  • Space given at home, furniture is an important condition to determine its size. As a method for satisfying outer and functional human needs, ever changing, shaped form has also been developed. Modern people tend to decorate the beautiful living space to the needs of the beauty and space of living. In order to satisfy these requirements, the development of furniture to suit the taste of modern people is required. In this study, we add together the design and contemporary design of traditional Korean and use of raw wood can feel the natural and applied to furniture retro design. It is possible to have a motif characteristic of Hanok traditional to suggest a design where you can feel the sensitivity with retro in the direction of the current design change is large and diverse, and in harmony with the living space of modern it is an object that you study the production lighting and storage furniture with the complexity of the traditional and modern.

Oxidized Cholesterols in Dried Alaska Pollacks (건조 명태 중 콜레스테롤 산화물의 생성)

  • This study attempted to establish the basic data for ensuring the safety of dried Alaska pollack. The changes of such compounds in the curse of drying as cholesterol, malonaldehyde, 7-ketocho-lesterol, 7$\alpha$-, 7$\beta$-hydroxycholesterol and 25-hydroxycholesterol were analyzed. The contensts of cholesterol decreased rapidly in the samples durint sun, hot-air and frozen drying and the decreased levels of cholesterol in dried products were about 134.0~191.3mg/100gas compared with 307.1mg/100g in raw samples. 4.8~6.1$\mu\textrm{g}$/100g in dried samples. In the raw samples, oxidized cholesterols were not detected hydroxycholesterol(34.1~41.7$\mu\textrm{g}$), 7$\beta$-hydroxycholesterol(26.8~40.2$\mu\textrm{g}$/g) and 25-hydroxycholesterol(0.3~1.3$\mu\textrm{g}$/g) were detected. Frozen drying was formed to be the most effective to minimize the formation of oxidized cholesterol in Alaska pollacks.

  • The recent development of electro-optic devices and anticorrosion media has led to the necessity to investigate infrared optical systems with solid-solid interfaces of materials that often have the characteristic of amorphousness. One of the most promising classes of materials for those purposes seems to be the chalcogenide glasses. Chalcogenide glasses, based on the Ge-Sb-Se system, have drawn a great deal of attention because of their use in preparing optical lenses and transparent fibers in the range of 3~12 um. In this study, amorphous Ge-Sb-Se chalcogenide for application in an infrared optical product design and manufacture was prepared by a standard melt-quenching technique. The results of the structural, optical and surface roughness analysis of high purity Ge-Sb-Se chalcogenide glasses are reported after various annealing processes.

Trend of Eco-friendliness and Functionality of Contemporary Furniture (현대 주방가구의 친환경디자인 사례 연구)

  • One of the conspicuous changes in kitchens is that kitchen space is more economically constructed than ever before giving more considerations to functionality. At the same time, eco-friendliness begins enjoying more attention for health and well-being reasons. Which is more important between functionality and eco-friendliness is a matter of personal taste and judgement. But eco-friendliness has become one of the more critical criteria for users to choose kitchen furniture. This paper examines the design trends of Contemporary kitchen furniture from the perspective of functionality and eco-friendliness. Results show that, as has been expected, many of kitchen furniture items manufactured by major furniture businesses have been found more functional and more eco-friendly than before the research period. I expect this trend to continue long into the future.

  • Contents of nucleic acid metabolites, such as uracil, uridine and hypoxanthine in the unossified pilose antler of Cervus nippon Temminck var. mantchuricus Swinhoe and the frozen and dried meat of Theragra chalcogramma (Thallas) were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography. The amount of hypoxanthine in the water extract of the meat (39.2 mg %) was higher than that of the antler (24.6 mg %).

  • For four calender years (1971-1974), daily observations of weather conditions (air temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, cloud amount, fog, precipitation etc.) at six stations in the north western Pacific Ocean are used to calculate mean monthly values and to check extra-conditions. At Petropavlosk and Miko'skoe, where indicate the characteristics of modified continental climate, the temperature and humidity are high in summer, and Iow in winter. At A Dak and She Mya, where indicate the characteristics of warm current type maritime climate, humidity is high in all season and annual range of air temperature is nearly negligible. At Simusir and Vasi!' eva, where indicate the characteristics of cold current type maritime climate, humidity is high in all season and annual range of air temperature is $15^{\circ}C.$ As dry cooling power is relatively high in winter, working condition on deck is bad. Most of fogs are advection fog in the area of cold current type climate in summer.

  • In this study I made an analysis on the background of creating of Minimal Art and thought of its artists during 1950~1960 and their works. Starting from the early Modernism that tried to depict the life of farmers and laborers in the chaos of war and viewing the art as the tools describing the life itself, minimal art took its root as furniture in ordinary life passing through the era of Surrealism and Dadaism. In 20th century, furniture designers were trying to seek new trend of modern furniture in the perspective of balance and immaculateness while excluding emotion and overall feeling through minimalism. These efforts result in the introduction of immaculateness and refinement in furniture design. Hence, this study is to represent a new trend of furniture design utilizing the margin of furniture in complex lives through formative characteristics that minimal art beholds.

  • 창란젓갈은 명태의 내장을 원재료로 만든 젓갈로서 자가소화효소나 미생물의 초기 오염도가 높고, 특히 저염양념젓갈은 다른 젓갈에 비해 변패가 빠른 편이며, 냉장조건에서도 유통기한이 40일 정도로 짧아, 콜드체인시스템을 잘 지키지 않는 국내 유통 특성상 고온의 외기에 제품이 노출될 기회가 많아 반품발생률이 증가하는 실정이다. 창란젓갈을 비롯한 젓갈류는 대부분 병포장이나 필름포장인 PE(low density polyethylene)를 사용하고 있는데, 병포장한 창란젓갈의 문제점은 압력이 증가할 경우 내부에 기포가 형성되어 냄새나 액즙이 누설되고 심하면 포장이 파손되기도 하고, 가물은 소비자가 병 뚜껑을 개방할 때 파열음과 함께 내용물이 유출되는 등 상품성이 저하되는 경향이 있다.   • 어육연제품은 전통적인 수산가공품으로 제품의 모양, 식감등을 조절이 가능한 장점을 갖고 있다. 연제품은 명태육을 주원료로 하고 있으며, 태평양 연안 국가들의 자국 자원관리, 한ㆍ일 및 한ㆍ중 어업협정으로 인한 연안자원 감소, 연근해 자원의 고갈등으로 원료확보가 어려워졌으나 국내 및 국제 연제품의 소비는 꾸준히 증가하여 구조적인 원료확보의 어려움에 처하고 있다. 따라서, 대체자원의 개발이 시급한 실정이고 적색육인 고등어등의 어종을 연제품원료로 이용하기 위한 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있으나, 적색육 특유의 어취 및 황색도 증가 등으로 이용이 제한되고 있다.   • 본 논문에서는 워터플로우 마이닝을 위하여 프로세스 변형 알고리즘을 제안한다. 워크플로우 마이닝이란 워크플로우의 모니터링을 이용하여 워크플로우 시스템의 프로세스의 경향을 분석하여 또 다른 정보를 제공하는 기법을 의미한다. 이러한 워크플로우 마이닝을 구한 프로세스의 변형 알고리즘은 빌드 타임에서 정의된 워크플로우 프로세스의 흐름을 마이닝을 위한 형태로 변형하는 과정으로, 데이터의 흐름정보와 프로세스의 흐름정보를 이용하여 정의된 프로세스의 로든 경로를 트리 명태로 바꾸고, 워크플로우 실행 경고일 트리의 각 줄기를 분석하여 워크플로우 마이닝을 실현할 수 있다. 이와 같은 과정은 통하여 추출된 워크플로우 마이닝은 조지 또는 기관의 프로세서 경향을 추측하여 부가적인 정보를 제공 할 수 한다.
