autostereoscopic 3D viewing. It is possible to make a high resolution multiview 3D display system independent upon the viewpoint.

Hydration Rates and Changes of Hardness during Soaking of Polished Naked Barleys (쌀보리쌀의 수분 흡수 속도 및 침지 중 경도의 변화)

  • The predominant kernel(7mesh) of naked barleys were polished to give 65% yield. The diffusion coefficients and volume increase rates of polished naked burleys at $40^{\circ}C$ were $3{\sim}4$ and 2.2 times greater than those of naked barleys, respectively. The moisture gains of polished naked barleys were linearly related to the volume increases. The hardness of polished naked burleys during soaking was exponentially decreased.

레이더를 이용한 남서해안의 호우 사례 특성 분석

  • 비종관 관측자료인 기상위성 및 레이더 분석자료에서 위성영상에서 볼 수 있는 서해남부 해상의 스콜라인 형태의 강한 대류운을 무안-진도 레이더 반사도에 의한 수평 및 연직 구조로 살펴보았는데 특히 발달한 대류운 영역이 보다 상세한 반사도 차이로 나타나고, 40 dBZ 이상 강한 반사도 셀이 고도 6km, 20km 정도의 수평규모를 갖는 여러 대류운시스템이 합쳐진 다중세포시스템으로 구성되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 연구용 X-대역 무안 레이더 반사도 분포를 보면 사이트 주면에 강한 dBZ의 대류운이 자리하고 있어 발달한 강수입자에 의한 감쇄효과 때문에 북서방향과 남서방향의 강한 대류운들이 약하게 잘못 관측되고 있음을 볼 수 있었지만 S-대역 진도 레이더는 발달한 강수 입자에 크게 영향을 받지 않고 고유의 강한 반사도를 제대로 관측하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같이 태풍에 의한 직${\cdot}$간접적인 호우, 장마전선의 활성화에 따른 집중호우를 동반하는 중규모대류운시스템에 대해 정확히 정량적으로 판단할 수는 없지만, 관측자료 분석을 통해 중규모대류운시스템을 발달${\cdot}$유지시킬 수 있는 기구의 존재 가능성을 체계적으로 이해하는데 많은 도움이 되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 레이더 반사도와 3차원 바람장 그리고 마이크로강우레이더와 광학강우강계에 의한 연직 구름계와 순간적으로 발생하는 강수특성 등 섬세하고 다양한 비종관 관측자료를 이용하여 집중호우를 유발하는 중규모대류운시스템의 강수 구조와 특성 분석 및 예측에 활용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.

Species Identification and Genetic Structure of Octopus minor from Korea and China on the Basis of Partial Sequences of Mitochondrial Cytochrome Oxidase I (미토콘드리아 Cytochrome Oxidase I 유전자 마커에 의한 한국.중국 낙지의 종판별 및 집단분석)

  • The nucleotide sequences of the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit 1 (CO1) gene of octopus groups collected from Muan, Taean, Yesu, Jeju in Korea and Youngsung, Daeryen in China were analyzed for the identification of species and populations. Six haplotypes were identified from the analyzed 60 individuals. All of the individuals (N = 10) from Jeju showed the A haplotype which was not observed from other groups, and could be classified as a distinct group. The analyzed groups could form two separate clade in MEGA4 analysis. The individuals from Muan, Taean, Yesu in Korea and Daeryen in China form a clase and the others from Jeju in Korea and Youngsung in China formed the other clade. The analysis of relationship among the groups showed the same results. Individuals belong to the group A (Muan, Taean, Yesu and Daeryen) showed closer relationship than individuals belong to the group B (Jeju and Youngsung). Although the CO1 universal primers used in this study was useful as a marker for species identification among Octopus, analysis of population was limited because of few variations in the partial sequences of CO1 analyzed in this study. However, it was possible to show the limited gene flow among the groups which is resulted from the spatial separation and differences in their habitats.

The Study on Effects of After Vision Training for Elementary School Children in Muan (무안군 소재 초등학생들의 시훈련 효과에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to investigate the current status of visual acuity for elementary school students in Muan-gun and to analyze improvements of their visual function after vision training for the elementary school students who have either insufficiency of accommodation or vergence. Methods: Subjective refraction, objective refraction and binocular function were examined for 335 elementary school children from year 1 to year 6 live in Muan area, and then 47 students who have symptoms of binocular dysfunction among them were selected. We analyzed and compared between before and after vision training (VT) in binocular vision function results. Results: The results show that most of the subjects had much problem in near point convergence (NPC) than accommodation. After the vision training, the average of subjects NPC was improved about 5.93 cm, from $11.57 {\pm}1.850$ cm for before VT to $5.66{\pm}0.965$ cm for after VT. After VT positive fusional vergence at near distance after VT was $19.64{\pm}3.66$ $\Delta$, which was as much as double of near phoria. Accommodative amplitude was improved from $10.02{\pm}2.566$ D for before VT to $12.30{\pm}1.397$ D for after VT, which similar to mean of expected accommodative amplitude of 11.27 years old. Conclusions: Among insufficiency of accommodation and vergence NPC was improved specially, and accommodative facility and other ocular functions were also improved. Therefore, it is considered the vision training is very effective to recover from visual function problems.

Optical Approach for Increasing the Resolution of Displayed Multi-view Image from Projection Type of Auto-stereoscopic 3D Display System by Adopting a Commercial Spherical Lenticular Lens Sheet (프로젝션 기반 무안경 방식 멀티뷰 3D 디스플레이에서 구면 렌티큐라 렌즈 시트를 이용하여 재생된 입체영상의 해상도를 증가시키는 광학적 접근 방법)

  • Multi-view 3D displays based on a limited number of pixels have the problem that the stereo-scopic image has a low resolution because of increasing view number. To solve the problem of low resolution, we propose an optical approaching method that focuses the width of a unit pixel by using a commercial spherical shape lenticular lens sheet and increases the effective resolution by increasing the number of sources of light in the multi-view 3D display system based on projection type. The method was performed in such an order that several main derivable parameters were defined, and, through the theoretical and experimental result, the value of the contractible unit pixel width and the scalable effective resolution was derived in a given system environment. As a result, for the case that the ray of light from the projector transmitted the 25 LPI lenticular lens sheet which has the pitch size 1.016 mm, the focused unit pixel width was 0.19 mm and the scalable effective resolution was, at most, 5 times wider than the original one. In addition, the range of depth of focus was 1.496 mm, which shows us the range of thickness tolerances of commercial spherical shape lenticular lens sheet and sufficient optical alignment tolerances.

A new endemic focus of Heterophyes nocens, Pygidiopsis summa, and other intestinal flukes in a coastal area of Muan-gun, Chollanam-do (전라남도 무안군 해안 지역에서 발견한 유해이형흡충, 표주박이형흡충 및 기타 장흡충류의 새 유행지)

  • A small coastal village of Muan-gun, Chollanam-do, was surveyed for intesti- nal fluke infections, especially heterophyids such as Heterophwes nocens and Ftsiniopsis summc by fecal examination on 108 inhabitants. The egg Positive rate of heterophyids was very high. 75.0%, and that of other parasites was comparatively low.0.9-3.7% by parasite species . After treatment of 20 patients showing high E. P. G. with praziquantel and purging with Mgs04, total 3,864 specimens of H. nocens were collected from the diarrheic stools of all the patients treated (3-1,338 individuallyl and total 703 p. summc were harvested from 18 patients (1-170 individually), together loth several other species of flukes. Other flukes included Stictodora jlscotn (164 specimens from 4 patients), Heterophwopsis continuo (2 from 2 patients), and Gwmnophalloides seoi (4 from 3 patients). From this study, the sutra- veyed coastal area of Muan-gun, Chollanam-do was proven to be a new endemic focus of H. nocens and p. summa. The occurrence of a few infected cases surf:mists that this area should also be a low-grade endemic area of S. Juscctc, H. continuo, and G. seoi.
