The rapid spread of smart phone in recent years changes not only personal life but also work environment of organizations. Moreover, smart phone provoke service combination between industries and transit the digital paradigm in our society because of the character that anyone can develop or use the application of smart phone. Under these circumstances, the government hastens the construction of mobile-government in order to improve national services and communication with people. However, since security threats on smart phone become more critical recently, we should hurry the counter measures against mobile threats or we will face obstacles to the activation of mobile-government. On this article, we suggest the methods of information security and the Mobile-government Information Security Management System(M-ISMS) on the smart phone use environment for building up the secure and convenient mobile system in the national institution.

유비쿼터스 환경이 도래하면서 모바일 화상회의 시스템의 사용욕구가 증대되고 있다. 모바일 화상회의 시스템은 사용자가 가지고 있는 다양한 모바일 장치에의 적용과 무선 환경에서의 고용량 데이터의 전송을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 플랫폼에서 구동할 수 있고 고용량 데이터의 무선 환경에서의 안정적인 전송을 위한 시스템 구조를 제안한다.

Mobile Money is a key factor of financial inclusion that can revolutionize the financial service delivery and hence enhance access to finance in emerging economies, especially the East African countries. This study therefore aims to study the determinants of individual's behavioral intention and usage of Mobile Money services in Ethiopia by usiing the UTAUT2 model. The research model was tested by sampling 200 respondents from different areas of Ethiopia. The analysis results found that Government Support, Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectancy, Trust and Effort Expectancy are the key factors that affect the usage of Mobile Money service, while Lower Transaction Cost factors and Social Influence were not statistically significant. The findings provide useful information that only government's active efforts and support to promote mobile money services, through appropriate policies and regulations rather than lower transaction cost, can facilitate the adoption and dissemination of such services in Ethiopia.

Recently smart phones have been proliferating widely and quickly. Since the number of mobile apps that are being developed and deployed to domestic/international app stores is rising, more apps are being installed and deleted by users without any difficulty. The deployed apps are each attested through distinct verification framework of specific app stores. However, such verification frameworks are insufficient in checking security concerns. Unfortunately, the security verification framework is necessary since the incidents of leaking privacy and confidential information are being increased in lately. The aim of this paper is to provide the security verification framework that assures security and reliability of the e-government mobile apps. In order to verify proposed verification framework, a few apps were selected and inspected through proposed framework and these inspection results are included in this paper.

스마트시티 개념의 등장과 함께 국민의 삶의 질에 대한 정부의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 국민의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 것은 하수도와 같은 도시기반시설이며, 정부에서는 이를 지속적으로 유지관리 하여 주거환경 개선, 공중위생관리, 침수방지 등을 위해 노력하고 있다. 최근에는 하수시설의 노후화 와 서비스 범위의 변화에 따른 하수 서비스 품질에 대해 국민적 관심이 증가하고 있다. 또한 급격한 기후변화에 따른 도시 침수와 같은 재해가 빈번하게 발생함에 따라 재난 관리 측면에서도 하수도는 매우 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 디바이스와 IoT 기술을 활용하여 하수시설 모니터링 시스템을 설계하였다. 제시하고 있는 시스템은 하수시설의 데이터를 수집하고 모바일 어플리케이션을 통해 사용자에게 알려준다.

이동통신 기술과 RFID 기술의 접목으로 새로운 고부가가치 서비스의 출현이 우리 앞에 다가오고 있다. 최근 우리나라 시장은 RFID 신산업 육성이라는 정부의 정책적 배려를 바탕으로 900MHz 기반의 RFID 리더 칩을 휴대폰에 탑재한 '모비온' 이라는 컨버젼스 서비스를 준비하고 있다. 이에 본 고는 국내 모바일 RFID 포럼을 중심으로 추진해 온 그간의 모비온 서비스 표준화 현황 및 시장 동향을 정리하고자 한다.

정부기관이나 공공기관의 폐쇄망하에서 상용 모바일망을 통한 모바일 영상정보 및 스마트워크를 지원하기 위해서는 단말 보안 및 네트워크 보안이 필수적으로 제공되어야만 한다. 폐쇄망하에서 상용 모바일을 통한 단말 보안 및 네트워크 보안을 위해서 SSLVPN 기술을 활용이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 폐쇄망 환경하에서 모바일 영상정보 및 스마트 환경에 적합한 모바일 SSLVPN을 활용한 네트워크망의 설계 및 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다. 제안하는 시스템에서는 폐쇄망에서 상용망을 사용하여 모바일 장비를 사용하여 영상정보를 제공하고 업무를 지원할 수 있는 특징을 가지고 있다.

모바일 단말기들이 기술적으로 발달하면서 모바일 앱 시장도 급속도로 성장하고 있다. 모바일 앱중에서도 메신저, 커뮤니케이션 앱들의 시장 점유율이 현저하게 높은 실정인데 반해 해당 앱들에 서 사용되는 비속어, 은어에 대한 제제는 전무하다. 현재 정부차원에서도 모바일 앱에서 행해지는 무분별한 언어폭력에 대한 조치를 취하려는 모습을 보인다는 것을 볼 때 메신저, 커뮤니케이션 모바일 앱에서 사용될 필터링 시스템은 선택이 아닌 필수라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반 모바일 앱에서 SQLite를 활용한 앱의 내부 DB를 분석하여 비속어와 같은 특정 카테고리의 단어 사용빈도가 일정횟수 이상이 되면 사용자에게 경고 메시지를 보내주는 시스템을 제안한다.
