An Empirical Study on Mobile Technology Adoption based on the Technology Acceptance Model and Theory of Planned Behavior (기술수용모델(TAM)과 계획된 행동이론(TPB)를 바탕으로 한 모바일 기술수용에 대한 실증적 연구)

  • Previous studies indicate that information and communication technology (ICT) adoption is affected by innovation influence such as usefulness, ease of use and self-efficacy. Most of these studies, how-ever, bypassed imitation influence such as subjective norms, word-of-mouth, and advertising, specifically, interactive innovation having critical mass in technology acceptance research. Thus, this study focuses to investigate imitation influence in individual adoption of mobile communication technology. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the causal relationships between initial acceptance and the intention to use in terms of a holistic approach. The results of this study show that there is an imitation influence including word-of-mouth and subjective norms, from the prior adopters to potential adopters, and mass advertising through TV or news-paper commercials in the ICT diffusion process. In addition, this imitation influence also stimulates innovation influence such as perceived usefulness. Finally, this study provides a set of guidelines to mobile communication equipment manufacturers and ICT vendors in developing effective strategies for technology diffusion.

An Understanding the Effect of Institutional Pressures on IT Investment Decision Making of Managers (제도적 압력이 IT투자 의사결정에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between institutional pressures and IT investment decision making of management. To analyze the proposed model, we distribute survey questionnaires to mid-size IT firms and collect data from them. Furthermore, the proposed model was tested by PLS(Partial Least Squares) technique. We found that coercive pressure and normative pressure have an effect on mimetic pressure. However, these two pressures do not influence the IT investment decision making. The mimetic pressure has an effect on the IT investment decision making. The conclusions and implications are discussed.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 RFID의 도입 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인과 조직의 혁신성의 조절효과를 분석하는 연구모형과 가설을 제시하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 RFID에 관한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 RFID 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 기술적 특성에는 표준화, 지각된 보안, 지각된 비용, 조직적 특성에는 최고경영층의 지원, 재정적 지원, 기술적 지원, 환경적 특성에는 모방적 압력, 강제적 압력, 규범적 압력으로 설정하였고, RFID는 BSC 성과를 이용하여 재무성과, 프로세스성과, 학습/성장성과, 고객성과로 설정하였다. 그리고 조직의 혁신성을 이용하여 혁신적인 조직은 RFID 도입요인과 도입 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대한 연구모형을 설정하였다. 향후 연구에서는 이러한 연구모형과 가설에 대한 실증분석이 요구된다.

디지털 기업가정신과 디지털 혁신에 미치는 영향 분석

  • 본 연구는 디지털 기업가정신과 디지털 혁신에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 디지털 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 요인을 기술 특성(디지털 기술역량), 조직 특성(디지털 학습역량, 재무 준비성), 제도적 압력(강제적 압력, 모방적 압력, 규범적 압력)으로 설정하였다. 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하였고, 국내 104개 기업의 데이터를 이용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과, 첫째, 디지털 기술역량, 디지털 학습역량, 재무 준비성, 제도적 압력은 디지털 기업가정신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털 기업가정신은 디지털 혁신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 4차 산업혁명과 디지털 전환 시대에 디지털 기업가정신을 통해 디지털 혁신을 이룰 수 있는 기업의 전략적 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

An Empirical Test of Social Learning Theory and Complementary Approach in Explanation of University Students' Crimes in Social Network Services (SNS상의 범죄행위 설명에 있어 사회학습이론과 보완적 논의의 검증)

  • This study tests the effects of differential association, definitions, differential reinforcement and imitation from social learning theory in the explanation of university students' crimes in social network services. In addition, this study tests the interaction effects between social learning factors and other factors such as low self-control, subcultural environment, and crime opportunity for the integrated approach. Using data from 486 university students in Seoul, results show that both definition and imitation have significant influences on crimes, even though differential association and differential reinforcement factors have no significant influences on crimes in social network services. Results also reveal that there are significant interaction effects between definition and subcultural environment, which meana that definition has a strong effect on crimes in high subcultural environment. In addition, it is found that reinforcement has also a strong effect on crimes in high crime opportunity and that interaction effect between imitation and low self-control is significant, which means that imitation has a strong effect on crimes in low self-control students.

수정(修正)된 Jones모형(模型)을 이용(利用)한 한국(韓國)의 성장요인(成長要因) 분해(分解)

  • Romer류의 내생적 성장모형과 신고전학파의 성장모형을 통합한 Jones(1997, 1998a)에 의하면 장기균형성장요인의 기여도가 예상보다 작고 여러 단기요인의 성장기여도가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본고에서는 기술이용능력과 모방노력의 개념을 도입하여 Jones모형을 수정하고 이를 이용하여 한국의 성장요인을 분해한다. 이에 따르면 대GDP 투자비중, 연구인력비율 및 취업자 교육연수의 증가 등 이행경로상의 단기요인이 지난 30년간의 노동생산성 증가의 78%를 설명하고 있으며 균형성장경로 요인의 기여도는 22%에 지나지 않는다. 자본축적의 뒤를 이어 R&D 투자 등 새 단기요인의 역할이 증대되면서 우리나라의 경제성장률이 크게 하락하지 않을 것으로 예상된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest some policy implications for the youth through empirical study about the effects of middle school students' brand perception on their sociability. For the purpose of this study, this study established a causal model about the relationships between brand perception and sociability through review of previous studies and surveyed for empirical research. The results of this study are presented as follows: Preference, imitation, and relevance as brand purchase elements of teenagers affected their self-esteem and empathy for others significantly. Self-esteem that is meditating variable in this study did not have a significant effect on sociability, while empathy for others had a great effect on it. This study suggested policy implications for teenagers to have good standards and a sense of value in a brand purchase.

Appearance Management Activities of Female High School Students Through Star-Entertainer Imitation - School Uniform Modification, Hairstyle, and Makeup - (여고생들의 연예인 모방유형에 따른 외모관리행동의 차이 - 교복변형, 헤어스타일, 화장을 중심으로 -)

  • This paper examines the effect of star-entertainer imitation on female high school students in terms of their appearance management activities such as school uniform modification behaviors, hair style care behaviors, and make-up behaviors. For this research, data of 379 female high school students living in Jeollabuk-do was analyzed through reliability analysis, factorial analysis, cluster analysis, one-way analysis of variance, and cross-tabulation analysis. In the research, based on the type of star-entertainer imitation, the female high school students were divided into three categories: active followers, psychological followers, and passive followers. The research showed that active followers, who exhibited imitation behavior most frequently and had the highest imitation desire, were most frequently involved in school uniform modification. Inclined to imitate the school uniform styles of star-entertainers in soap operas, they modified their school uniforms. The active followers were also enthusiastic about hair care, were well aware of trendy hair styles, and demonstrated a fondness for star-entertainer hair styles. In addition, they were actively involved in make-up activities. They put on basic make-up everyday and exhibited a desire to learn about make-up styles. However, passive followers, who showed the least frequent imitation behavior and the lowest imitation desire, were not as keenly involved in school uniform modification behaviors, hair style care behaviors, or make-up behaviors. The study concludes that by providing teenagers with systematic education on desirable mass media and educating them on proper behavior, an effective educational tool for guidance on clothing habits can be derived.

Factors Influencing the Purchase Intention of Mobile Phones (휴대전화 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • This study intends to deduce various purchase intention influential factor for mobile phone and thereby to clarify the causal relationship between these factors and purchase intention. As a result of the analysis of this study, we could know that first, when the impact about brand attitude on consumers is bigger, a positive affect is induced and the effects about personalization interface were also positive. Second, we could know that when the innovative tendency of consumers is stronger, they experience positive affects and the impact on personalization interface was also effective. However, it was clarified that when the innovative tendency is stronger, the impact on price gets smaller. Third, when the imitation tendency of consumers was higher, positive affects were induced, and when the interest in personalization interface of consumers was higher, positive affects were induced and the interest in price also gets higher. Fourth, we could check the influence of affect in the purchase intention of mobile phones.

외식업체에서 상황대처요인이 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 오늘 날 외식업체는 고객욕구의 파악에 있어 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 보다 세심한 배려를 기울이기 보다는 서비스기업이 가지는 모방성의 특성에 따라 표면적인 측면을 기준으로 신제품 개발과 서비스제공으로 경쟁력을 갖추려 하고 있다. 따라서 인적자원에 의한 의존도가 매우 높은 외식업체의 특성상 서비스 제공자의 의도 와는 달리 고객의 입장에서 불만족의 요인은 언제나 발생할 수 있는 가능성에 노출된 상 태에서 그러한 상황에 대처노력이 고객만족에 어떤 영향을 미칠 것인가에 대한 연구는 향후 외식업체의 경쟁력 강화에 많은 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 본 연구의 목적은 앞에서 제기한 문제의식을 바탕으로 외식업체의 서비스품질과 고객 만족의 관계에서 상황대처요인의 역할을 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 일반적인 서비스 품질속성에 부정적인 생각을 가지고 있다고 하더라도 불만족요인에 대한 상황대처요인에 의해 전반적인 만족을 느낀다는 것이다. 특히 상황대처요인 가운데 대응의지가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데 이를 두고 볼 때 외식업체에서는 고객만족을 위해 대응의지 제고방안을 강구해야 할 것이다.
