The purpose of this study is to investigate the experiences of using the mobile class note by the childcare teachers. The subjects of this study were seven childcare teachers using mobile class note in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces and collected data through in - depth interviews. The results of this study are as follows: First, the topic group on [Positive aspect of mobile class note experience] of childcare teachers was classified as and . Secondly, the subject group on [the negative aspects of the mobile class note experience] of the childcare teachers were classified as and . The purpose of this study is to provide reliable communication data between parents and teachers in the future, and to provide basic data for more effective use of mobile announcement class notes.

최근 세계 곳곳에서는 재난 발생이 증가하고 있으며, 재난의 규모 또한 커지고 있다. 따라서 이러한 재난을 예방하고 대응하기 위한 중요한 것 중 하나는 재난이 발생하였을 때 그 재난과 관계된 사람들에게 신속하게 전달하는 것이다. 신속한 재난 정보 전달을 통하여 재난에 의한 피해를 방지할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 윈도우 애저 모바일 서비스를 기반으로 한 재난 알림 어플리케이션을 개발할 때의 장, 단점에 대해서 서술한다. 윈도우 애저 모바일 서비스를 사용한 개발에는 이미 정의되어있는 기능들이 있다는 장점이 있다. 하지만 기능이 이미 정의되어있기 때문에 생기는 문제점 또한 존재한다. 이러한 장, 단점들을 분석하여 앞으로의 재난 알림 어플리케이션의 발전방향을 제시한다.

The emergence of smartphones is creating a faster and easier digital communication society along with the existing Internet. Among the various methods of communication, the smart notification is most often used in early childhood education institutions for information exchange between parents, teachers and directors. And the notification helps parents understand the development status and curriculum of infants more easily. Therefore, this paper developed an integrated infant management system based on a web-based platform and a mobile app platform for exchanging various information on infants management between directors, teachers and parents. Through the established system, the director, teachers, and parents can check the information they need at any time, and it is possible to provide a mobile service environment where multiple guardians can safely take care of one infant. In addition, multiple guardians can provide appropriate feedback information through the collection and analysis of various data by using the infant and toddler integrated management system. In the future, if the functions provided based on the smartphone app are configured according to the user, it is expected that it will be able to expand from daycare centers to educational institutions.

특수교육에 대한 기초적인 지식과 지도 방법의 이해 부족 및 특수아동의 학부모와의 상담여건이 조성되지 못하고 있는 실정에서 초등학교 통합학급 교사들은 일반학생들의 지도와 병행한 특수아동의 지도에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시 공간의 제약을 받지 않는 모바일 환경 속에서의 통합학급운영 시스템 설계를 하였다. 첫째, m-Learning환경에서 특수아동을 지도하는 통한학급교사에게 시간적, 공간적으로 효율적인 도움이 될 정보를 제공하는 폰페이지를 구성하였다. 둘째, 무선인터넷의 특징인 즉시성, 편재성, 보안성을 갖는 모바일환경의 폰페이지에 학부모와 특수아동에 대한 정보 교환 및 상담이 가능하게 하였다. 셋째, 아동을 통한 알림장 작성이 불가능한 특수아동을 위하여 폰페이지에 알림장을 만들고 학부모에게 학교에 관련된 정보와 학급 상황을 전달하도록 하였다. 넷째, 통합학급과 특수학급의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 지역별, 또는 교육청 단위의 특수교육지원센터의 SMS서비스를 강조하였다. 이러한 모바일통합학급운영시스템은 현장에서의 통합학급 교사들에게 특수교육에 대한 자신감과 특수아동의 학부모와의 체계적인 상담 기회를 제공하여 효율적인 통합학급을 운영하는데 많은 도움을 줄 것이다.

Communication through smartphones is creating a new paradigm of mobile communication beyond the restrictions of mobility and space. The mobile instant messengers of the smartphone, which began on the desktop environment, are providing various communication features, including multimedia contents, texts, and voice. Kindergartens and nurseries are using Websites, phones, SMS, printed materials, handwritten notifications, etc. to communicate with the parents. IsPlus was developed to facilitate the communication between the parents and the teachers, including exchanges of pictures and videos, chatting, and attendance management using smartphones. This is meaningful in that it is an early smartphone mobile messenger for educational institutions for infants and preschoolers. This study presented a new approach to the development of a mobile messenger for a specific group of users by analyzing the user environment, communication types, application planning process and interface design development using storytelling.

Advances in the wireless Internet have led to the rise of diverse techniques which can access information regardless of time and place. There are many research efforts to identify the various ways to use a cellular phone in our everyday life. However, it has been rarely used in the elementary school. As an attempt to apply the wireless Internet technology to the elementary school, this study is to design and implement a wireless Internet homepage where the parents would be able to have an easy access to the information any place and any time. The characteristics of the wireless Internet homepage are as follows; first, the images were reduced to the minimum and the text-oriented information is mostly used to deliver the key information, considering the small screen and relatively slow transmission rates. Second, by providing a link set up between the wireless homepage and the wired Internet homepage, users can choose the more convenient access tool. Finally, the SMS (Short Message Service) messages could be used for an immediate delivery of information.

This research evaluates the accessibility of the mobile applications for the South Korean libraries based on the accessibility guideline from the Ministry of Security and Public Administration. In order to enhance the credibility of the evaluation, this current research covers both the accessibility for the visually impaired and the accessibility for the people without disabilities. The research found four main results. First, we found that only 21 libraries (31%) provide alternative texts. Out of the 21 libraries, only one provide alternative texts across all sections of the mobile applications, including the main page, data search, information assistance, etc. Second, most of the mobile applications provide contents in texts, and the subtitles, sign language, blinking and background music provided as required or recommended standard by the guideline lack correlation. Third, alternative texts, focus movement, accessibility of operating system, button motion control, spacing between control and alarm functions must follow the standard guideline for the people with disabilities to use the mobile applications. Fourth, follow-up research on the development of accessibility standard for library mobile application is necessary in order to enable people with disabilities to freely use the library mobile applications.
