Recently, in spite of fast development of smartphone, recording technology has saved, listened and searched in server based on PSTN and wired network. We introduce a mobile transcript recording system for mobile office environment. All calls using smartphone are automatically saved on memory in mobile device with this system. Thereafter, recording files are encrypted and uploaded to recording server by user authority. Beside recording data in database on web server is saved and managed efficiently and economically through web application. This system is able to be used in legal corroborative facts and the prevention of crime such as voice phishing.

시간과 장소에 제한 없이 편리하게 근무함으로써 업무 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 "스마트워크 활성화" 계획이 수립되어 추진중에 있다. 스마트워크 유형으로는 모바일 오피스, 홈 오피스, 스마트워크 센터 그리고 스마트 오피스로 구분될 수 있다. 이러한 스마트 근무 환경을 구축하기 위해서는 제약없는 정보 공유와 상호 협력이 가능하도록 원격 협업 시스템이 도입되어야 한다. 원격 협업에 가장 많이 활용되고 있는 영상회의 경우, 이미 상용화 제품이 널리 사용되고 있으나, 이기종 제품간 상호연동이 되지 않고 있어 이를 해결하고자 하는 표준화가 진행되고 있다. 또한, 영상회의 시스템은 실제 참가자들이 동일한 장소에 모여 회의를 하는 것처럼 실감적인 환경을 지원하기 위해 텔레프레즌스 시스템으로 발전하고 있는 추세다. ITU-T, IETF, IMTC 국제 표준화 단체에서는 여러 유형의 영상회의 또는 텔레프레즌스 시스템간 상호 연동성을 보장하기 위해 요구되는 연동 기술 표준을 개발하고 있다. 본 고에서는 ITU-T SG16 Q5, IETF CLUE 워킹그룹에서 진행중인 최신 표준화 동향을 소개한다. 또한, 공공 및 민간기관에 스마트워크 확산을 위해 이기종 영상회의 시스템간 연동이 가능한 국내 표준 개발이 진행되고 있는데, 주요 기술 이슈에 대한 동향을 소개하고자 한다.

인터넷의 발달로 e-Commerce가 발달했듯이 무선 인터넷의 발달은 M-Commerce의 시대를 예견하고 있다. 현재의 M-Commerce는 간단한 정보 서비스에 머물고 있지만 머지않아 e-Commerce의 대표적인 거래형태가 무선 인터넷으로 확장될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 PDA 등을 비롯한 이동형 기기를 이용하여 기존의 오프라인 형태의 택배 시스템을 배달하는 시점에서 효과적인 배달 정보를 제공할 수 있는 모바일 오피스를 구현하였다.

본 논문에서는 텔레매틱스 게이트웨이와 프레임워크를 기반으로 확장된 개방형 서비스 응용프로토콜을 사용하여 개방형 텔레매틱스 시스템을 구축하기 위해 대표적인 텔레매틱스 서비스인 모바일 오피스를 개발하였다. 텔레매틱스 게이트웨이와 프레임워크는 텔레매틱스 서비스 개발자들이 통신망에 대한 상세한 지식 없이도 서비스를 개발할 수 있게 하고 특정 이동 통신망에 종속되지 않고 서비스를 개발할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다. 텔레매틱스 개방형 서비스 응용 프로토콜은 텔레매틱스 단말과 서비스를 제공하는 서버 사이에서 주고 받는 메시지들을 정의한 것으로 본 논문에서는 모바일 오피스의 서비스를 개발하기 위해 서비스 응용 프로토콜을 확장하였고 확장된 프로토콜을 이용하여 서비스를 제공하는 개방형 텔레매틱스 시스템을 개발하였다.

This paper aims to design and realize android smartphone mobile office ticket reservation system based Spring Framework 2.5 and iBatis 2.3 ORM solution. Currently being used as lightweight container architecture Spring Framework is well-known structure. Also intended to increase the productivity of database techniques are ORM. With the current ORM mapper is widely used in production are iBatis as a tool. Lightweight container architecture in this study, best known as the Spring Framework 2.5 and iBatis 2.3 ORM solution environment based on the android smartphone mobile ticket reservation system implementation after analyzing the mobile webapp development productivity with the objective is to provide guidance.

Mobile-Office is the IT office that enables people handle their business anywhere and anytime without going to head office. It has propagated rapidly in domestic and foreign companies as the users who use mobile terminal such as smartphone have increased sharply. Mobile-Office is emerging as a new way of conducting business. It requires business environment to be changed to improve business efficiency, as fast-growing mobile-based economies emerges. Small and medium-sized companies's utilization ability for advanced IT technology is insufficient, and limitations exist on capacity of building and investment. They need different development methodologies and utilization methods. The purpose of this study is not only to consider the previous business environment problem on accessibility, mobility, effectiveness, complexity and consolidation, but to search more efficient methods for introducing applications to utilize various smart devices and websites with minimum investment in R&D.

Recently, the interest in a Mobile Office is increasing dramatically and the Smart Phone App Service begin in earnest to be requested in an area of applying SAP system to PC. This study aims to research the system which can be easily implemented with the configuration and Mobile App which cause difficulties in embodying SAP system-based Apps suitable for a mobile environment. First, by realizing SAP system interface that can operate in mobile devices in the form of GUI, assisting the connecting parts of SAP for the users-friendly set-up, providing the communication method of Client, Application, and SAP Service in the form of web service through TCP/IP, and finally showing cases of implementing the method of delivering the data request and result value of Server and Client in the form of XML suggest more effective and new method, the research suggests a new way of making the linkage of SAP more efficient.

According to spread of Smart Work introduction to public organizations & commercial enterprises, its being more focused on how to implement Smart Work effectively. So far current Smart Work, mainly Mobile Office has emphasized the speed & efficiency of management. But future Smart Work, Smart Work 2.0 must focus on the creativity & innovation of companies & people. In order to do that, the new technology like Social networking & Cloud computing should be applied. This study suggests Smart Work 2.0 implementation methodology including critical successful factors & solutions of Smart Work implementation through referencing existing implementation methodology and case study.

This research suggests the effective countermeasures for the security threats on 'Smart Work 2.0'. It is important to discuss the Smart Work 2.0 security issues and threats at the point of evolving form Smart Work 1.0 into 2.0. In this research, first, the security issues, threats and countermeasures of telecommunication working, mobile office and smart work center are discussed. Second, we explore the security issues derived from co-working or creativity as major concepts of Smart Work 2.0.
