This research has the goal of model presentation which explains the mediating role of the salespeople-related variables(customer orientation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment) and the customer-related variables(service quality, service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty) on the market orientation's effect on the performance. We collected survey data from 152 shop managers working in the department-store. In the result of final analysis, all 12 hypotheses are supported with statistically significance. The market orientation of firm increases the salespeople-related variables(customer orientation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment), and the salespeople-related variables increase the customer-related variables(service quality, service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty). Finally, customer loyalty increases the performance. This research has the contribution of explanation which shows the mediating role of the salespeople-related variables(customer orientation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment) and the customer-related variables(service quality, service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty) on the market orientation's effect on the performance. According to the result of this research, firms have to focus on the market orientation and understand the role of salespeople-related variables and customer-related variables on the process between the market orientation and the performance.

Domestic software market is struggling with product's low quality and low return-on-investment. The cause for the problems is due to unclear requirements at the early stage of software project. Studies show that, to lessen the problem, the requirements specification must reflect the right project scope and quantifiable quality goal. To achieve such features, this paper describes a standard guideline for SRS (Software Requirements Specification), which helps in defining the scope of project, measuring and quantifying quality, linking and tracing of requirements, and improving usability. The proposed SRS enables separating the requirements analysis activity from implementation activity and thus can improve subcontract management process in software project.

This is the first of the two papers dealing with reliability analyses for external and internal stability of a quay wall constructed on a special foundation. A new practical reliability analysis method is proposed in this paper to evaluate the quantitative risk associated with external stability of a quay wall constructed on the deep cement mixed ground. The method can consider uncertainties in various design variables. For the risk estimation to external stability of the improved soil-quay wall, three corresponding limit state functions of sliding, overturning and bearing capacity are fully defined by introducing concept of the secondary random variable. Three representative reliability methods, MVFOSM, FORM and MCS are then applied to evaluate the failure probabilities of the three limit state functions explicitly expressed in terms of the basic and secondary random variables. From the reliability analysis results, the failure probabilities obtained from the three approaches are very close to each other, and the sliding failure mode appears to be the most critical when the earthquake loading is under consideration.

The term 'myositis ossificans' encompasses four categories of clinicopathological disorders. The first, myositis ossificans progressive(fibrodysplasia ossificans progressive), is a rare genetic disease characterized by progressive heterotopic ossification involving skeletal muscle, tendon, ligaments, and fascia, with congenital malformation of the great toes, and usually microdactyly, monophalangism, and mal formed proximal phalanges. with valgus deformity of metatarsophalangeal joint. The ossification begins shortly after birth and may contribute to the patient's death. The second, heterotopic ossificans, can occur in patients with neuromuscular and chronic diseases such as paraplegia, poliomyelitis, polymyositis, bum, tetanus, and infection. But the lesions in these cases often lack the typical histologic features of myositis ossificans. The third, myositis ossificans traumatica, is the most common; it develops in response to soft tissue trauma such as a single severe injury, minor repetitive injures, fracture, joint dislocation, stab wound, or surgical incision. The forth, nontraumatic myositis ossificans, also designated :pseudomalignant osseous tumors of extraskeletal soft tissues' and 'psedomalignant myositis ossificans', occurs in persons repeated small mechanical injures or nonmechanical soft tissue injuries due to local ischemia, inflammation. or other factors cannot be ruled out in such cases.

아파트의 주거환경을 집단거주지로 편리성 및 안정성, 쾌적한 환경 등의 주거목적을 추구하고 있다. 사용자 위주의 편리성을 추구하는 시공이 되어야 하며, 시공업무에 종사하는 사람 모두가 본연의 임무를 소중하게 여기고 사용자의 편안함과 쾌적함을 고려하는 정성이 모아진 시공이어야 한다. 아파트 시공은 여러가지 자재와 여러공종이 시기적절하게 투입되므로 종합관리가 필요한 복잡한 공정들의 만남이다. 공정표는 비교적 정확히 작성되어야 하고 작성된 공정표는 지키겠다는 의지가 필요하다. 또한 시공자는 시작과 끝을 명확히 하고 과정을 중요시하며 수많은 과정을 확인하는 꼼꼼한 자세도 빠져서는 안된다. 본 시공지침서는 현장에서 시공할 때 도움을 주고자 설비시공의 기본골격을 언급하였다. 본 시공지침서는 시간의 흐름에 따라 공법개선 또는 여러 여건에 따라 변할 수도 있음을 감안하여 참고하기 바란다.

구강점막에 발생하는 종양성 병변으로는 대표적으로 구강점막암(oral mucous membrane cancer), 유두종(papilloma),혈관종(hemangioma), 임파관종(lymphangioma),섬유종(fibroma)등이 있는데 이들 병변들은 구강내 협점막, 치은, 경구개, 연구개, 구강저, 혀 등에 궤양이나 증식성 병소로 나타나서 동통, 출혈, 치아동요, 종창 등의 증상을 유발시킨다. 이러한 병변들에 대한 명확한 치료와 예후를 결정하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 이들 병변들에 대한 정확한 소견에 근거한 진단이 우선되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 장에서는 정확한 진단과 치료를 위해 이들 병변들에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

지금까지 재현성이나 안정성이 문제가 되어온 경면 연삭이나 연성 모드 연삭도 ELID 연삭법의 개발에 따라 실용화되기 시작하고 있다. 부드러운 지석으로 피삭재 표면을 문지르듯이 가공한 기존의 다듬질 연삭은 예리하게 돌출된 미세한 지립에 의해 삭둑삭둑 잘리며 능률적으로 경면화되고 초정밀화 될 수 있는 신가공 기술로 변해 왔다. 또 절삭 가공의 이미지로 난가공재를 깎는 고능률 연삭도 실용 단계로 들어섰다. ELID 법의 본격적인 보급을 위해 관련된 제조업체의 협력으로 주변 기술의 정비가 진행되고 있지만 ELID 연삭 조건을 최적화하려면 작업 목적의 설정과 구성 요소의 선정을 좀더 명확하게 한 다음 적용할 기계 정밀도·성능, 기능과의 적합성을 검토할 필요가 있다.

7세의 홀스타인 암소에서 엽록소가 없는 Prototheca에 의한 만성적인 진행성 유방 염의 발생에 대해 보고한다. 유방염 우유로 만든 습윤표본에서 명확한 세포벽과 내생포자를 갖고 있는 구형 내지 난원형의 병원체가 직접 관찰되었고, Sabouraud배지에서의 순수배양물 에 대해 Wright염색 및 PHOL염색을 했을 때 algae가 증명되었으며, nutrient배지에서 세균 이 중식하지 않아서 Prototheca가 유방염의 원인으로 제시되었다. 이 병원체는 자연상태에서 는 사물기생성이지만 감염원은 확실하지 않았다. algae와 진균의 형태학적인 연구를 하는데 있어서 PHOL염색액을 광범위하게 응용할 수 있음을 제시하였다. Prototheca의 ecology와 병원성을 규명하기 위해 더 많은 연구가 이루어져야 될 것으로 생각된다.

만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(COPD)은 하부 기도 즉 말초기도의 지속적인 미만성 폐쇄로 인하여 불가역성 기류폐쇄를 나타내는 질환을 말하며, 임상적으로 만성 기관지염과 폐기종으로 분류할 수 있으나, 이들은 기능적으로나 병리적으로 서로 중첩되어 임상적으로 명확하게 구별할 수 없기 때문에 만성적, 비특이적으로 진행하는 기류폐쇄의 포괄적인 용어로 COPD를 사용한다. COPD의 특징적인 병리변화는 소기도 즉 막성 세기관지염과 호흡세기관지염이며, 호흡세기관지염을 동반하는 폐기종의 중증도가 기류폐쇄의 정도를 결정하는 중요한 인자로 작용한다.
