Phonological phrase boundary and word frequency that influence the phonological word recognition (음운구 경계와 단어빈도가 한국어 음운단어 재인에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the interaction between phonological phrase boundary and word frequency variable in Korean speech processing. A word monitoring task was performed to examine the interference caused by the frequency effect of target word depending on whether a phonological phrase is formed within the target word. Frequency of target word (high vs low) and phonological phrase boundary (within target word vs between target words) were applied as between and within subject condition respectively. Our results showed the significant main effect of the phonological phrase boundary and the significant interaction. In the post-hoc analysis, the high-frequency target words were detected significantly faster than the low-frequency target words only in the within phonological phrase boundary condition. Frequency effect in the between phonological phrase boundary condition did not appear. The results indicated that the phonological phrase boundary and word frequency variable played an important role in Korean speech processing. In particular, we discussed the possibility of processing the word frequency at the very early sensory information processing stage based on the interaction of two experimental factors.

PRT Benefit Estimation Study; Focused on Nan-Gok line (PRT시스템 도입시 편익산정 연구; 난곡노선을 중심으로)

  • In this paper, as a follow-up PRT studies of "J. Lee & K. Kim[2]", in terms of public transportation systems, economic feasibility of PRT systems was investigated. Based on previous studies, PRT demand was estimated and the required number of PRT vehicles has been calculated and the benefit was estimated. To ensure the economic feasibility, construction cost of a PRT system should be the level of 8 billion won per km, and the annual operating costs of the PRT system construction should be approximately 4.63% level. As a result, how much to reduce PRT construction costs, depending on whether decisions are considered to be economically feasible. Thus, PRT technology development will be conducted by targeting the most lightweight and by minimizing the infrastructure and vehicles of PRT.

  • Regulations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from ships are gradually being strengthened. EEXI (Energy Efficiency Existing Index) has been introduced in existing ships, and various studies are aimed at achieving the greenhouse gas emission reduction target are currently underway. In this study, we proposed a method to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through reducing fuel oil consumption by applying a solar power generation system to a pure and truck carrier among existing ships engaged in international voyages. The proposed photovoltaic power generation system consists of a photovoltaic module, an energy storage system, and a power conversion device. To confirm applicability, the system was modeled through a power electronics program, and a simulation was performed. In addition, economic analysis was conducted to check the feasibility of application to real ships, and it was confirmed that significant results were derived in the economical aspect after about 11 years had elapsed.

  • This paper aims at delivering significant implications to high-tech startups by visualizing the implementation process of leading KOSDAQ listed companies's business model. This paper founded two meaningful outcomes; first, hish-tech starts-up make a clear direction of implementing intangible business model in real business, second, targeting the role model of benchmarking business model among leading companies, by linking common feature between high-tech starts-up and leading KOSDAQ listed venutures sharing one of Key performance indexes falls on viable business model. The research results of visualizing the implementation of leading KOSDAQ listed ventures' business model shows three major implications. First, business model indicates not just simple logic of creating and delivering values, but more shows CEO leading management vehicle. Second, business model represents the multi-dimension process itself of integrating in and out company's core assets and competencies initiated by CEO. Third, financial outcomes of business model is automatic result of implementing on setting target customer, creating value, and delivering it rather than planned strategically. Fourth, the focal points of implementing business model falls on collecting real information from business sites.

다세대 확산모형을 활용한 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장 수요예측

  • 본 연구는 현재 정부의 규제완화 및 다양한 대체서비스의 등장으로 인해 점차 시장내 경쟁이 심화되어 가고 있는 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장에 있어 향후 경쟁상황이 어떻게 진행될지에 대한 연구를 통하여 이에 속한 기업들의 향후 시장전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 향후 경쟁상황을 예측하는데 있어 본 연구에서는 사용하는 방법론으로 첫째, 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장의 전체 수요예측을 우선적으로 실시한 후 둘째, 전체 시장의 수요를 바탕으로 이에 속하는 개별 서비스간의 경쟁관계와 대체관계에 의한 개별 서비스 수요를 예측하게 된다. 이상과 같은 서비스간의 수요를 도출함으로써 시장내 경쟁상황과 경쟁정도를 파악하게 된다. 현재 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장의 경우 가장 큰 특징이 바로 신규 대체 서비스들의 등장이고, 이들 서비스에 의해 전체 시장규모가 얼마나 성장할 것인지, 전체 시장에서 개별 서비스들의 기여도는 어느 정도가 되는지가 최대 관심사이다. 이에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 신규 대체 서비스가 시장에 진입하였을 때 파급효과가 얼마나 되는지를 추정하여 수요를 예측하였다. 이에 대한 추정결과 연구대상으로 하고 있는 전용회선서비스, 프레임릴레이서비스, 가상사설망서비스에서 전용회선서비스에 대한 타 유사서비스들의 영향력은 그리 크지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 반해 가상사설망서비스는 프레임릴레이서비스를 대체하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구 결과를 통해 사업자들은 향후 시장경쟁 상황을 예측할 수 있기 때문에 이에 대해 적절한 사업전략을 수립하는데 큰 도움을 얻게 되리라 기대한다.적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지로 선택하고 사이버 거래를 통해 생성된 물류가 부분적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지에 분배되게 함으로써 각 분배 센타의 재고 완충역할을 수행하게 한다. 이에 따라 안전 재고 및 역 배송을 최소화 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 미 출고로 인한 손실을 최소화하며 고객의 서비스를 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.증진, 페기물 발생 억제 분야에 상당한 성공을 거두었으며, 지금도 지속적으로 유지 관리 및 미비한 부분(CAER, 등)의 향상에 노력하고 있다. Evaluation of the Efficiency of the Foxtail Millet Vacuum Cushion in Skin Cancer Radiation Treatment (자체 제작한 Foxtail Millet Vacuum Cushion의 광자선 피부암 치료 시 유용성 검증)

  • Purpose: The sufficiency of skin dose and the reemergence of patient set-up position to the success of skin cancer radiation treatment is a very important element. But the conventional methods to increase the skin dose were used to vacuum cushion, bolus and water tank have several weak points. For this reason, we producted Foxtail Millet Vacuum Cushion and evaluated the efficiency of the Foxtail Millet Vacuum Cushion in skin cancer Radiation treatment. Materials and Methods: We measured absolute dose for 3 materials (Foxtail Millet Vacuum Cushion, bolus and solid water phantom) and compared each dose distribution. We irradiated 6 MV 100 MU photon radiation to every material of 1 cm, 2 cm, 3 cm thickness at three times. We measured absolute dose and compared dose distribution. Finally we inspected the CT simulation and radiation therapy planing using the Foxtail Millet Vacuum Cushion. Results: Absolute dose of Foxtail Millet Vacuum Cushion was similar to absolute dose of bolus and solid water phantom's result in each thickness. it Showed only the difference of 0.1~0.2% between each material. Also the same result in dose distribution comparison. About 97% of the dose distribution was within the margin of error in the prescribed ranges ($100{\pm}3%$), and achieved the enough skin dose (Gross Tumor Volume dose : $100{\pm}5%$) in radiation therapy planing. Conclusion: We evaluated important fact that Foxtail Millet Vacuum Cushion is no shortage of time to replace the soft tissue equivalent material and normal vacuum cushion at the low energy radiation transmittance. Foxtail Millet Vacuum Cushion can simultaneously achieve the enough skin dose in radiation therapy planing with maintaining normal vacuum cushion' function. Therefore as above We think that Foxtail Millet Vacuum Cushion is very useful in skin cancer radiation treatment.

  • Ships are built according to the purpose and operated with individual goals. Operational goals are reflected in the design of the ships and become the main criterion for determining the required ship ability. In general, cargo ships and passenger ships are objectively evaluated in terms of the operation part of the ship and the capacity part of the cargo or passenger, centering on their transportation ability. In consideration of the required ship ability, the built ship can expect effects such as economic feasibility and eco-friendliness in addition to basic characteristics such as stability. Accordingly, the concept of ship ability is expected to be effectively used in the field of training-only ship management by each institution, which plays a pivotal role in training ship-officers. In this study, the basic direction was verified for the ship ability evaluation criteria of training-only ships through the analysis of the internal space of two training-only ships of the Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology, which were recently built with a time lag. In the process of building training-only ship or general-purpose training ship, the possibility of using the ship ability standards in securing budget and designing was derived.

  • 한국의 출연(연)은 과학기술 기반 창조경제 실현을 위한 선도적 탈추격 R&D 주체로서의 출연(연)의 역할모델 재정립을 요구받고 있으며, 이는 자율과 책무에 기반한 지속가능한 R&D 체제로의 패러다임 전환을 수반한다. 본 연구는 공공연구기관의 자율성을 정의하고, 자율성을 구성하는 요인을 기관장 선임 및 거버넌스, 연구전략 및 목표관리, 예산, 인력, 그리고 평가로 구분하고, Autonomy Regime on Wheel (ARoW) 모델을 통하여 제시하였다. 자율성을 구성하는 각 요인에 대한 핵심 질의를 정의하고, 한국과 선진공공연구기관의 현황을 파악하여 벤치마킹 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 대상 선진 공공연구기관은 독일, 영국, 미국의 기관들로 선정하였으며, 특히 연구회 구조의 유사성 및 각 연구회 간 연구분야 및 임무의 균형이 조화롭게 유지되고 있는 독일의 4대 연구회를 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구를 위하여 분석대상 기관의 홈페이지를 포함한 국내?외 문헌조사 및 독일, 영국, 미국의 현지조사 과정을 거쳤으며, 이와 함께 국내?외 관련 전문가들에 대한 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 한국 및 선진 공공연구기관의 자율성 현황을 분석한 결과, 자율성을 구성하는 요인들에 대하여 전반적으로 한국의 실질적 자율성이 상대적으로 약한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 공공연구기관의 자율성을 정의 및 분석한 최초의 학술적 연구로서, 향후 자율과 책무에 기반한 지속가능한 출연(연) 발전을 위한 전략 수립에 기반자료로 활용이 가능하다는 점에 그 의의가 존재한다.

Productivity Changes in Korea Railway Lines Using MPI (MPI를 이용한 한국철도 노선별 생산성 변화 분석)

  • This paper uses MPI (Malmquist Production Index) method to provide basic information and policy direction derived to improve the productivity. This can identify whether or not the railroad service have excellent services, if there are structural problem, in which sector is experiencing a degree of productivity, in which sector should be set targets to some degree. According to the result, the productivity of Korea railway lines is measured 1.1 both publicity and profitability aspects. Changes in production technology were the most important causes. Strategic planning should consider to increase the productivity such as modernization of facilities and equipment, cost savings, and increase in productivity of employee and rail cars.

  • A waypoint tracking algorithm(WTA) is designed for Unmanned Surface Vehicle(USV) in which water-jet system is installed for propulsion To control the heading of USV for waypoint tracking, the steering nozzle of water-jet need, to be controlled. Firstly, target heading is calculated by using the position information of waypoints input from the land control center. Secondly, the command for the steering nozzle of water-jet is calculated in real time by using the heading and the rate-of-turn( ROT) from magnetic compass, In this study, in order to consider the drift angle due to external disturbance such as wind and wave, the course of ground( COG) can be used instead of heading at higher speed than a certain value, To test the performance of newly-designed WTA, the tests were carried out in actual sea area near Gwang-an bridge of Busan. In this paper, the sea trial test results from WTA are analyzed and compared with those from manual control and those from commercial controller.
