최근 모바일 핸드셋을 포함한 모바일 서비스의 보급률이 향상되고, 소비자들의 다양한 요구를 충족시키기 위한 모바일 데이터 서비스들이 우리의 생활전반에 급격히 확산되고 있다. 그 중에서도 MLS(Mobile Location Services)에 대한 미국 정부차원의 의무화 규정과 상업적인 목적에서의 핸드셋 제조업체 및 이동통신 서비스 사업자들의 관심이 고조되고 있으며, 향후 MLS 시장 규모가 급성장할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 미국의 MLS 관련 기술과 시장 동향을 살펴보기로 한다.

This study aims to analyze the usage behavior of e-government service users based on the e-government maturity model and provide suggestions for advancement of the e-government services. The changes in Korea's e-government services were analyzed as follows; 1) Proportion of use of e-government services in Korean public services, 2) E-government service types/stages use, 3) Service use by platform 4) User response to e-government service 5) Users' requests for future e-government service usage methods. For the analysis, this study used data from Korea's 2012-2020 e-government usage behavior survey data. As a result of the analysis, first, the proportion of e-government service has been continuously increasing, and second, the use of the e-participation stage is relatively low compared to the presenting information, interaction, and transaction stages. Third, by platform, e-government service has been expanded to various access platforms such as mobile, kiosk, and SNS centering on the web. Fourth, users' satisfaction with e-government service is very high. However, to vitalize e-government services, users requested improvements such as providing one-stop integrated services and simplifying authentication procedures. Based on the analysis results, this study 1) reflects the user's point of view in the maturity model of e-government, 2) considers access to various platforms according to the development of digital technology, 3) improves the e-government maturity model through data-based analysis such as user usage behavior suggested the need.

국내외 스마트폰 가입자 수의 폭발적인 증가는 스마트폰을 활용한 소설미디어 산업, 생활 밀착형 어플리케이션 개발산업, 모바일 광고 및 미디어 산업 등 관련 산업의 활성화를 이끌고 있으며, 정부 및 민간 기업에서도 스마트폰을 활용한 모바일 오피스 도입에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 '손안의 PC'로 불리는 스마트폰은 기존 PC가 가지고 있던 보안 위협 문제들도 내재하고 있으면서 무선인터넷 환경, OS 플랫폼의 개방성, 오픈마켓의 위험성, 도난 및 분실, 위치정보 노출 등의 신규 보안 위협도 존재하기 때문에 이런 취약성들을 활용한 새로운 모바일 악성코드들의 출현될 가능성이 더욱 커졌다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현재까지 발생한 국내외 모바일 악성코드의 현황을 살펴보고, 2010년에 출현하였던 모바일 악성코드들의 주요 사례를 분석함으로써, 최근 악성코드들의 동향과 향후 전망에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

RFID는 물류와 유통분야에서 활용이 되고 있으며 RFID 시장에서 미개척 분야인 모바일 RFID 시장을 선점하기 위하여 정부주도로 모바일 RFID 시범서비스를 2006년부터 시행하고 있다. 모바일 RFID 시범서비스는 모바일 RFID 코드 해석을 위하여 Broker를 활용하는 모델을 사용하였다. 하지만 기존의 Broker 모델에는 RFID 태그 정보 조회를 위한 빈번한 ODS 질의, 그에 따른 통신 트래픽 문제, 서비스 속도 문제가 있었다. 본 논문은 Broker 모델의 성능을 개선하기 위하여 단말 어플리케이션에 RFID 코드를 필터링하는 기능을 구현하였고 단말 어플리케이션과 Broker간의 데이터 처리 과정을 단순화하여 성능을 개선하였다. 또한 모바일 RFID 서비스의 활성화를 위하여 사용자 생성 정보 시스템을 제안하고 구축하였다.

최근 정부는 IT839 전략을 발표하여 IT 산업의 새로운 서비스 도입과 신규 수요 창출에 역량을 집중하고 있으며, 신규 서비스로서 RFID/USN 도입을 강력히 추진[1][2]하고 있다. 또한 RFID/USN 활성화를 위한 새로운 시도의 일환으로 핸드폰에 RFID 리더기능을 접목시킨 모바일 RFID 구조를 제안[3]하여 기존의 RFID 리더기가 가지는 시공간 제약을 완화함으로서 더욱 다양한 서비스를 지원할 수 있는 초석을 세우고 모바일 RFID 포럼을 설립하여 다양한 서비스모델들을 검토중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 모바일 RFID 개념을 한단계 더 진화시켜 진정한 유비쿼터스 정보처리를 가능하게 해주는 모바일 USN 을 제안한다. 모바일 USN 은 RFID 태그를 진화시킨 USN 노드와 RFID 리더 내장형 휴대폰(줄여서 RFID 폰)을 개선한 USN 기능 내장형 휴대폰(줄여서 USN 폰)으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 또한 USN 노드와 USN 폰 간의 정보전달을 위하여 사용되는 소비에너지에 대하여 분석해보고 USN 노드와 USN 폰의 유지보수 비용을 대폭 개선하는 USN 노드-USN 폰간의 에너지 절감형 이벤트 전송 프로토콜을 제안한다.

모바일 디바이스가 확산 된 이후 대다수 사용자는 PC의 웹브라우저 보다는 모바일 웹브라우저를 이용하고 있다. 모바일 환경에서 매시업은 최근 몇 년 동안 상당한 관심을 받고 있으며, 정부 3.0이 주도되면서 공공데이터의 공개가 활성화되고 민간기업도 API를 공개 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일환경에서 공공데이터와 공개API를 이용한 매시업 활용방안을 연구 및 분석한다.

최근의 모바일 장치는 많은 발전을 이루어 과거에 비해 하드웨어 성능은 비약적인 발전을 이루며 다양한 모바일 장치로 발전하였다. 이와 함께 모바일 네트워크 환경도 많은 발전을 이루어 모바일 상에서도 고용량의 데이터를 고속으로 전달할 수 있는 환경이 가능해 졌다. 이처럼 발전된 모바일 환경에서도 여전히 서버 의존적인 시스템은 서버에 많은 부하를 줄 수밖에 없었다. 여기에 사용자의 환경에 맞는 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 실시간으로 변하는 사용자의 정보를 지속적으로 서버에 전달해야 하기 때문에 이러한 과정에서 많은 오버헤드가 발생하였다. 고도로 발전된 모바일 환경에서 클라이언트 자신 스스로가 사용자의 실시간으로 변화하는 정보에 맞추어 최적화할 수 있는 시스템은 서버에 대한 의존도를 낮출 수 있어 더욱 빠르고 안정적이며 보안성을 높인 서비스가 가능하다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 클라이언트 중심의 비디오 서비스 전달 시스템을 위한 C3DS(Client Centeric Contents Delivery System)을 제안하고자 한다.

As coming smart computing era, the government and leading telecommunication companies have actively supported the development of mobile applications. However, since it is processed apart from the characteristics of small businesses, policy problems and support ways have continuously been pointed out. In this study, we selected priority of support project for the activation of the mobile application development, then proposed support ways for the success of small development business. Firstly, we researched the mobile business literatures, support projects and policy trends of the Korean government, academia and private sector. Next, we developed the activation model for small development business by synthesizing of support projects, literatures and expert group interviews. Based on this model, we selected priority of support projects according to AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis results. In conclusion, we categorize the five support ways for the activation of mobile application development. We are expecting that these support ways will be useful to the development of effective policies and selection of detail tasks for the support of small business or developers.

Recently, market of mobile spatial information service is increasing along with enlargement of geo-spatial information utilization area and spread of smartphone. In particular, smartphone users look forward to utilizing spatial information service more easily and conveniently. Korea has the potential for spatial information technology development, but does not have enough governmental support to develop various spatial information service in mobile network environment. Hence, it is need to make governmental support plans for utilizing mobile services and promoting the related industry base on mobile spatial information. In this paper, we propose governmental action plans for utilizing mobile services and promoting the related industry by surveying mobile application/web services and analyzing demands of mobile spatial information experts.
