u-Healthcare는 유비쿼터스와 원격의료 기술을 활용한 건강관리 서비스를 말한다. 목표는 삶의 질 향상 추에 있다. 경제수준이 향상되면서 삶의 질에 대한 중요성이 대두되고 있으며, 만성질환자 및 인성 질환의 예방 및 효율적 관리는 개인 및 사회적으로도 중요한 의의를 가진다고 할 수 있다. u-Healthcare 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 언제 어디서나 이용사의 건강상태를 진단할 수 있는 생체계측기술이 필요하기 때문에 u-Healthcare 측정 모듈의 개발은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 개발한 모바일 연동 다기능 u-Healthcare 측정 모듈을 이응하여 심전도, 체지발, 호흡수, 체온 및 운동량 측정 등의 신호를 측정하였다. 측정된 신호를 Bluetooth 기반의 transceiver를 통해 u-Healthcare Center로 전송하며, Diagnostic Monitor를 통해 신호를 분석하여 건강상태를 모니터링 할 수 있는 검증모니터를 구현하였다.

본 논문에서는 환자 맞춤형 모바일 건강 관리 시스템을 설계하기 위해 의료정보 표준과 XML을 조사 및 분석하고, 이를 토대로 병원과 연계되는 시스템을 고려하여 서비스 흐름도 도출 및 시스템 설계를 하였다. 특히, 병원에서 질환관련, 식이관련, 운동관련 데이터를 제공하고, EMR 통합 Gateway를 통해 환자 데이터를 전송 받는다. 개인건강정보 관리 모듈 과 임상정보 관리 모듈을 통해 HL7표준을 이용하여 환자 정보를 XML 형태로 교환 할 수 있으며, 이는 향후 다양한 응용 서비스에 유연하게 접목 시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Mobile health industry has been combined with IT technology and is attracting attention. The health application has been developed to provide users a healthy life style. First of all, 5 mobile health applications were selected and reviewed in terms of their service trend. It turned out that none of those applications had any emotional data but physical one. Secondly, to extract users' emotion, technological researches were sorted into different categories. And the result implied that text-based emotion recognition technology is the most suitable for the mobile health service. To implement the service, the application was designed and developed the process of emotion recognition system based on the contents of the research. One-dimension emotion model, which is the standard of classifying emotional data and social network service, was set up as a source. In last, to suggest the usage of health application has been combined with persuasive technology. As a result, this paper prospered a overall service process, concrete service scheme and a guidelines containing 15 services in accordance with the five emotions and time. It is expected to become a direction for indicators considering a psychological individual context.

Prenatal and postnatal management is very important as the health of pregnant woman is directly related to the health of fetus. Therefore, there is a need for systematic management of prevent potential problems regarding the health of mother and fetus. The health of pregnant woman and fetus is the responsibility regarding health management of family and childcare, which influence the health and welfare of not only just woman but also the entire family. So the health management of pregnant woman and infant is a significant problem that must be socially taken into account. This thesis studied how to provide correct prenatal education method and attachement formation method before and after the birth using mobile application. The application provides writing childcare diary, fetus diary, introduce to correct prenatal education, postnatal education method, information of expected due date and emergency contact to manage both mother and fetus at the same time.

Objective : Recently, the demand for wearable mobile devices for the monitoring and improvement of one's health and quality of life is increasing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the need of potential users in order to develop mobile health based and lifestyle care application for the elderly. Methods : Participants who lived in their community and used a mobile phone were recruited. Finally, a total of 84 participants completed the survey. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a t-test, which was carried out with SPSS version 25.0. Results : The application functions that users deemed important for a lifestyle care app were the number of daily steps, physical activity, blood pressure, sleep, nutrition and participation in activity. Interestingly, there was a significant difference in the importance given to the app function of participation in activities between age groups. Conclusion : This study investigated the need and preferences of potential users of health and lifestyle care application for the promotion of health among the elderly. The, findings obtained from this study could be a valuable resource for the development of lifestyle care application.

‘웰빙(Well-Being)’이라는 단어를 접한 것은 얼마 되지 않았지만, 웰빙처럼 강력한 생활 트렌드를 만들어낸 경우도 흔치 않다. 어찌 보면‘잘 살아보세~ 우리도 한 번 잘 살아보세~’하던 1970년대 새마을 운동 컨셉과 비슷한 이 트렌드는 음식, 건강, 패션, 인테리어는 물론 여가 활용 등 생활 속 곳곳의 모든 것에 대해 웰빙 열풍을 만들어내고 있다. 시중에 나와 있는 책들은 물론이고, 하다 못해 패스트푸드의 햄버거 상품에 이르기까지 웰빙을 들고 나서면서 웰빙은 트렌드를 넘어서 일종의 브랜드까지 되는 현상을 보인다. 모바일 환경에도 웰빙 컨셉이 도입되고 있다. 모바일이라는 것이 생활 속에서 뗄래야 뗄 수 없는 도구라고 한다면, 마땅히 가장 먼저 웰빙 컨셉을 도입해 변화할 환경 중 하나라 할 수 있다. 단순한 통신 도구로서의 역할을 벗어나 웰빙 상품으로 탈바꿈하고 있는 모바일 환경에 대해 살펴본다

On the ICT healing platform designed to issue early disease alerts, TOS connected between the provider of personal health-related data and the service provider and relayed personalized health data. In the previous study, TOS proposed how to monitor the retrieval and management of document/measurement resources by taking mobile devices into account. Recently the healthcare field, however, defined the standard items needed for communication and data exchanges with a mobile device through HL7 FHIR. This study designed a data grid model between TOS and FHIR to provide personal health resources relayed through TOS in FHIR bundle search sets. The proposed design was organized as follows: first, it stated similarities between the method of TOS resource request and that of FHIR observation request. Then, it designed an eventbus module to process a retrieval request for FHIR service based on the imdb and cluster technologies. The proposed design can be used to expand the old service terminals of ICT healing platform to mobile health devices capable of using FHIR resources.

Tongue diagnosis is widely used in Oriental medicine and Western medicine. The reason is that human tongue provides various information. Analysis of the tongue can reveal various diseases and health information. Tongue diagnosis using mobile environment provides convenience for users. With this, it is possible to diagnose the disease according to the user anytime and anywhere. This can show a new paradigm of medical devices.

According to the recent trends in the growing elderly population, the chronically ill have increased. Thus the importance of the health care issues for them has emerged. In this paper, we want to implement a chronic disease management system using smart mobile devices. Proposed chronic disease management system is consisted of the biometric sensor, smart mobile devices, the patient management server, patient management DB, and patient symptoms analysis agent. The biometric sensor detects a biological information. Smart mobile devices receive the patient information from the sensor and transmit the information to the patient management server. The patient management server, patient management DB, and patient symptoms agent analysis agent analyze to process data delivered through a wireless communication network. Bio-signals includes modules of ECG, blood pressure, blood sugar and PPG. We are able to determine the current health status by monitoring measured biometric data through chronically ill health management system. We will focus on the individual service to be appropriate for a patient group in a mobile environment.
