우리나라의 갈릴레오 탐색구조 지상시스템 개발 참여 방안

  • COSPAS-SARSAT 시스템은 위성체와 지상 설비를 이용하여 항공기 또는 선박 등이 조난 시에 탐색구조(SAR: Search and Rescue) 활동을 도울 수 있도록 조난경보와 위치정보를 제공하는 시스템이다. COSPAS-SARSAT 서비스의 경우, 조난신호 접수에서 조난위치확정까지 평균 1시간 이상이 소요되고, 위치정확도가 수 Km 정도로 범위가 넓은 편이다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 중궤도 위성을 이용한 차세대 탐색구조 시스템 개발이 추진 중에 있으며 EU에서 2011년 FOC(Full Operation Capability)를 목표로 개발중인 갈릴레오 항법위성 프로젝트의 경우 SAR 중계기를 탑재하여 탐색구조 서비스를 제공할 계획에 있다. 갈릴레오 탐색구조(SAR/Galileo) 서비스는 수 m급의 위치정확도, 10분 이내의 조난신호 접수에서 구조까지 소요시간, 및 조난자에게 회신링크 서비스 제공 등 보다 향상된 탐색구조 성능을 제공하기 위해 개발 중에 있으므로, 갈릴레오 위성 서비스가 시작되면 탐색구조시스템 체계에 보다 신속하고 정확한 구조가 가능할 것으로 예상된다. 우리나라에서는 COSPAS-SARSAT 회원국으로 가입하여 현재 송도 해양경찰청 내에 LEOLUT와 MCC가 설치되어 운용되고 있다. 날로 더해가는 다양한 재난에 대한 인명구조를 신속하고 효과적으로 대처하기 위해 차세대 갈릴레오 탐색구조 지상국 도입이 절실하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서, 탐색구조 단말기를 포함한 지상국 인프라의 구축 등 갈릴레오 탐색구조 지상시스템 개발의 참여 방안에 관한 연구는 매우 시기적절하고 중요한 연구이다. 본 논문은 갈릴레오 사업에 참여하여 SAR/Galileo 개발을 주관하고 있는 중국의 사례를 분석함으로 우리나라가 차세대 갈릴레오 탐색구조 지상시스템 개발에 참여하기 위해서 필요한 참여방법 및 절차 등을 도출하고, 참여 가능한 개발범위, 참여전략 및 추진체계에 대해서 제안한다.법의 성능을 평가를 위하여 원본 여권에서 얼굴 부분을 위조한 여권과 기울어진 여권 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 제안된 방법이 여권의 코드 인식 및 얼굴 인증에 있어서 우수한 성능이 있음을 확인하였다.진행하고 있다.태도와 유아의 창의성간에는 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났고, 일반 유아의 아버지 양육태도와 유아의 창의성간의 상관에서는 아버지 양육태도의 성취-비성취 요인에서와 창의성제목의 추상성요인에서 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 창의성이 높은 아동의 아버지의 양육태도는 일반 유아의 아버지와 보다 더 애정적이며 자율성이 높지만 창의성이 높은 아동의 집단내에서 창의성에 특별한 영향을 더 미치는 아버지의 양육방식은 발견되지 않았다. 반면 일반 유아의 경우 아버지의 성취지향성이 낮을 때 자녀의 창의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상에서 자녀의 창의성을 향상시키는 중요한 양육차원은 애정성이나 비성취지향성으로 나타나고 있어 정서적인 측면의 지원인 것으로 밝혀졌다.징에서 나타나는 AD-SR맥락의 반성적 탐구가 자주 나타났다. 반성적 탐구 척도 두 그룹을 비교 했을 때 CON 상호작용의 특징이 낮게 나타나는 N그룹이 양적으로 그리고 내용적으로 더 의미 있는 반성적 탐구를 했다용을 지원하는 홈페이지를 만들어 자료 제공 사이트에 대한 메타 자료를 데이터베이스화했으며 이를 통해 학생들이 원하는 실시간 자료를 검색하여 찾을 수 있고 홈페이지를 방분했을 때 이해하기 어려운 그래프나 각 홈페이지가 제공하는 자료들에 대한 처리 방법을 도움말로 제공받을 수 있게 했다. 실시간 자료들을 이용한 학습은 학생들의 학습 의욕과 탐구 능력을 향상시켰으며 컴퓨터 활용 능력과 외국어 자료 활용 능력을 향상 시키는데도 도움을 주었다.지역산업 발전을 위한 기술역량이 강화될 것이다.정 ${\rightarrow}$ 분배 ${\rightarrow}$ 최대다수의 최대행복이다.는 역할을 한다. 따라

  • The objective of this study is to examine the re cent trend of the interpretation of the Principle of the Provenance in today s new environment of Archives Management and to identify the effective way of the application of the Principle of Provenance to Archives Management. Because of the continued change and the flexibility of the administrative organization and the development of information network, the traditional concept of the Principle of Provenance which put emphasis on a single creator and the physical entity of the archives has been gradually modified to a rather conceptual, abstract and realistic one. A method to apply the recent concept of the Principle of Provenance is to separate the descriptions of the record entity, the creators and the context and use the organic linkage of the separated description areas. Also we can control the provenance from the current stage or even from the pre-current stage by utilizing the classification scheme and the retention schedule. In case of the electronic records, we can manage the provenance and the context by using metadata inherent in the computerized information system. Above all it is critical that we need to structure and control the provenance by building the Korean rules for archival description corresponding to the international standards. And it is another an essential point that we have to develop a guideline for constructing the fond and maintaining its consistency.

A meta-study of Informal Science Learning and Generic Learning Outcomes: Focusing on published papers in the last 10 years (비형식과학교육과 포괄적학습성과의 메타연구: 최근 10년간의 발표논문을 중심으로)

  • Despite the importance of science education in an informal environment, the reality is that there is a lack of trend analysis research on 'Informal Science Learning (ISL)' and its effects. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to find out the educational effects of ISL and how to use it, and to provide guidelines for future ISL research directions. This study classifies specific ISL-related papers published from 2010 to 2019 and compares them with each element of GLO used to measure the effectiveness of informal education. The fit of the analyzed data was checked for each part through SPSS and Chi-Square. In conclusion, it was found that researchers are using 'ISL' to pursue 'Knowledge and Understanding' and 'Attitudes and Values' among the five performance indicators of 'GLO'. On the other hand, 'Skills' and 'Enjoyment, Inspiration and Creativity' appear to have the least expectations, so supplementation is required in these areas in the future. In addition, this study intends to suggest a direction for informal science education-related program development and future research to various education workers.

  • The purpose of this study is to derive the characteristics of interaction design for each stage of content composition so that it can be referred to in the planning and production of virtual reality safety education contents. It was confirmed that each of the following interaction design features was found in the three configuration steps: acquisition of situation response procedure knowledge, accident situation experiential learning, and content confirmation and evaluation. First, it was revealed that the quality of experience was controlled by increasing the fidelity of behaviors and reducing general and repetitive behaviors in order to emphasize the educational content-related experiences in the learner experience stage. Second, in order for learners to easily recognize main interaction objects in order to acquire information on safe behavior procedures in unfamiliar environments, use of spatial UI or signifiers using arrows or symbols, posts that specifically instruct actions, and multisensory signals Therefore, it was found to be important to emphasize essential actions in a way that lowers the degree of freedom of user experience, and the proportion of non-realistic interactions for cognitive interactions was found to increase.   • Chinese xian-xia films is a new genre that occurred through the fusion of the genre of martial arts and fantasy. This study analyzed the development of xian-xia films and the space aesthetics of xian-xia films through the miseenscene of the journey to the west films. In particular, the space for xian-xia in the films is divided into the human, urinary, heaven world and the space of conflict. It looks like the fantastic Middle Earth that Tolkien presented, however it is discriminatory in that it shows a highly Chinese appearance and overlapping world centered on the natural environment (the world of Mountains and Livers), such as mountains, deserts, caves, and grasslands, which usually appears in traditional martial arts history. Resently, the boom of journey to the west films is regarded as the change of the Chinese film industry under the influence of the development of IP (Intellectual Property) industry and the western fantasy genre in the 21st century China. This change marks the birth of the new Chinese fantasy "xian-xia" genre with the spirit of the present era that transcends the original world of journey to the west through the hybridization of the genre.

Improving Archival Descriptive Standard Based on the Analysis of the Reviews by Archival Communities on RiC-CM Draft (RiC에 대한 기록공동체의 리뷰를 통해 본 기록물 기술표준 개선을 위한 제안)

  • This study suggests an analysis of the reviews provided by international archival professionals on the RiC-CM draft published by ICA EGAD. Some implications for the Korean archival management environment were also suggested. Some professional reviews were accessible through the internet. Italian archival professionals held workshops at various levels for the analysis and discussion of the draft. Duranti, the project director of InterPARES, also gave opinions about the draft in cluding the perspective of digital preservation. In the review of Artefactual, the draft was discussed in terms of system implementation. Reed, the director of Recordkeeping Innovation, also gave a feedback based on the record management experiences in Australia. Some implications can be suggested based on these professional opinions. First, we should try to build a test bed for the adoption of RiC to archival description in the Korean environment. Second, a minimum level of data elements that can secure authenticity and integrity will also be needed. Third and lastly, rich authority data for agents and functions related to archival records and records groups are essential to take full advantage of the standard.

A Study on Description about Archival Materials in Film Archives (영화 기록의 기술에 관한 연구)

  • Archival materials in film archives is a memories and archival documents of human which is generated from cultural activities of human being, and provided long-term relevant information. However, it is different general public audio-visual records because main purpose of representing culture to create the contents of private sector rather than evidence of the factual information of public service activities. Therefore, should determine the description principle and rule in order to reflect specific physical, intellectual characteristics. So as to control the description, that is need in the textual standards to base the specific purposes and rules thus analyzed the international description standards as Dublin Core, ISAD(G), FIAF Cataloguing Rules For Film Archives. As a result, more effectively to describe archival materials in film archives required significant modifications in the organizations of the areas and the elements. This study argues that first, to divide existence the concept and the reality (work/item) of archival materials in film archives. Second, to need understanding and indicating their content, context, structure. Third, to establish of the areas and the elements including a characteristic of it. The final suggestion organizes separately to 6th and 8th areas, 22th and 25th elements in two parts. This conclusion does not prepare to refer the status and/or policy of a particular film arhicve, can be set accordingly to a specific elements or sub-elements by the film archives.

  • The virtual reality industry has an opportunity to take another leap forward with the surge in demand for non-face-to-face content and interest in the metaverse after Covid-19. Therefore, in order to popularize virtual reality content along with this trend, high-quality content production and storytelling research suitable for the characteristics of virtual reality should be continuously conducted. In order for content to which virtual reality characteristics are applied to be effectively produced through user feedback, a quantitative index that can evaluate the content is needed. In this study, the process of viewing virtual reality contents was analyzed and head movement was set as a quantitative indicator. Afterwards, the experimenter watched five animations and analyzed the correlation between recorded head movement information and immersion. As a result of the analysis, high immersion was shown when the head movement speed was relatively slow, and it was found that the head movement speed can be used significantly as an index indicating the degree of content immersion. The result derived in this way can be used as a quantitative indicator that can verify the validity of the storytelling method applied after the prototype is produced when the creator creates virtual reality content. This method can improve the quality of content by quickly identifying the problems of the proposed storytelling method and suggesting a better method. This study aims to contribute to the production of high-quality virtual reality content and the popularization of virtual reality content as a basic research to analyze immersion based on the quantitative indicator of head movement speed.

Development of Hybrid Vision Correction Algorithm (Hybrid Vision Correction Algorithm의 개발)

  • Metaheuristic search methods have been developed to solve problems with a range of purpose functions in situations lacking information and time constraints. In this study, the Hybrid Vision Correction Algorithm (HVCA), which enhances the performance of the Vision Correction Algorithm (VCA), was developed. The HVCA has applied two methods to improve the performance of VCA. The first method changes the parameters required by the user for self-adaptive parameters. The second method, the CGS structure of the Exponential Bandwidth Harmony Search With a Centralized Global Search (EBHS-CGS), was added to the HVCA. The HVCA consists of two structures: CGS and VCA. To use the two structures, a method was applied to increase the probability of selecting the structure with the optimal value as it was performed. The optimization problem was applied to determine the performance of the HVCA, and the results were compared with Harmony Search (HS), Improved Harmony Search (IHS), and VCA. The HVCA improved the number of times to find the optimal value during 100 repetitions compared to HS, IHS, and VCA. Moreover, the HVCA reduced the Number of Function Evaluations (NFEs). Therefore, the performance of the HVCA has been improved.

Aircraft Velocity and Altitude Estimation through Time Offset Calculation of KOMPSAT-3 Satellite (KOMPSAT-3 위성의 Time Offset 계산을 통한 항공기 속력 및 고도 추정)

  • In this study, a method of estimating the velocity and altitude of aircrafts photographed in a KOMPSAT-3 satellite was proposed. In the proposed method, parallax effect, which is a time offset between bands due to the photographing method of the KOMPSAT-3 satellite, the structure of the sensor, and the movement of the satellite's orbit, was calculated, and in this process, trucks running on the highway were used. In addition, the actual direction and the direction by parallax effect of the aircraft were calculated using the coordinates of the aircraft in the image, and the attitude information of the KOMPSAT-3 satellite was calculated using metadata to estimate the velocity and altitude of the aircraft. The estimated value through the proposed method was compared with the actual value, automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B), and the error rate was calculated here. As a result, it was confirmed that the velocity and altitude error rate of large aircraft (I1, I3, S2) were lower than that of light aircraft (I2, S2), and the estimated velocity and altitude were relatively high in large aircraft using the proposed method.
