  • 모바일 기술을 활용하여 질병을 예방하고 건강을 증진하는 모바일 헬스(m-health)는 그 영역을 확장하고 있다. 특히 20-30대의 젊은 연령층 사이에서 각종 스마트 기기를 활용하여 건강데이터를 관리하는 트렌드가 확산되고 있으며, 이들이 건강서비스를 제공받는 경로로 스마트폰이 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 또한 정부에서는 경제구조 변화에 대응하고, 고령화로 인한 복지문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 ICT 융합 의료산업을 주목하고 있다. 이에 맞추어 모바일 애플리케이션을 통해 사용자에게 체크리스트를 제공하고, 체크 항목에 따라 그에 대한 결과를 발병가능 질병, 필요한 검사 등의 정보를 제공해주고, 사용자들의 자가진단 통계치를 웹사이트를 통해 보여주는 것을 개발하였다.

The Effects of Perceived Interactivity on Information Acceptance in Mobile Health Information Service (모바일 건강정보서비스에서 지각된 상호작용성이 정보수용에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to investigate the effects of personal characteristics and perceived interactivity on acceptance of mobile health information service by applying Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Also it examine whether the perceived interactivity, which is a key variable in the previous research studying the intention of PC-based health information service, works on the mobile environment equally. As a result of the analysis, the relationship between the health hypochondria of personal characteristics and perceived interactivity is negative, and the health concern and perceived interactivity is positive. Also, personal characteristics influence perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of mobile health information service through perceived interactivity. Therefore, the perceived interactivity in the health information service of web and mobile environment is an important variable to mediate or directly affect other variables.

  • This paper proposes a web service that provides consumers with necessary information to make rational purchases of bottled water. The web service or dedicated mobile application introduced in this paper offers brand-specific manufacturer information and bottled water brand information produced by manufacturers. In addition, detailed information about the manufacturer such as location, environmental quality grade of the Ministry of Environment, and brand/capacity-specific prices are provided to consumers who use the proposed service in this paper. By utilizing the proposed service in this paper, users can receive guidance on how to make rational purchases of the bottled water they need, enabling them to consume economically and healthily.
