Design and Implementation of the Specialized Business-Work Management System(WMS) Using Mobile App and GPS (모바일 앱과 GPS를 이용한 특화된 근무관리시스템(WMS) 설계 및 구현에 대한 연구)

  • Companies recently tend to move their business sites to a customer-centered location and the work place is changed from specific time and place to a working environment of anytime and anywhere the job can be done. Therefore, the design and implementation of business-work management system using mobile applications has been actively researched. In this study, the business-work management system, a mobile application using GPS, is immediately transmitted to ERP system and is stored into a company's formula DB, at such sites outside the company as business trip destinations, training institutions, and outside meetings, through smartphone-based GPS location information using WiFi, 3G, LTE, or 4G. In this way, it is aimed to design and develop the mobile application system to obtain rapid authorization in connection with electro nic document approval system. Also, this study is to measure the system's productivity and expected effects through the users' survey results by actual application of the designed and developed system to companies.

  • Today, with the development of information technology, hospitals are actively researching hospital information systems that are not limited by time and space to integrate mobile computing technology into the medical field to manage the bulk data of medical information. Nevertheless, most hospitals still spend a lot of time and effort creating manual schedules. In this paper, we studied an optimization model for organizing nurses' shift work and constructed an automated nurse-type job organization system. For nurses working in S hospital, information data, requirements and constraints of nurses were constructed. By applying this, we proposed an optimized scheduling method and built a web-based platform used by head nurses and a mobile app platform used by general nurses to enable real-time interchange and sharing around web servers. Therefore, through the developed nurse needs type automated system, the head nurses will increase the convenience of the nurses to organize the work every month, and general nurses will help them to work more accurately through personal schedule management. It is also expected to increase work efficiency by sharing work schedules among nurses.

  • ICT기술은 소프트웨어와 하드웨어의 모든 분야에서 비약적으로 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 이에 따라, 기업에서 전통적으로 사용되어 오는 경영정보시스템들도 다양한 형태로 개선되거나 융합되어지고 있다. 특히, 재택근무, 이동근무, 원격 협업 등의 ICT기술 활용하여 시간과 장소에 얽매이지 않고 업무를 수행하는 스마트워크는 기업의 근무행태에 대한 패러다임을 바꿀 것으로 기대를 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 스마트워크의 일환으로 BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy Beacon)을 이용한 모바일 형태의 그룹웨어 시스템을 제안한다.

  • Smart work has been gaining more popularity recently. Smart work means that employees perform their works anytime and anywhere as utilizing the information and communication technology. It can be divided into four categories; the mobile office, the home office, the work-at-center and the tele-cooperation. Among them, the mobile office based on tablet personal computers(PCs) or smart phones, employees can exchange information with tablet PCs or smart phones via mobile radio communication networks and portable terminals. Smart devices such as tablet PCs and smart phones help to access intranet system for requests, approvals, information search whenever employees need. This mobile office system for real-time HSE managing can contribute to improve the productivity and work efficiency in a shipyard. In this study, the main goal is to design the specialized mobile application for the HSE management system on the shipbuilding industry. The mobile application including 10 functions is designed based on ooCBD(object-oriented Component Based Development) methodology.

  • 최근 저출산 고령화 등의 사회문제와 글로벌 환경문제가 심각하게 대두됨에 따라 스마트워크와 모바일 오피스 등 새로운 개념의 근무형태에 대한 중요성과 관심이 커지고 있다. 하지만 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 대부분의 기존 연구는 스마트워크 또는 모바일 오피스의 도입 효과에 대해서만 논하고 있으며 실질적인 활용과 업무 만족도 향상 등 활성화를 위한 구체적인 방안에 관한 연구는 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 오피스 활성화를 위해 필요한 조직적 측면의 지원에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 모바일 오피스 사용자 172명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 조직에서 제공하는 물리적, 금전적, 업무적 차원의 지원이 모바일 오피스에 대한 사용자들의 인식과 활용, 그리고 만족감에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 조직지원은 시스템품질이나 정보품질과 같이 사용자들이 모바일 오피스에 대해 인식하는 품질을 통해 모바일 오피스 활용 및 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 모바일 오피스 활성화를 위한 구체적인 민관의 지원방안과 시사점을 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 모바일 오피스 관련 정책 및 전략 수립의 가이드라인으로 작용할 것이다.

A Study on the Management of "the Internship of the Disabled" Using Mobile App (모바일 앱을 이용한 장애학생의 현장실습 관리 연구)

  • A study was performed on the management of working hours, starting time, and the internship journal using mobile app in order to manage the on the job training of the disabled students in the industrial companies. The employer of the disabled verifies if the acceptable standard of the disabled students and the actual information of the applicant matches, before hiring (accepting) the applicant. The company manages the attendance information (working hours and address, etc.) of the trainees using GPS. Judging from the result of the performance of this process, the process has contributed to the on the job training of the disabled, so the program is underway to link the process to the actual employment in the future. To test This app in this research, surveys with 34 students were done on "Results of Usefulness." UI satisfaction about this application showed more than 81.1% of beyond Just OK.

Development of a Smart work for After Service Business - Focused on Elevator industry - (에프터서비스 업무분야의 스마트워크 구축 - 엘리베이터 산업을 중심으로 -)

  • Smart work can classify three types. First, mobile office equipped with a portable computer and connect to the company servers and Intranet via mobile phones. Second, home working using video conference system. Third, smart work center. Smart work has enabled us to work efficiently, to work anytime and to work anywhere, beyond conventional office working. This paper presents development processes of a smart work for After Service Business, especially, for the elevator industry. we called implemented mobile office system "A/S work". A/S work using mobile devices has some advantages as compared with previous system. 1) Before/After photo management function 2) Assessment process of customer satisfaction 3) The work history management app. 4) The inquiry and confirmation function to current status of all workers 5) The group SMS function sending selected workers. 'M' elevator company has used A/S work as efficient smart work system.

  • 새로운 코로나 바이러스 질병(COVID-19)은 많은 사람들의 일상생활에 영향을 끼쳤다. 그로 인해 학교 개학 연기와 재택근무 등으로 가정에서 생활하는 시간이 늘어났다. 정부의 사회적 거리 제한에도 식료품은 여전히 인간의 기본 필수품이다. 전염병이 유행하는 동안 식료품에 대한 소비자의 지출은 온라인 소매상에서 큰 폭의 증가를 보이며 온라인 쇼핑이 더욱 확대되고 있다. 판매 품목 중 신선도가 매우 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 농식품은 다른 제품보다 더딘 온라인 쇼핑의 성장 행태를 보이고 있다. 시장 상황을 보아 제품의 특성으로 인하여 농식품의 온라인 구매에 영향을 미치는 요소는 타 제품군과 다른 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 목적은 농식품의 온라인 및 모바일 거래 활성화를 위해 농식품 쇼핑몰의 특성과 혁신성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 농산물 쇼핑몰의 특성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 그 관계에서 농식품의 온라인 및 모바일 거래 활성화를 위한 농식품 쇼핑몰 혁신성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향력을 중심으로 진행한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소비자의 혁신성이 농식품의 온라인 및 모바일 거래에서 거래 위험에 대한 저항을 낮추어 구매의도를 증가시키는데 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다.

  • This study aims to establish and apply a mobile office app for approving the achievements of tasks assigned to each person to investigate resulting satisfaction. This is done first by implementing the app for approval in a company with smart phones to enable tasks to be carried out any time and anywhere while the mobile office environment changes the method of carrying out tasks. More efficient work environment is expected if the system implemented in this study is improved in cooperation with customer's requirements. Matters for improving work efficiency added to the approval management system through this app will contribute to efficiently and continuously improving the mobile office environment to enhance productivity and efficiency of a company.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the fruitful directions for the future studies on smart work by analyzing the past and present trends that are related to smart work. For this, a wide range of materials and MA and PhD treatises produced from 1992 to the present have been collected and have been analyzed on the basis of various standards, including objective of study, approach method, methodology, method of data collection, statistical technique of analysis, summary of problems and alternativesto overcome limitations. Lessons and implications of this study for the possibility of smart work are presented. I hope this study will contributeto future studies concerned about smart work.
