In this paper we propose the new method for calculating the Bus Incremental Cost using bus voltage magnitude and angle. And perform the decomposition of Bus Incremental Cost on power system operation. In this method, we calculate the Shadow Price that is derived from using power flow calculation results. The proposed Method is applied to IEEE-30 and the result shows the effectiveness of the method.

This paper provides calculation and decomposition of Bus Incremental Cost on Power System Operation. In this method we show deriving Shadow Price from state variables in Optimal condition. And the decomposition can give a detailed description of each Bus Incremental Cost. The proposed method is applied to IEEE-30 and results shows the effectiveness of the method.

본 논문에서는 참여계수를 사용한 변형된 조류계산에 관한 알고리즘이 제안되었다 변형된 조류계산에서는 슬랙의 부담을 줄이거나 완전히 제거하기 위해 슬랙을 분배하는 기법, 또 분배과정상에서 최적 경제급전의 의미를 살리기 위해 동일 증분 비용을 되도록 유지하도록 한다. 이를 위해 참여계수를 최적 경제급전 (ELD)를 사용해 유도한다. 한편, 수급 불일치를 전체 발전량과 전체 부하요구량간의 차이로 정의하였다. 제안된 방법의 테스트를 위해 5 모선 계통과 14 모선 계통이 사용되었다.
