This paper presents a new method on controller design of brushless dc motors. In such drives the current ripples are generated by motor inductance in stator windings and the back EMF. To suppress the current ripples the current controller is generally used. To minimize the size and the cost of the drives it is desirable to control motors without the current controller and the current sensing circuits. To estimate the motor current it is modeled by a neural network that is configured as an output-error dynamic system. The identified model is essentially a one step ahead prediction structure in which fast inputs and outputs are used to calculate the current output. Using the model, effective estimator to compensate the effects of disturbance has been designed. The effectiveness of the proposed current estimator is verified through experiments.

노인장기요양보험 체계의 캐어매니지먼트 발달 배경과 제도적 문제점을 파악하여 이에 근거한 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 기존의 케어매니지먼트는 선진국의 대인 서비스 기관에서 널리 보급되고 있는 사회복지실천의 분야이다. 특히 캐어매니지먼트 활성화를 위해 기존의 케어 대상자들이 양질의 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 케어매니저의 종합적인 지원체계와 교육훈련 및 업무에 관한 제도적 조항이 설정되어야 한다.

우리나라의 대표적인 노인여가활동 프로그램의 중심인 경로당은 노인여가복지시설로 노인복지법 제36조에 의거 만65세 이상인 지역노인이 자율적으로 친목을 도모하고 취미활동과 공동작업장을 운영한다. 또한 각종 정보교환과 기타 여가활동을 할 수 있도록 하는 장소를 제공함을 목적으로 하는 시설이다. 그러나 선행연구들에 의하면 가장 가까이에 있는 시설이지만 여러 가지 이유로 활성화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노인여가활동 프로그램과 관련된 연구들의 결과를 토대로 현황을 분석하고, 노인여가활동 프로그램의 가치를 극대화하고 지속가능성을 확보하기 위한 방안에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

The two recurrent ameloblastomas in mandibles of the 34 years old korean woman and 30 years old korean man were observed. We have treated the two recurrent ameloblastomas by means of hemimandiblectomies for radical operations and bone grafts having been obtained from each her and his iliac bone crests.

본 연구에서는 2001년부터 2005년까지의 최근 5년간의 대구시 보건환경연구원의 대기질 자동측정망 자료와 대구기상대의 기상자료를 이용하여 다중회귀분석을 통하여 대구시 주거 지역의 오존농도를 예측하였다. 대구시 주거지역의 고농도 오존은 측정소별로 대명동은 총 327회 중 153회(46.79%), 신암동은 총 310회 중 143회(46.13%), 만촌동은 총 262회 중 140회(53.44%)로 기온과 일사량이 증가하는 5, 6월에 주로 많이 발생하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과 각 측정소별로 수정된 $R^2$는 각각 0.611, 0.655, 0.624으로 양호한 회귀 모형을 나타내었다.

인권에 기반을 둔 사회복지 실천은 사회복지사의 존재 이유라고 해도 과언이 아닐 것이다. 사회복지사는 사회적 약자의 인권을 옹호하고, 사회의 문제를 해결하며, 사회정의를 실현하는 전문가이기에 인권과는 불가분의 관계에 있다. 최근 한국 사회에서 인권에 대해 많은 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 특히 고령화 사회 속에서 2008년 9월 치매와의 전쟁을 선포한 이후치매관리종합대책을 수립하여 정부가 주도적으로 추진해 오고 있는 시점에서 인권 관점에 근거한 치매노인 돌봄을 이해하기 위해, 인권 관점이 치매노인 돌봄을 위한 사회복지 실천 현장에 주는 장점과 과정은 무엇인지 검토해 볼 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노인의 보호와 치매의 정의, 원인과 치매노인 돌봄을 위한 기술과 장점을 살펴보고, 인권 관점에 근거한 치매노인 돌봄을 위한 방안을 제언하고자 한다.

장례지도사는 임종순간부터 시신처리, 유골개장 등 시신에 가장 근접하여 이를 처리하고 관리 및 통제하는 전문인력이다. 미국이나 일본 등은 시신을 다루는 직업 종사자를 국민의 안정과 건강이라는 측면에서 국가 자격제도 혹은 국가공인 자격제도로 관리하고 있다. 이는 일정한 지식과 조건을 갖춘 자격있는 장례지도사가 시신과 관련시설을 전문적인 지식과 기능으로 관리하고 통제함으로써 각종 질병으로 부터 스스로를 보호함은 물론 이를 방문하는 공중의 위생과 건강을 담보하고자 하는 제도적 역할 때문이다. 이에 우리나라도 역시 장례지도사를 국가적 차원에서 관리하고 통제해야 한다고 생각한다. 더불어 우리나라의 문화에 가장 적합한 표준장례지도사 교육과정의 개발이 시급히 요구된다.

현재의 도시 계획은 자동차의 증가, 도심녹지의 부족, 기존 도심의 공동화 현상 등 많은 문제를 낳고 있다. 우리가 선정한 대상지의 경우 쌍용동, 두정동 일대의 대규모 서부축 택지 개발과 시청의 이전으로 인해 기존 행정, 상업의 중심지였던 천안역 일대의 공동화 현상이 발생하였다. 그렇기 때문에 이런 배경을 조건으로 천안시 구도심의 공동화 원인과 실태를 파악하고 구도심의 상권 활성화에 초점을 두고 실질적인 구도심 활성화 방안에 대해 연구한다.

The bilateral periodontal cysts in the 36 years old korean male's upper both anterior regions between the central and lateral incisors have been observed. The authors have treated the bilateral periodontal cysts by means of the apicoectomies of the involved both central and lateral incisors.

This paper aims to suggest a validity analysis model that would be helpful for local governments considering u-City construction projects and a methodology for them to promote build-transfer-lease (BTL) u-City projects. This methodology mainly uses quantitative and qualitative analysis based on the Value For Money (VFM) designed by the Public and Private Infrastructure Investment Management Center (PIMAC) under the Korea Development Institute (KDI). BTL projects requires a large amount of capital and involves long-term investments. Therefore, multi-faceted validity analysis is required for the success of a project. This study will enumerate various factors to be considered in the pre-analysis of validity of BTL projects and suggest a methodology to verify them. A case study of a BTL project promoted by Ansan City assisted in designing this study in detail.
